Dr Sangvi I Patel is by far the best dentist I have ever been too. I had an emergency and he got me in the next day. My current dentist at the time would not do that for me and I had have been going there for 12 years . Dr Patel is meticulous, he loves what he does, it shows. He makes sure you do not fill any pain during procedures. He will be my dentist as long as I live in Florida and if I move I will fly in to see him. Yes, he Is that good. All of his staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to anyone needing A great dentist.

This office is totally caring about my mouth! I have never been anywhere where they think about my care and how best to make better for me. I showed up yesterday and had a new hygienist. Made me a little nervous. She was so good. She did not use the water pick on me. She did the hand pick to get tartare off. She was amazing and did the best job! Her name is Rosie! She was amazing. Then I found put that they had thought about me before I got there and decided this would be better for me! All I can say is wow! What a wonderful place! I love them all and so thankful for the great work they are doing! My mouth has never looked so good! Thank you Dr Patel and all of your amazing staff!!

Had a root canal done about a month ago by Dr. Patel. Ive never had any mouth work done before so I was pretty nervous going in. The staff is super friendly and helpful which made me less nervous. The procedure itself wasnt bad and there wasnt an ounce of pain the following days. Dr. Patel is a highly talented dentist. Just look-up his name to see the numerous wonderful things he has done for people. The pricing was a tad bit high, but honestly, having one of the best dentists in all of the country makes it worth the price.

I went to Dr. Patel’s office for a second opinion, and it was an outstanding experience! From the front desk assistant who knew the patients by first name, to the professional back staff - everything was top notch! My visit started with no office waiting. I was then brought back and the hygienist immediately put me at ease with her friendly demeanor, she did a thorough cleaning and then I saw the doctor. He was outstanding and had a great bedside manner. After years of a recurring problem, he diagnosed the problem another dentist missed. I pay out of pocket, and his pricing was fair and upfront. Great office atmosphere Great Dr. but recommendations for what is needed more then what is needed in my opinion. I needed some work done and Dr. Patel did a dental plan. I thought it was a bit high as a local friend works in a dental office but is just out of town which isnt convenient for me. I sent her over the plan and the charges for exact same work and job code as you would call it were 2-3 times higher then 2 other dental offices I visited. I feel that the office and staff are great but costing 2-3 times higher then any other office for same exact dental plan / work requested is too much. I would just advise you to get your plan and then shop around for yourself to see the cost difference and make a decision you feel comfortable with. Hope this helps

I am 63 and have been to plenty of dentists over the years. I found Dr. Patel over 12 years ago and got to know him as he gave excellent care and attention to parents. My husband and I began to go to him even though we live 350 miles away. His knowledge and quality of work is excellent. He has up to date equipment to make things as easy, accurate and painless as possible he and his staff are a pleasure to be with.

Dr Patel is fantastic and his office staff is wonderful as well. A little on the pricey side. It seems like the plan we came up with included followup appointments and I paid it all up front but then was charged at follow up visits. Will have to look closer at the exact details of the plan. He did however ease the pain from my TMJ with a guard and for that I am extremely grateful!

Ok we all know dentistry is expensive! The reason I go to Dr. Patel (and you can find cheaper dentists) is that I know he is going to take care of my dental needs with precision and care, and I can trust him to find reasonable solutions to some rather difficult dental issues. Best dental experience possible. I had a tooth break and they were able to get me right in. I had a root canal on a molar the same day as my appointment on the last bussiness day before Christmas. Very high-tech equipment and friendly staff. They were able to work out a reasonable plan of action to fix my smile, all while fitting it in to my budget.

I have been a patient of Dr Patel since he bought the practice. He is very trustworthy and his skill set has constantly improved.

