From the moment I entered the door until the second I walked out, was an absolutely wonderful experience!!! Everyone was nice and brought me water in the waiting room. When I was in the chair there was nice music playing in the background! The girl who took my X-rays even put cotton in my mouth to make it not hurt. The doctor agreed with the kind of treatment plan I wanted!!! He didn’t try to talk me into spending money I don’t have, on my teeth. All around great experience!!! I plan to stay with them for a long time!!! Hands down, the best dentist I have ever been to!!!

Speaking on the phone with the secretary, she was very helpful answering my questions. She had a cheerful voice and easy to talk with. I was surprised that I got an appointment the next day . The staff was friendly and talked about simple things of life. I felt welcomed and at ease. Mark, the dentist he was friendly and respectful. He explained what was going on with my tooth and how he was going to fix it.Also, I liked that I knew how much everything was going to cost me before I agreed to the exam.Thank you for my happy day at the dentist.

What a fantastic place! Havent been to a dentist in years after a terrifying experience from a previous oral surgeon. The appointment was for my daughter. She said they did not hurt her plus she was excited to get a purple toothbrush. My interactions with the receptionists everytime Ive called have been very pleasant. We just moved here and my husband went and really liked them. I have not had an appointment yet for myself but, have switched to this dentist office from my previous one.

The office was very quite upon my arrival, receptionist was very friendly, I was on time and so was the hygienist, Barbara. She told me a little about 321 Dental, how it started and about its present day patients. I had my teeth cleaned and Barbara went over the dental plan but I was only charged for new patient exam. I was shocked, Barbra was very professional and polite. I was very pleased with my visit and their staff.

After looking for a dentist for almost two years, was ready to go back to Ohio every 6 months for my cleaning….made an appointment at 321 Dental and from the moment I met with the receptionist I felt comfortable. Im a new patient. Needed 2 crowns and cavity fixed. Dr Joel was amazing. The entire procedure was relatively painless, even the novacane didnt hurt. He was gentle and informative during the entire time. The crowns were made on site.. the staff is efficient and friendly. So happy I found him.

Always get a good cleaning with dental hygienist Barbara-very personable and professional! The appt was timely and overview by the dentist very timely and quick! All done within an hour!

I had a wonderful experience at the dental office. I was there for a cleaning, they were on time they took my temperature and got me comfortable for my cleaning. Barbara the hygienist was very friendly, she was conscientious and thorough. She asked questions and she listened. She showed real concern and I felt that she really cared about what she was doing and it was more than a job. Very attentive. We need more people like that. I also met Dr. Joel who was also very nice and patient as he explained my needed dental care. The office was clean, the receptionist was very friendly and pleasant. Going to the dentist is not an oh joy experience for most people so it’s always nice when you leave feeling that you had the best service and care.

Excellent service and very understanding about my pain. I was in exstream pain all weekend and called Tuesday morning and Tuesday at 4:15 the three bad teeth were removed. The Dr. And his entire staff are great. Going back at later date to have more work done.

Dr. Joel was so helpful in repairing my broken tooth issue. I had been having severe pain from a molar that broke in pieces and became infected.Having been recommended to Dr. Joel he was very thorough in explaining my options regarding my tooth. The final decision was an extraction and was immediately scheduled at first available appointment. I was taken in first thing in the morning and his friendly staff walked me through the new patient paperwork.I was immediately explained the procedure and given updates as things progressed.He even continued to ask me if the numbness was sufficient or was I feeling pain.It was quite comforting to me to have someone explain things in human terms right down to after procedure follow up.I thank Dr. Joel and the entire staff at 321 Family Dental.I would highly recommend him as a family dentist.Thank you again Dr. Joel.I hope I wont need you anytime soon for a similar treatment but I look forward to ongoing maintenance and general dental health with you and your staff.P. I cant say how much I really love this place! I called in with a major toothache and they took me in a matter of an hour and a half WAIT did I say I have never been to this facility before? Staff was great the dentist was great! Took his time and listen to my concerns examined me and had to extract my tooth! He really took his time and numb me and really cared about pain management!
