I got to this location at 5pm. I did not know they closed at 5pm. Gary, one of the managers was very nice and spent time to make sure we got a rental. His customer service was superb. He definitely made my day. Great acts of kindness, are priceless these days. Thank you!

Enterprise on US 1, Melbourne, was great.Enterprise was there when we dropped off our personal vehicle to get repairs done and were ready to hand over the keys for the rental. No hassle.Did a walk around of the Rav 4 they brought us and it was all good. No smell from previous renters (smoking) or anything. No issues.

Exceptional service. Staff was on point and everything was done in minutes. Definitely the only place I would go if need to again.

Nothing against the branch and the people there. They are great. However, your rates are beyond anything imaginable. Just a few years ago, I could get a werkly rental at around 100 dollars. Now it is about 400% higher. And you no longer give courtesy rides, even with exorbitant rates. I had to walk a mile and wait two hours to get a ride home. I doubt I will use you anymore.

Worked with me like no other company would. Let me keep the car for 3 extra days on my deposit alone. Never bothered me about extending days. Was even 1/8 tank shy on gas upon return and waved that away. Others would have charged me 6 bucks a gallon for that.

My experience at this enterprise was amazing. The people working there went above and beyond. The gentlemen picked me up and dropped me off after the rental. They upgraded my standard suv to a beautiful luxury suv for free. I watched an employee deal with a difficult client with such patients and respect. I rarely give out 5 star reviews but I dont see anything else they could have done better. If you need to rent a car this is an amazing place to do it.

Overpriced and every time I get a rental at the location on US 1 Harbor City in Melbourne Florida the truck is dirty. Smells like smoke. But thank the Lord I had a reservation because they tried charging me $1300 for a week rental on the truck WOW (talking about ripping people off) my reservation I had and showed to them was for $500 come-on a huge difference. And I had earned 2 free days in rentals that they magically can’t help me with...hmmm

The vehicle smelled strongly like marijuana and I had a headache over the period of using the car.That car should have not been made available for rental until that was handled.When I explained this upon return, there was no mention of refund my rental.

Great experience. Delivered car to me at dealership. Entire transaction completed 1 on 1 with Enterprise in the service alley. 5 min I was gone. I liked the Hyundai. It was pretty clean with 25k miles. So it had a little wear and tear but a good value. Always liked Enterprise. 100% COVID-19 precautions.

Well for one I always have rented from Enterprise and has payed every week for a month straight and payed basically 350$ weekly and since I was working and couldnt return it that particular day and when I had the Jetta first and traded it in for a ALTIMA, and I had to clean both cars both times apon picking up because both cars werent not cleaned or vacuumed and they both needed a oil changed and inspection done in both cars .... I personally think that they should of been well maintained and always ready for the next customer at all times very unprofessional and said I couldnt rent from then anymore ... I even had points and being a gold member they should of been a little more understanding... So Im very unhappy with there decisions and how corporate treated me makes customers not want too rent from them anymore..

THIS REVIEW IS FOR HARBOUR CITY BLVD LOCATION:This olace is RIDICULOUS and very discriminatory. You could tell the guy we were dealing with didnt want to rent us a car. We coordinated with them 1 week prior to the reservation several times and were told everything should be fine. We get there day of to be told the documents that they reviewed were not acceptable. It put us 4 hrs behind on our destination bc someone failed to do their job. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND WE DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Some my family members are frequent customers and are in their rewards club program they will be taking their business elsewhere as well.

Great price and convenient location. Rented a car for a day and was able to get a free upgrade. The team at Enterprise was very polite and courteous, esp since it was 100 degrees outside! They had an outside operation going on due to COVID, and safetly precautions were being well-followed.

Car was reserved 2 weeks ago, checked in 24 hours in advance and car was not ready for pickup.Clerk also tried to add on additional fees which were not applicable to my reservation. Very frustrated with Enterprise which is why I prefer National but they were all booked up because obviously the service is beyond better.

To quote Seinfeld “See, you know how to take the reservation, you just dont know how to hold the reservation and thats really the most important part of the reservation, the holding. Anybody can just take them.”I had to wait standing in their parking lot while they found a car for me. Which wasnt cleaned well inside, both surfaces and windows.