Overview:Pricing poorManipulation of customers into extra procedures.I provided insurance before my appointment and they said it would cost $75 to meet for the first time and evaluate. The cost was actually $205 which happens I understand but the fact that they added procedures to increase the billable procedures without notification is the problem.Next I first went here a week after my father passed away of a Venus sinus thrombosis. Sangiv Patel thought it would be a good idea to say there is a connection between my fathers death and an expensive medical treatment of a deep cleaning. This is what actually caused me to decide to never return. I actually called him out on the fact he did this while sitting in the chair. His response was he wanted to make it real and he understood the link was non existent. He never apologized for attempting to use my fathers death to push me into an expensive medical procedure. I decided at that point I would just never use Sangiv again.However then just before Thanksgiving I receive a bill for $130. Yesterday I went in to provide them with an option to not have this review come out. I told Karen that I understand sometimes people make mistakes and if he truly regretted his attempted use of my fathers death to influence my decision to spend thousands of dollars then he can just release my medical records and remove the $130 charge. Today I received an email requesting the $130 with no even an apology from Sangiv.I will never return to this establishment and let everyone know Sangiv seeks only to use any manipulation possible to increase sales.If you are okay with blatant manipulation Sangiv is the dentist for you.

I took my son to this dentist since our beloved dentist had retired. My son had a cleaning x rays etc.. while I waited in the front office I received an ear full from the receptionist Jessica about how horrible it is to work there. Jessica continued to complain about how cheap Dr Patel is, he’s never bought the office lunch and according to Jessica she is worth way more in pay considering she’s been in the dental field for 18 yrs. Jessica made the statement “I probably won’t be here when you come back but don’t worry the dentist is ok”. When my son was finished I never spoke with Dr Patel. I was informed this is normal practice. I would be brought back in for a consultation at no charge once Dr Patel reviewed the X-rays etc.. I thought this was strange but ok whatever. Advance a week or so later I come in for my consultation that was already paid for at the initial appointment. I was quite surprised to see Jessica (the receptionist) was still employed. Jessica than informed me that she threatened to quit, but with her amazing expertise for a receptionist in the dental field Dr Patel gave her a raise so for now she would stay. I found this extremely unprofessional for an employee to speak to patients about the Dr, her paycheck and personal issues. I asked again to be reassured there was no charge and again I was reassured there was NO charge for the consultation I never received at the first visit I had already paid for. I was then told by Dr Patel that my son had roughly 19 cavities, needed gum surgery. I found this EXTREMELY hard to believe being we just saw our dentist before she retired 6 months earlier and he wears braces so his dental care is excellent. How could his prior dentist who just retired and his orthodontist miss all these issues? I was in shock to say the least. As I left I expressed my concern to the receptionist Jessica and I was told by Jessica that my prior dentist wasn’t doing her job because they were seeing a lot of her patients coming in. I still couldn’t believe this. What complete nonsense. Our PRIOR dentist was nothing shy of amazing! I presented the findings to my sons orthodontist and he asked that I go anywhere I choose just to get a second opinion. So we did! I took my son to 2 different dentists that do NOT know each other. Both dentist came up with the exact same diagnosis which was extremely different than the exorbitant diagnosis of Dr Patel. My son had 4 very minute cavities he did NOT need gum surgery. It wasn’t until after they diagnosed my son I presented them with Dr Patel’s findings of 19 cavities and needing gum surgery. Both dentists were in shock. The look on their faces said it all. So we have chosen a new dentist and his cavities have been fixed. Forward 3 weeks I receive a bill in the mail. It’s from Dr Patel he’s billed my insurance for the supp consultation I had paid for at the first visit that was never received. Except he’s billed Cigna for a periodontal exam. This was a shock being Dr Patel is NOT a periodontist. And the fact that I was also reassured multiple times there was no charge for coming back in being I had already paid for a consultation at the first visit when I was never given a consultation. I called the office and couldn’t get a clear answer from Jessica (surprised she was still employed) the Dr must of finally bought her lunch. I have filed a formal complaint with Cigna and I refuse to pay this ridiculous bill. Steer clear of this Dr and his unprofessional staff. You will be over diagnosed. But if you love gossip and drama go sit in the waiting room, surely Jessica will give you an ear full about her pay, her expertise and Dr Patel. Completely unprofessional and a con. I will be filing a complaint with the dental board as well. FIND A DIFFERENT DENTIST..

They do great work, I have a weird root system and they always take extra care of me, when I need work done outside their specialty, the oral surgeon they send me to is just as wonderful as they are.
