This business was contracted by our HOA Board in 2020 to retrofit a community pool. The work didn’t begin until the 2021 Board took over, and we have had nothing but problems with them. The tiles were laid crooked and when we asked them to fix before refilling the pool they told us no. The outlets were left with grout clogging them and they refuse to clean them out. The pool pump now leaks and the lights no longer turn on, but they’re refusing to fix them because it’s not “in their contract”. Every time we try to communicate with the job site supe he’s unprofessional and the estimator who wrote the contract just keeps pointing to the other guy. We have yet to hear from the owner and it looks like we have a court case in the making.

I am a new home owner and also a first time pool owner when we first moved in the pool was in rough shape I called j&g they came out resurface the pool fixed and fixed the patio was a great price guys were very friendly and professional always on time and clean up was amazing I was very happy with the finished work and would definitely call them in the future

We recently had a pool chlorinator and heater replaced by G & J Pools. Not only they did a fantastic job, they were also very thorough and detail oriented and took the time to explain to us how everything functions and operates to make sure we run the pool on the most optimal settings to extend the life of the equipment. Highly recommend!

Ill start by saying, STAY AWAY FROM G & J POOL REMODELING.They were dishonest about start and finish time with no weather issues.Dishonest about matching tile, customer service, professionalism and many more things you would want a company to be truthful about.Had all of the equipment replaced. A bad new valve caused the spa to leak down every time the pump was off. It took them 6 months to replace it. They left a mess. Looks rigged and old with many couplings and older style valve installed. They broke the cover on my new Intellichlor salt generator. When I sent the owner Jack Lawrence pictures of the mess they left and the broken cover. He texted back, Your obviously someone who cant be pleased. Call someone else.

Called in to have my skimmer & timer to my pool looked at. Very responsive & helpful, made sure they got the job done and didn’t leave until we were fully satisfied and taken care of.

Called several times and left messages and received no response.

HAD COMPLETE RESURFACE 2012 POOL IS STAINING TERRIBLY, COLOR FADING CALLED FOR ASSIST ON 10 YR WARRANTY.SAID WOULD CHARGE FOR SERVICE CALL AND VERY DEROGGATORY.. HUGE RIP OFF FOR JOB.

Terrible workmanship. Dont bother.
