My husband and I have been going to Dr. Cedric Chenet for over a year and really think the world of the dental service we have received from the staff and Dr. Chenet himself. I had a dental emergency recently and Dr. Cedric was not available but Dr. Derek Chenet was. The staff got me right in and Dr. Derek was as wonderful as his dad. He also took control and corrected an ill fitting mouth guard that I had received. I wouldnt hesitate to go to either Dr. Chenet!

Today I had the pleasure of having a cleaning and checkup at Dr. Chenets office. The staff are incredible, efficient and during these pandemic times very thorough with all of their safety practices. My initial x-rays were taken by Chenna who was very caring, funny and a joy to meet. Next I had my cleaning performed by Monique. She did a brilliant job and most importantly was really good at explaining my treatment and how I should properly perform my personal dental care. She also had me laughing a lot too and made the whole experience very good for me. Lastly was Dr Chenet, who was such a nice and very warm dentist. He really makes you feel comfortable and secure. Overall this visit was such a pleasure and I am looking forward to more visits. - Darryl

We have been going to Dr. Chenet for 6 years. During this pandemic his office is set up for a clean working environment. Dr. Chenet and his staff are friendly, efficient and experienced. We have always been able to get immediate service when we have a problem. Would definitely recommend him.

My husband was seen by a hygenist for a cleaning for 45 minutes they charged $678.00 we refused payment as this is an insane overcharge, they sent it to collections, billing department was nasty and wouldnt discuss.

Shortly after dental offices were permitted to be open because of the pandemic, I had a cleaning at Dr. Chenets office. While they have always done an excellent job, I was very impressed by their new measures to make sure of the safety of both the patients and their staff, beginning with a health screening in my car, before I was allowed to enter the office. The staff was very reassuring and informative and my hygienist did an great job. I felt every possible measure was taken to protect both myself and their staff.

This was my first visit to Dr. Chenets office. It was a great experience. Everyone was friendly, hygienist explained what she was doing as she proceeded with my cleaning and Dr. Chenet was pleasant. Im so glad I switched dentists!

My dental hygenist gave me a thorough cleaning and spent time explaining options moving forward. Dr. Chenet greeted me with a warm smile and discussed a program of dental care that would create a better smile. All finances were explained very carefully and based on my needs.Over the past 60 years, I have seen many different dentists, however I never had such warm friendly care. In my 74 years I have been treated by a significant number of quality dentists and really didnt believe that I would find a dentist and dental practice that clearly exceeds the others in quality of service and professionalism. Dr. Chenet and his staff understand that they operate a business that depends on delivering the highest quality of service that includes treating all patients/customers with dignity and respect - even snowbirds like my wife and me. The office staff is congenial and welcoming. Rather than wait for a client to ask questions, they deliver a complete package of information including a tour of the facility. Most impressive! Indeed there is a pleasant and almost joyful approach that made me feel comfortable and welcome. Additionally, Dr. Chenet and the dental assistants operate with only the best interest of the patient in mind. They provide a multitude of options and allow the patient to intelligently participate in the decision making process about dental care. Lastly, Dr. Chenets commitment to perfection was apparent to me when he looked at a crown that he installed, was not satisfied with the color, removed it and replaced it with a perfectly colored crown that is indistinguishable from my natural teeth. Keep in mind that the whole process of providing two crowns required only two hours! I most highly recommend Dr. Chenets practice for your your dental needs.

I have been a patient for several years and highly recommend Dr Chenet and his Staff. He is kind, gentle and very knowledgeable and will only perform procedures that are necessary. His staff of hygienists and assistants are all excellent. His office staff are very friendly and helpful. I recently needed an emergency repair; I figured that perhaps Dr Chenet could put in a temporary patch until I returned from my trip, but much to my surprise, Dr Chenet took the time and made the permanent repair so I would not have to worry about my tooth while I was away.

I was involved in an accident a few years ago where I chipped a tooth. Over time the trauma to my tooth had damaged it internally. I had seen Dr. Chenets ads and read great reviews about him. I called to schedule an appointment. I was impressed at the friendly staff and the state of the art facilities. I was even more impressed when I met Dr. Chenet. He is an amazing dentist with an awesome personality! He made me feel at ease and was reassuring that everything was going to be fine. And it was! The dental work is over and I look amazing! I feel so blessed to have Dr. Chenet for my dentist. I HIGHLY recommend him!

I want to compliment Dr. Cedric Chenet and his staff for outstanding dental care. I am always greeted with a smile on every visit, and feel staff members treat patients like family. My mother is also a patient with late stage Alzheimer’s. She can be very difficult at times to deal with. Our oral hygienist is Catina who has incredible patience and cleans teeth thoroughly. My mother has her teeth cleaned on a monthly basis because she rarely brushes and will not floss anymore. Kudos to Dr. Chenet and his exceptional staff.

