Great, fast service. They helped me find the most cost effective fix for my bad pool motor. They walked me through doing the installation myself and saved me a lot of time and money because I didnt have to wait for a technician. They are very knowledgeable about the inner workings of all things pool! This is my new favorite place to shop for pool supplies and service.

We had a pool installed by Paradise Pools over 16 years ago. This month we had to have our very first repair done. My husband called Paradise about the problem we were having, and after a quick talk with Anthony they were able to diagnose the problem. Anthony said he could send some one out the next week to replace the pump, but when my husband explained our daughter was getting married that week-end and we would have house full of people visiting, he got someone scheduled right away! Ron was the repair man who arrived on time, and quickly replaced our pump! We go to Paradise for all our water testing, and chemicals, and always find them to be helpful and very knowledgeable in all aspects of our pool care! 5 stars all around!!

Love Paradise Pools Supply. Unlike across the street, they treat women with same respect offered to men and provide written instructions that are usable. The customer service is truly above and beyond yet that appears to be their standard. :)

Ive trusted their pool water testing for years, more comprehensive than tests provided by others in the area. The test water bottle you get is larger because they use more water to perform complete analysis. Always very friendly and carry everything you need to keep your pool looking great

I came in to buy some cleaner and shock last Saturday and was treated like an idiot. I felt talked down to and didnt appreciate it. I will be going to a different pool supply company in the future.

A year back I needed a new bulb for my pool light and I asked the girl there if I could put a larger bulb in there and I told her it said use a 100 watt she said I could put a 150 watt bulb in there so I did well it ruined my transformer I came back with the bulb and told them what happened and asked me who told me to do that I described the girl and was told she no longer works there wow I wonder why I said all they did for me was exchange the bulb for the right one but a lot of good that did me now I must replace the transformer that costs hundreds of dollars I no longer do business there

Took the top of my multiport value in to possibly order a new one or parts, we took it apart together and $8 later no more leaks!

The owner is a complete jerk. I had my pool resurfaced by them. They did a terrible job and shortly after the work was completed the pool got black algae which I never had before. When I went back to complain about it that woman told me my pool needed to be resurfaced!!! to which I replied yes you just did the job. There were other customers there and they heard the whole exchange. after numerous phone calls and visits the shoddy workmanship was never corrected. Stay way from these scam artists.
