We have had them for a few years and love them. David is a Rock Star and is always willing to help and fix any problems that might come up. David was super helpful, professional and kind today as always. He left me smiling and happy after his assistants not to mention go me back up and going. Thank you David for being so AWESOME!!
When we first got it internet was great. Than after a few months it started going out more & more. Cant get ahold of anyone in the company just an answering service.
Much better internet speeds than AT&T for my complex. 10/1 is the best AT&T offers, 30/30 or better is typical for my FHSI.
FLHSI was highly recommended by several friends so we are testing it out for ourselves. Seems to be working great right now! Much more affordable and faster than our AT&T service. Anytime I wanted to talk to someone, I had a two way conversation with a human and not a machine, and did not need to press any buttons to choose a language!! Brad performed the install. He went above and beyond what a typical install would normally be including climbing under the house via a crawl space and more! He did it all with a smile on his face and perfect attitude! Very pleasant gentleman!
I love that when I call an actual person answers the phone. If we have an outage or any kind of connection problems they are very helpful and get the problem fixed very quickly.
My tour guide was not allowed to guide me. And no other option was offered.
We have been in a very long standing relationship with FLHSI - over 16 years. The IT Support Team has been very responsive when needed. Personnel have provided me feedback and I agree - FLHSI customer service has been the easiest and most helpful customer service team utilized. Weve been with FLHSI for probably 6+ years even after fiber and cable came in our neighborhood. Reliability has been very good. They have always been responsive for me during business hours. I really like that you get a symmetrical connection like you would with fiber (similar upload & download speeds, unlike cable). Only wish they could figure out a way to push like 200-300mb connection out to me now that 4k streaming is a thing.
Great customer service- we purchased new phones from them right beforethe quarantine and our folks working from home just plugged their phones in at home and we where ready to serve our clients. It went way better than expected.

Their customer service is amazing and their technicians are very knowledgeable!After the hurricane came through, our service was back up and running very quickly. They are always helpful, and are hands down the best source for local internet. They are transparent in their pricing and explain everything you may want to know. You feel like a real name and not just a number on a big companys spreadsheet. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. What kid of company doesnt offer a refund. Thats because they have awful service. I would advise anyone to avoid. Just pay the extra money and get spectrum or anyone else for that fact. All they can say is we cant help you, and the disclaimer says no refunds.
At Jetty Park in Cape Canaveral this week. Was happy to find they got rid of Tango Internet and switched to Florida High Speed Internet . Com... Signal strength was fantastic. After all my campsite had the antenna right on it. Oops. Then I tried it. Absolutely SUCKED. Worse than Tango. Worse Ive ever tried. Used 4 different laptops/phones. Moved across the street. Bad. Bad bad. Bad on each device. They are totally ripping off the park. Shouldnt get paid for this. Boo. Bad.

Florida High Speed has top notch services and their responsiveness has been supreme. We have had multiple carriers over they years and they are by far the best weve had in the 25 years Ive been in the business.
Ive used Florida High Speed Internet for my business and have been very happy. Spectrum was not available and ATT was too slow and unreliable. Ive enjoyed using a local provider that is responsive to small business needs.
Great speed and reliability for the price, understanding and intelligent support staff. Also, through these last two hurricane seasons, they almost made it the entire storm without interruption of service, and were back up within days, if not hours, after the storm. Family members who had spectrum (both residential and business) were down for almost two weeks, and couldn’t talk to a real person when they called in.
I had been dealing with Brighthouse for many years, receiving horrible customer service and paying way too much for internet services. I made the switch to Florida High Speed Wireless and never looked back! I have gotten great speeds with reliable connections, and if I ever do have an issue with my service, I get some of the best customer service I could ever ask for! Easily, a five star company!
We have used Florida High Speed Internet for internet and telephones in our condo for several years. We always receive great service and support when needed. Even during hurricanes when we had power at our building they were up and running. Would recommend them for your internet.
The internet is off and on all the time. When you try to get tech support it takes a good day and a half to get back to you. It seems like they take care of the businesses before the residents. We pay our bills just like they do. You get kicked of the things you do at night. I give them no stars been with them for about 5 years now and nothing has changed. Can’t wait for uverse to get into my area. Just a matter of time.
Customer service is absolutely useless. Do not ever expect from them to call you back when you leave a message, do not expect the problem to get solved (over a month of no internet service previous and not related to Irma); do, however, expect to be charged for a service you didnt received. Absolutely frustrating. Cancelling my account. This company is definitively destined to disappear.
Customer for 4+years suddenly service is horrible and they want to charge if they cant find the problem in their equipment. How about I charge for the loss of business and income your lousy service cost me? No wonder reviews are terrible!!! Skip this company save yourself alot of trouble.
Great price, reliability, and speed. Lasted almost all the way through Irma, and was back up within hours afterwards.

Our company switched to them under a recommendation from another service provider. It has been a 2 month nightmare only to end in condescending indifference from the sales rep who I suspect is the owner. We will never do business with them again and encourage others to steer clear of this completely incompetent company.