Ive been going to Dr. Chenets since 2016 and Ive always enjoyed the wonderful service. Very diverse staff with good old fashion customer service. There is never a rush to get you out like Ive experienced at other places. More importantly your concerns are always valued and you can always expect to speak with the Doctors in person or with a phone call. Very accessible.

This is a great dentists office...from the front desk to the hygienists to the doctors, they get the mission accomplished with confidence and all the tools they need. Initially, I chose Dr. Chenet because he is a retired Air Force officer and I havent been disappointed...I knew the Air Force trained him right!

I have a bad gag reflex and it is hard to find a dental office that I feel comfortable with. Since the first day upon attending Chenet Dental, I have felt calm and been taken care with kindness and caring professionals. I feel at home and with family when I am treated. I have made major improvements with my gag reflex issues since attending Chenet Dental.

My husband and I are patients of this practice. Both Dr. Chenet and Dr. Yu are very engaging. My husband sees Monica and I see Lisa as dental hygienists. Both use a very steady hand and are gentle but very thorough in their work. We are very pleased with our choice to be patients of this practice.

Ive been a patient of Dr Chenet for over 15 years. This year after cracking a tooth, I got a next day appt. They made a new crown right there in the office and worked on me after hours to get it fitted. The doc and his staff get it right every time. Thanks guys!!

His office staff is always on the ball--if you provide your dental insurance information over the phone, they will research and let you know before your visit if there is any out of pocket expense.The quality of the dental work is the highest. Dr. Chenet was recommended to us several years ago after we had tried several dentists in different areas. Immediately, we felt comfortable and knew we were in good hands. I had several traumatic experiences previously and once Dr. Chenet took care of me I knew I could count on him. I had several emergencies and the office staff was so kind to arrange a way for me to take care of these emergencies. I had several dentists tell me I needed this, that and other things done to my mouth but Dr. Chenet did not agree and provided me with the best alternatives with the least expense and trauma for my health and well being.

Through it all I felt zero pain and no discomfort. I did not even feel your hands nor your tools maneuvering inside my mouth. You did a great job.================================================Monique, my dental hygienist, was very caring during the removal of a plaque on my back bottom teeth. She stood behind and around me for at least two hours to make sure that the plaque was removed. I am a diabetic patient with anxiety overload. Shes very aware of this emotion and try to comfort me at every level of this procedure. I really appreciate her efforts and compassion.The same kudos goes to everyone else in the office, especially Crissy, Catina and Lisa who are my other hygienists.I also thank Dr. Chenet who came to administer any anesthesiology that I may need (thank God that I did not need any that day.)I am a lucky person to have such a wonderful team working on my behalf to make sure that I keep my dental hygiene as perfectly healthy as possible.When Dr. Chenet saw me for the first time almost two decades ago he told me Youre diabetic. I recently broke a tooth while eating a hard cookie, called Dr. Chenets office and talked with absolutely concerned, compassionate, personnel who worked me into the Doctors schedule in minimum time. Dr. Chenet explained completely what caused the problem, related and explained options for treatment, and recommended a solution that was completely agreeable with me. I am really fortunate to have had Dr. Chenet as my dentist for several years and for the complete dental care I receive at his office. My husband also relies on Dr. Chenet and his staff completely for all his dental work and we both recommend him highly.

There are two locations and I go to the one on Babcock St in Melbourne. Everyone is super friendly and very accommodating. Dr. Chenet and his staff had to go some to beat my prior dentist Dr. Nicols who unfortunately passed away. Dr. Chenet took over the practice and made sure it was a smooth transition for the patients. A special shout out to the hygienist, Lisa...she’s the best! I’m not a fan of going to the dentist, so for me to leave a good review for one is really saying something!!

I have always gotten excellent service at Cedric Chenet’s Dental practice!! Dr. Chenet & his hygienists are very professional, talented, and friendly! I’ve been going there for many years because one of my girlfriends gave me the tip that Dr. Chenet was a great dentist—-and it proved true. I have a complicated mouth to deal with, because it is full of many 30 & 40 yr-old gold crowns, plus porcelain crowns, four implants, and about 12 original front teeth. Dr. Chenet has also made some of those wonderfully modern Cerec crowns for me, which he created in the office in about a half hour.Especially, I really like the way Dr. Chenet and his staff always PATIENTLY answer my plethora of questions that I throw at them concerning the procedures they plan to perform. After becoming frusterated trying to find the right Dr. to do extensive work on my teeth and mouth I finally found this office. My first visit was today and I could not have been more satisfied. All of the staff are attentive, friendly and professional, they put me at ease, so much so I got a little emotional myself because I came in embarrassed with shame. Dr. Chenet came in, listened to ME, did the exams and set forth a treatment plan. His manner is attentive, jovial and positive..easy to talk to. I would and will highly recommend this office to anybody. Great Experience!

