They try to force me to use a very expensive company to look for a problem in my spa tub that did not exist. I never find this damage they say I had. Provide evidence of issue please. They do not give a readout for visits for chemical balance so I did not know what was added or the very important ph level which is needed to healthy spa water. People in the office cut me off many times and did not want to talk to me. Also they did not show up to clean while I was on vacation. Very bad service.

Unreliable. Never provided a chemical readout like they promised. Cleanliness was inconsistent. People at the office don’t listen and are rude! Even my small daughter noticed how dirty the pool often was just after their “service”. They make a lot of claims that simply aren’t true. Not good.

Very professional company with a knowledgeable and hard working staff. They also have great prices- best in Brevard!

They say that they come once a week. They dont. They claim that they have a website where you can see service records. Cant see anything.
