Three internet (including phone) interruptions in 5 weeks. Same excuse on all three -- cable was cut. No other explanation. The last interruption (3/4/20) lasted 19 hours. Do not believe this type of service is acceptable at the current prices....AND, no credit provided on down time.Additionally, during normal operation, internet system buffers very frequently, causing download delays. Im paying for high speed internet service, but only getting breakdown lane pacing.Tsk..Tsk..ATT. Major league pricing but minor league service.