I would first like to start about how I got to know Dr. Chenet. He had done some dental work on my husband in 2012 before he went to Afghanistan. Nobody else in our family had been a patient except for my husband. That same year night before Christmas Eve my son had a horrible toothache and he was not established with any dentist. I took a shot and called Dr. Chenets office Christmas Eve and voicemail directed me to call his cellphone which I did. He agreed to see my son in his office. I was blown away by his kindness. This man took time on a holiday to see someone whom was not even a patient of his. I had previously worked in dentistry for about 8 years. I was impressed with his office and informed him that my son was just as frightened of dentists like my husband was. He was very thorough, gentle and took his time with my son.From the moment you walk into the office until the time you leave it is very warm, professional and courteous experience. All of the staff go out of their way to take care of you.I live in Canaveral Groves so the drive to see him in Viera is a bit of a haul yet all worth it.

Couldnt have been more accommodating. Unfortunately I was unable to get my 3 year old daughter to daycare early enough to make my appointment. The dental assistant talked to her and let her help take X-rays and the hygienist pulled another chair up close and let her watch and answered all her questions about what she was doing to Mommy. Even Dr Chenet spent time talking to her too. They eased this frazzled Momma s mind and took great care of both of us. I normally hate going to the dentist, but they made it a pleasure.

I have been receiving my dental care from Dr. Chenets office since I moved to Florida twelve years ago. I now live twenty miles from this office, but I continure to go there. I think it is well worth the drive. Dr. Chenet has the latest technology and uses it with great expertise. The hygienists are extemely competent. Yesterday I had my periodic cleaning visit with Monique. She did her usual attentive and thorough job, all with her customary friendly manner. And I have to add that I am always taken at the time of my appointment. I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Chenets practice to anyone who wants top notch dental care.And during the covid virus threat, every precaution is taken to keep the patient safe. I have to leave Florida when the covid threat is over, and I am concerned that I will not be able to find such competent dental care.

I had white spots on my teeth, or uneven coloring..I set up an appointment with Dr. Chenet not knowing if there was anything to be done to improve this...He saw me and knew exactly what to do!! He did a procedure that took less than 20 minutes and I left with even and spot free teeth! Absolutely incredible, he is the best!!

Exceptional people in an immaculate office that has exceeded all of my expectations for years!

Dr. Chenet fitted me in his busy schedule when I had some tooth pain in both an upper and lower molar. He did his usual simple tests first (always start easy and then progress with more detailed if necessary) but fortunately I was just using a toothpaste with whitener in it which way overpowered my tongue and gums which are receding terribly despite regular dental checkups. It is just my genetic makeup for the receding gums, unfortunately. Dr. Chenet despite fitting me in on a very busy day did not hurry at all and told me to use an extra soft toothbrush (turns out I had been using the tongue & cheek cleaner which is VERY abrasive. I also tend to brush too hard thinking harder means cleaner. Dr. Chenet told me all the simple things to do to fix my problem and it worked. We even ended up exchanging two medical jokes of sorts. Great dentist and personality as well as entire office staff--professional and front office staff too.

Having had to meet Dr. Chenet because of an emergency I was extremely apprehensive. I also suffer from EXTREME anxiety when it comes to dentists.!st the office was the ONLY office to respond to my panic call during this emergency ( and I called 5 other offices, 1 got back to me 4 days later}2nd- Claudia and the front end staff greet, meets and wines and dines you with coffee or water.3rd Dr Chenet is funny, calming, gentle and reassuring.4th Wish he was in my new dental plan.Loved it???? I dont know about that but for dentists hes A # 1 in my book

Very professional and thorough staff. Catina, muy hygenist explained every step in the process and was not at all rough in the cleaning process. Dr. Chenet is consummate professional explaining all issues and providing sound advice. And, he has a great sense of humr and chairside manner.Update a year later: Catina continues great hygenist work. She is always informnative thruout the process explaining every step as she goes. My dental health continues to improve with her care and guidance from Dr. Chenet.

I called everywhere even the emergency dental clinic and was not able to be seen the same day for a cracked tooth. Dr. Chenets office was able to see me on july 4th weekend, same day, and fixed my cracked tooth. They were very professional and explained everything to me in detail. I have recommended him since to friends and plan to reccomend him in the future!

I was accused of doing methamphetamines by the dentist while in the office. Very emarassing and 100% false accusation. I think hes been watching too much television, I dont do meth I just have really bad teeth. I found his behavior unprofessional and wont be returning to this office and will recommend against this dentist.
