The Viera Smile Studio takes seriously the fine art of preserving smiles. My recent hygiene appointment was at the top of the charts for friendliness, efficiency and genuine care. I had quality time with the doctor, and the hygienist was as thorough as I have ever experienced. When my appointment was complete, I felt renewed! Dr. Pryszlak and her staff are very professional. I have always feared getting dental work done but that has changed with Dr. Pryszlak...she sure knows what she is doing and I have had extensive dental work done with her and none of it was ever painful. When I had moved to Melbourne, I had a tooth that was giving me tremendous pain. I was referred to this office by a coworker, but the secretary refused to put me on the schedule until the following week. The pain was so bad, ended up being a cracked tooth, I had to go to an emergency clinic over the weekend.It cost me over $200.When I finally saw this dentist the following week she said we should have seen you last week. I ended going to an Oral Surgeon to get the tooth pulled.This office has been harassing me for over a year for a bill they claim I owe. They even turned it over to collections which has impacted my credit score. My credit score is normally over 800. Now it has dropped to less than 800. I work in healthcare and we would never treat people this way. So, I would highly suggest people use a more caring office. I was nice enough not to file a malpractice suit, but now I will need to.

This is by far the BEST dentist I’ve ever been to! EVERYONE is so SWEET and HAPPY here! I’ve had an exam,cleaning and two fillings. They were so gentle and comforting here. I am so amazed at the personal attention and professionalism here! I usual dread going to the dentist I’m sure some feel the same but Viera smile studio is so different and I’m so happy I found them! No pain no discomfort and I have another appointment for another cavity! Like I said I dread the dentist so it’s been a couple years since I’ve been.. you will not be disappointed at Viera Smile Studio 🥰

Be very careful with your account there. Collecting more than they should. Friend of mine went there and said they were trying to collect from her what was due from insurance. Also she said that she is out of network for a lot of insurances which means that her out out of pocket fees are higher. She is only in network for three plans Cigna and delta dental premier only. My friend wasnt happy at all. When she read her statement and notice the amount they were trying to collect was actually what was supposed to be expected from insurance.

She is excellent at her job, the only dentist we have used that cared enough about my husbands dipping snuff to get him a prescription for chantrix. The hygienists are great and very caring, they listen when you tell them facts; (having a small mouth can cause many problems in an adult).

After several years of dental neglect due to my overwhelming fear of going to the dentist, I decided I wanted to get Invisalign, but needed lots of work before I could start that process.With much trepidation, I sat in Dr. Pryszlaks chair for my first appointment...3 fillings. I was TERRIFIED. Both Dr. Pryszlak and her assistant Cynthia, made me feel at ease by talking me through each step they were taking and explaining EVERYTHING they were doing. One thing I want to make mention of is her skill with regard to administering numbing agent. I didnt even feel the needle go in! I was so surprised by that. They did everything within their power to make sure I was comfortable, including getting me a blanket to try and keep me from shaking...I was that scared!By the time my first visit was over, my fear of dentistry was almost obsolete. In total, during subsequent visits, I had more than 10 fillings done and a crown replaced. Dr. Pryszlak is a true artist. She takes the time to basically create anatomy in what would otherwise be a standard smooth filling in an effort to make the tooth appear natural.Now that I am done with all of my restorative dental work, I am happy to say I have started my Invisalign journey. As a testament to how natural her fillings appear, my ortho thought they were looking at the wrong films when they first evaluated me because there were so many fillings on the x-ray and they could barely tell by sight that I had any...lol!If you are looking for a patient, conscientious, and skilled dentist, you should give Dr. Pryszlak a try. This office is full of warm, talented, and dedicated people who are truly focused on giving you the best care and best smile possible!
