Went to the store because of a verizon billing issue. Keisha exemplified customer service. She was on the phone with verizon for 45 minutes and was able to solve the issue. Because of her, I ended up buying a new phone that day. She stayed after closing to make sure everything was setup just right. I have only positive things to say about Keisha and the store.

I was able to tend to another errand, return when I was prompted, and complete my transaction while only being inside the store for a couple of minutes. I can’t say that at I had a bad experience at all. Went into the store wanting to get a new phone. Traded in my old one and got a few bucks back. I was offered a few accessories but not pressured in any way. Got what I went in for and I’m the proud owner of a new phone for the first time in my life.

It was time to renew our Verizon contract, so my wife and I went to the Victra phone shop in Viera, FL on Black Friday to check out the specials. In keeping with safety rules, we donned our masks and waited outside the store until our turn, keeping a social distance. We were introduced to the representative, Todd, who showed us the newest 5G phones, and knowledgeably gave us the pros and cons of each, without pushing us into the most expensive model. He answered all of our questions, including my wifes interest in the newest watches. After we chose the Samsung model we wanted, he very patiently reviewed our contract, showing us ways to save on its renewal. Then, he very patiently walked us through transferring our data from the old phones to the new. With my wife having accumulated over 5000 pictures, this was no easy task. In order to make the transfer, he had to add programs, and even then, he had to keep the phone overnight to upload everything. Throughout this all, as many hours as it took, he was so kind and patient. But the crowning point came today, a week later, after helping my wife get her new watch ready, he had Tech Support call me to be sure we had adjusted our account to maximize our savings!Thank you, Todd and Victra of Viera! I could not have asked for better assistance!

I popped into the Verizon store at The Avenue in Viera, Florida. I was promptly greeted and offered help. Harrison offered me a snack while he checked out my Samsung Galaxy Note S10 and my charger. He determined my charger wasnt working and gave me options to purchase a new one. Upon asking, he spread all the pop sockets out for me to choose. I purchased a nicer than standard charger and new pop socket and was on my way in no time.

The guy (I think his name is Mason) was incredible. He opened the store and was immediately bombarded with three customers and he was the only one there. He was so nice and helped all three of us very quickly and professionally. There was a glitch in the computer for my pickup order which was totally no fault of his own but he apologized profusely, fixed the problem and was literally the nicest Verizon employee I’ve ever met. I highly recommend going to this Verizon!

He was very knowledgable with the needs of patrons that live in the surrounding area when it comes to service and coverage. He ensured he covered everything needed and still managed my time well. Service was good. I was a little bummed I had to pay to have old phone data switched to new phone. When I bought the new phone thats what I was told. VERIZON use to do this for free. If I had the cable I could of done it myself. I appreciated the service either way.

The folks here at Victra (the Verizon store here in Viera), especially Harrison and Danielle are totally awesome. He is fast, smart as heck about all the products here, and super friendly. Ive bought a lot of phones, and never had a speedy set up as I did here today. When I asked about cases, screen protectors, chargers, etc. He had a selection for me to choose from in an instant. He was absolutely no pressure on accessories and I only bought what I thought I really needed and he understood completely. What I did get was a fast charger that was almost half the price somewhere else. I was in and out in less than an hour and talking on my new phone with Everything moved onto it from my old phone. Bravo to this awesome store. The only place I need to go for cellphones.

I went in and bought a screen protector for my phone. They put it on for me, and after they put it on, they noticed there was a defect in the protector. Instead of leaving it and hoping I wouldn’t notice, they took it off right away and got another box. I really appreciated that because the little defect would have probably driven me crazy!

Do not go here, they will rip you off. Goto a verizon dealer. They tell you that you can call Verizon and get your activation fees waived. I called and Verizon told me the store can do that. Since it is not an authorized Verizon store, they can not do it. Go to an authorized store like the one on Wickham rd. and sarno.

