I dont usually leave reviews, but its so refreshing to deal with a family owned company that you can trust not to rip you off. I have the pool from hell with a tree that dumps leaves and seeds into it on a daily basis. The knowledgeable support and service these guys have given me have kept my antiquated equipment running for years without overcharging me. I thank you, as do my grandkids, for being able to swim in a safe clean pool. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!

Used them for a long time and didnt even mind paying a little more for products since they are a small local business. Had them replace/install a 1.5 hp pump and clean up some of the plumbing. After getting home and looking at the work, they installed a 1 hp pump and didnt clean up any of the plumbing. They gave me back the difference in cost for the pump but charged me more to come back and do the plumbing. They said the quote didnt include that even though when they came to do the quote they said they would do the plumbing. They didnt provide a written quote because of the whole covid stuff. I paid them a little extra to clean up the plumbing but thats the last dollar they will ever get from me.

Great group of individuals always doing their best to get you taken care of. I follow their recommendations and my pool is sparkly clear. Love the free water testing too.

On top of the problem with my crazy pool. Been a while since my pump worked. Thee staff and installer Luis listened to my issues and fair price. Very happy. Highly recommend.

They converted my pool to salt they fixed my pop-up system they’ve helped balance the salt content on my pool malfunctioned these people are great they got it all

Been coming here for a year and a half so far. Theyre the closest pool store to my house, which is the first home Ive had with a pool. Great folks working here, they took time to explain my pool equipment, testing and cleaning schedules, etc. When I needed parts for my robot, I gave them the Amazon price and they came pretty close to it. Never once did a hard sell for them to maintain my pool for me.Ill be coming here for a long time!

Amy was so nice when I called to ask for some help after the Hurricane. Someone was out within the next two days and they did a really nice job. He took the time to teach us what he was doing as he was doing it which was really nice. I am really really pleased with the service we received from Aqua-Rite Pools and we will be using them in the future to install our pool/spa heater and anything/everything else we need.

My elderly parents live in Melbourne and they used Aqua Rite for repairs to their pool. Not only did they charge the best price, but they did a wonderful job. The service was excellent and the response time was great! We truly appreciate the service we received from this company.

I regularly bring my water sample in for testing and Im always helped immediately. The staff at Aqua Rite are always friendly and professional and dont try to upsell just to make a buck like other pool stores. Their service rates are good as well with the work done efficiently and to our expectations.

They are very friendly. They do their job well. Fixed my pump and hooked up my vacuum for the pool as a bonus without me even asking.

Had Aqua Rite install pool automation to use thru a phone app. Went with them bc BJ was knowledgeable, friendly, accessible, etc. They were also less expensive then quotes from Pinch a Penny, Brevard Pools, and a few other companys. Works great! Love being able to control everything from my phone. Thank you BJ and Aqua Rite pools!

Pool Vac needed some serious help. They diagnosed it and gave me upfront and fair pricing. Duson explained all of the options available. Bj was extremely helpful in coordinating the repair. Thanks guys! I couldnt be happier.To be fair I deal with them on a professional level as well, but the experience has always been positive.

In response to Dennis Caylor; This looks like a case of Mistaken identity. We have no customer with this name in our data base. There is other companys in other states with this same name. It looks like he chose the wrong website to review.. Our repairmen have been employed with us for 12 years and 5 years. We always answer the phone during business hours, happy to say within the first few rings. We looked on the White Pages to try to see where he lives. None of them live within hundreds of miles of us, and many in different states even.

Terrible coordination and customer service, 2 weeks to get a pool pump replaced, part Aqua rite fault part home warranty. Never answer the phone, have to leave messages, maybe a call following day. Had a tech scheduled, they hired a new tech that was from another company that folded, told them we did not want that tech out here due to his performance from past company and issues we personally had with that tech and could they provide the initial tech that did the assessment or another, pool sat for 2 weeks, did not receive a courtesy call from Aqua Rite, but found out they decided not to do the job, and did not notify us, leaving the pool un-serviced. I found their communication unprofessional in keeping a client informed, and notified of changes. Would not reccomend using them for that reason.

Couldnt get a call back for over a week. Left 2 messages with staff and went to store location twice. On my 3rd attempt to call on day 8, BJ (employee) was rude and will take my business else where. Total joke when it comes to customer service!!!! This is not ok

Cant brag on these guys enough! Jay came out replace a chlorinator, and while he was there he diagnosed and repaired a leak and taught me more about the pool than I ever thought Id know. Even before coming out, he called ahead and gave me instructions on how to possibly repair the problem with the chlorinator to try and save some money. Excellent service = a new customer for life!!!

They did a great job for us. Had leaks in the lines running to the spa connected to the pool, and we got some scary quotes. Aqua Rite diagnosed, gave us a quote, cut the deck and repaired our lines and you cant see the repair. Thanks!!
