Went looking for a part for my 2013 Chevy impala. This place has good inventory and great customer service. The guy who greeted me at the door was very helpful and Latoya at the checkout was very professional. Take plenty of tools if you go because they dont have many tools available. The online search is a great tool and it helped me to locate the vehicles quickly. I will be back if I need any additional used parts.

Not too busy, the employees were very friendly and were moving quickly! Someone was always available for assistance to help with any problems or questions. I love coming here because you can’t beat the prices for the parts and if you know how to tell the good parts from the bad parts, then you can save yourself a trip or two. Plus they have a VIP program that costs NOTHING (FREE!) and saves you 50% on admission! Several other neat, updated features like viewing your purchases and warranties for the parts online! I also use to work here and it’s a great place to work too!

Associates were friendly but the vehicles I was looking for were not in stock but I know how that goes. I like the return policy and I definitely need to wear my steel toe boots but in all I will be back to get parts👍🏽

Wouldve given 5 stars if I wouldve been able to shop with them. The internet says they close at 5:30p but I got there right before 5 and was told they close at 5. They should change their hours on the website.

Stopped to get a tail light I was charged $26 and then looked on line and found one in better shape online and they pay shipping for $22. Check online before you come here and take an hour to find the vehicle and then pull the part!

Well went all the way here to buy a truck cash in hand the only one with keys to the gate isnt here cause her daughter is having a party. Not aloud to jump fence to look at it.and they take your pic to get in .... Only the first car is numbered for the row and half of those are missing stickers if you have chance not to come here Dont dont Dont 38 bucks for a tire with rim lol youll get a better deal at a Mexican tire shop.run

This is a great place to find parts for your vehicle. Before I went I looked on their website to see if they had the model of vehicle that I was looking for. When you get there you print the list of vehicles and the row that they are located on. Bring tools with you to get the part(s) off.

This place is awesome! Jet and her staff are extremely helpful and I found exactly what i needed. They have golf carts and they even sell cars! Ill definitely be returning.

Completely unable to get past the robot answering the phone. it gives you nine, very slow, options. it can not understand you and it will not put somebody on the phone. dont call them.

Went there yesterday and while I was under the fender of the vehicle, and was removing the part I needed, someone stole my tool box and my phone. I reported my phone missing to the officer working there and he did nothing to help. I was so distressed about my phone that I did not realise my tool box was gone until the next day. Watch your back on that yard. I recommend you not go alone.

The service is excellent.. they may not have everything you need exactly when you want it...others may have gotten there first! i enjoy going to the place for my Jeep needs. have never felt being mistreated or being ripped off..but hell i am an active 64 y.o firefighter who has a side job of jeeps..,. we are lucky to be able to post stuff!.i know of some of have had bad days we are blessed

Used to be a good place, now its horrible. Customer service is horrible, they try to over charge you, then when you catch them at it they get angry. Check out usually has long lines in the evening. there is never any soap, and the sink gets dirty every time I go there. The manager clearly hates the world and doesnt want customers. There are people fighting you for parts, people follow you and try to steel your tools. I have been to dozens of pull your own part lots this is by far the worst. they start driving around at 5:30 yelling you to get out when closing time is 6:00. Oh and if you show up at 5:25 they wont let you in, you can even show them your phone with the time. Dont waste your time. Pull a parts are normally great, this place used to be good. In the last year it has gone down hill fast.MID-TOWN AUTO PARTS & SALVAGE is not as big but they are decent people who you can haggle with about the price of some items.Memphis Auto Parts & Salvage Inc. is super friendly but $$$.Hopefully Pull-A-Part can change the management of this location.

Michael Mantion definitely hit the nail on the head with his review. I have no clue about the sinks, but I definitely havent had good experiences with this place. They will ALWAYS find some trivial way to try and overcharge you for whatever part you pull. The price list on their site is just a joke to get you in the lot and pull the part because they know that once you pull it you are not likely to walk out without buying it. Top it all off with the random and misleading hours of operation that they have and you have a recipe for disaster. Yesterday I arrived at this location at 5:05 p.m. The closed sign was on the door and they werent letting anyone in to purchase or pull parts. When I spoke to one of the employees that was letting a customer exit, he said their admission hours meant that they were just putting people off the lot by 5:30 p.m. and not letting anyone on. Total B.S. then he rudely closed the door after I told him the part I needed only took 5 minutes to pull. How is Sales open until 6:00 pm if you cant even get on the lot at 5:00 p.m.? Waste of time, gas, and energy. If the part you are looking to pull out is your hair, shop here! Avoid this place like the plague with their poor service, mystery hours, and sliding scale pricing that your cashier of choice decides what she wants to charge you.

I dnt understand why people are giving terrible reviews every since i been going to this place its been an awesome experience friendly staff and the yard has vehicle label into sections that makes your time finding everything worry free i will continue to drive 2 hours to this place because i can find everything i need n my family will to keep up the great work guys n gals. Good staff and a very good selection of vehicles and parts. HUGE money saver if you know what you need and aren’t doing afraid of getting dirty. Wish they had a mobile app. The “other” pull a part place is really kicking your azz on the mobile app issue. GET A MOBILE APP GUYS!!!!!

Their prices are about what their competitors are. But I could not even get the person in Atlanta to say whether it was manual or electric. As big a outfit that they are you would think that they would know at least some type of inventory of vehicles to keep and whats ready to scrap. The phone call was another problem. The person was nice, even give me a coupon refund on my admission. But I needed to know whether it was raining thunderstorms on that end of Memphis,Tennessee. Not Atlanta.

Good selection of the vehicles, normally you can get what your wanting. Problem is some of the models entered on the website are incorrect i.e Grand Cherokee/Cherokee. . Gravel really sucks walking on

Called to ask a simple question - got trapped in the absolute wost recording maze ever heard. Tried to navigate it but the system does not understand basic English. Finally gave up after wandering in the cyberspace maze for about 5 minutes. Who has time for this nonsense because management is too stupid to know how bad their system is? How much money are you losing?

Complete idiots. Drove all the way out here only to find they cant even label the car models right. Came for a Cherokee and 4 out of 6 of them were Grand Cherokees. Nowhere close. Rude employees said, Too bad.Used to be good. AVOID!