Go somewhere else!!!!Update: Not only was I charged $20 setup per line, but now on my first bill I am being charged for higher service plan than selected in store. Also they added device protection to my phones without even asking me. Never doing business with this store again.This place will charge a $20 setup per line when starting a service with Verizon. Then Verizon will charge $20 extra from their original $20 online activation fee per line. You will end up paying $60 per line just to start your service. Would I have known that before getting to the store, I would have just order my phones online and only pay $20 for activation on the first bill.

Bought a charger from here that was meant to last. I was told that if it stopped working I would get a full refund and that it would be replaced. Needless to say, the charger broke! The most expensive charger Ive had in my life, and it lasted a shorter period of time than any charger Id ever owned. So, thinking that the store was honest, I tried to exchange it. It was very clearly not working. She said something along the lines of their not supposed to break so were not replacing it. Are you kidding? Thats false advertising right off the bat. In return she gave me some cheap charger, which ultimately lasted significantly longer than the other one. However, I paid good money to have a heavy duty charger, and the retailer had no plan of living up to their word. Its truly disappointing because Ive had Verizon ever since I got my first phone. In the future, Ill be sticking with Verizon, but never again at this retailer. The only reason Im giving it 2 stars is because the employee was friendly and just doing her job, but aside from that, all the store cares about is making a profit, which is what businesses do, but they sure dont care about their customers.

As an authorized retailer, the store does not treat you as a Verizon customer.Asking for assistance, they were unwilling to help because it would take time from new customer. Saleswoman was very rude and wanted to charge for basic assistance that would be expected as a Verizon customer, monthly bill is not cheap. Services that are gladly provided at company stores. Only reason 2 stars, another salesmen did jump in and help. Would not go there again.

Avoid this place at all cost. The people here lie to you to get your business, that is to say they tell you things about Verizon promotions that simply arent true. When called out on it, they deny having ever provided false information in the first place. Complete joke. I was lied to about a line transfer promotion since all of the pertinent details (i.e. qualifying details) were left out which prevented me from obtaining two promotional credits (one for each line) from Verizon. However it was stated to my face by one of the sales reps that I would in fact be receiving two promotional credit cards from Verizon. I even asked the rep to examine the promotion details to make sure everything was correct, which he did and told me that everything was good. I had to call Verizon customer service to get the correct information, and when I requested assistance from the store manager, assuming she would accommodate me and own up to their mistake, she provided the were sorry, theres nothing we can do response.If you are looking to switch to Verizon from another carrier (as I was), go somewhere else where you can deal with honest and trustworthy people.

We purchased two I-Phones here with a promise of getting a $300. Dollar rebate on each of our present phones. We continued to check with our salesman Brett and kept getting put off. Management wouldn’t back there promise and was quite rude when confronted. I’m 75 and my wife is 70. As seniors we put too much trust in a salesman with no character. Backed my a manager with no scruples. If you would like to get ripped off and told lies to get your business then this is the store for you. We will never do business with Verizon again.

I actually had a good experience with this store. I stopped by several times checking prices on the 7s Hoping they were coming down when the 8s came out. Danielle took the time on multiple occasions to answer more questions. While I did order the 8+ online from Verizon, because it was cheaper, I did go back to Danielle for my accessories. She was quite happy to assist. She also helped me with the VR gear promotion which she did not have too do. My recommendation for this store would be that it needs more staff during the lunch time hours. 1 and 2 staff are not enough for this time of the day. If you were on your lunch hour you may not get helped due to the # of customers already in the store.

I went to this store today to switch my old phone to a new phone. I was met with the worst customer service I think I have ever had. The rep. I went to seem to not know what he was doing. was on his phone texting while I waited for my new phone to be transferred. He then told me that it wasnt working and I need more account information. He pretty much pushed me to leave so he wouldnt have to deal with transferring my phone. Finally, he asked how much I got the new phone for and criticized me for paying too much for such an old phone. I wish I would have gotten his name so I could tell you all to avoid him but I was so taken back by the lack of professional that I left and never looked back.