A huge thank you to Johno and his manager at this location. We picked up a rental for our trip, loaded it up, went to leave the next morning and the car was dead. Called the local branch who promptly put us through to roadside; the call center flunky said it was going to be 5 hours before someone could come out....that was crazy so I called the store back, explained the situation and within 20min Johno and his manager arrived with a vehicle to swap out no questions asked. They waited patiently as we frantically moved an entire car of suitcases and Christmas presents into the new vehicle. They saved our trip! Thank you guys so much. We will definitely rent from this location vs others in town in the future.

It would be nice if you guys as a company would stop trying to cut your fleets down. The business is there I dont understand why there is always a shortage. This is the second location Ive tried and still couldnt rent what I wanted. Had a good experience with what I ended up with but if fleets are being reduced, PLEASE reconsider! Thank you.

Rented a pickup truck. It was not ready when I arrived and it had 5/8 of a tank when I got it. It was still dirty/stained inside. Not happy, but, needed a pickup truck. The guy said, just return with 5/8 tank... Well it was returned full and no refund for doing their job. No, Enterprise is not my favorite at all.

I have been an Enterprise Rent-A-Car customer for over ten years and have always had a positive renting experience. My entire family from my mother to my kids have also had only good customer service from our local Enterprise car rental company. 2020 has been a very challenging and chaotic year and Enterprise still maintained excellent customer service as well as customer safety. The staff deserves kudos for putting up with the extra work due to covid 19 and its potential risk to themselves. Not only did they endure but fully persevered through it!

Personally the best enterprise experience I have had ever. The staff is outstanding. And upon my return in the next two weeks I will have a name of the employee I dealt with and hopefully the owners see his name because he made the experience quick and painless, and they rock! Highly recommend this location dont go anywhere else. Amazing.

I use Enterprise almost exclusively for car rentals, and last week was another reminder of why. I had a rental arranged through another rental company, when I arrived at the airport location I was told that not only was my preferred vehicle available, they had no vehicle at all available. I walked over to the Enterprise both and they also said they were sold out, but someone had just turned in a vehicle and they were rushing it through cleanup for me. They set up the rental for 1 day and then set up a return to the Melbourne location who was then able to give me a much lower rate for the remainder of my trip. All Enterprise locations have gone above and beyond, and this was another example of 2 locations doing the same!

We did the process online 1st and then we went to retrieve the car a took less than 5 minutes they upgraded we got a Ford Ranger 2020 truck was awesome everybody was polite loved it highly recommended

As I waited for the car to be cleaned several other employees were very polite and courteous to everyone . Ive been going here for years I never had any problem and service gets better and better fact I just had a case where I drove off the lot with a vehicle with a problem drove back and they hook me up with another vehicle quickly as possible always smooth consistent and polite. The pickup of the car was very quick. However, I was not pleased. I reserved a standard suv online. They called to verify the day before pickup. When I got to their office, they said that it was not available, that they had a large suv for 30.00 more per day. When I refused, they went down to 10.00 per day. Didnt appreciate the bait and switch tactic. I was in another state so had no option but to pay.

Each time that I came in to rent a vehicle from the Melbourne (US1) Enterprise office all the employees there made me feel special coming in to do business with them. They are professional, courteous and always wanting to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your rental. I recently had a small issue with a rental vehicle and when I got back to return the vehicle and explained my issue to them they went above and beyond to make up for the small issue. Thought the wait time was slightly excessive. The staff was very friendly very knowledgeable. They have a lot of cars but I requested no black car sedan type and had trouble getting a different color than black or white and in a sedan. My car was almost brand-new which was very nice had 600 miles on it.I joined the preferred customer list for Enterprise but that did not seem to matter. Still had to fill out all the information online and then got no discount or upgrade. No value at all for joining their club.My car was given to me with love bugs still stuck on the hood the bumper and the window. I cleaned those off myself at the house after receiving the car.They have a great return system you can leave the car at the Repair Garage where you pick up your repaired car.

Very easy to work with when I had an insurance claim to get my vehicle fixed! Flexible with vehicles you can get and exchange and easy transportation to pick drop vehicle off to shop location.

The gentleman who assisted us was great! He had a wonderful sense of humor, which is a big plus when dealing with people. Unfortunately, I didnt get his name. But he made it an enjoyable experience.

We had our reservation with the one on Palm Bay Road first but they were not very forthcoming with the information we wanted about their cars so we went to the one on Harbor City Blvd and they were great. We were able to get the vehicle we wanted and the people here were very friendly and helpful. Palm Bay Road might be closer but I tend to go where I can get good service. We will be using Enterprise on Harbor City Blvd again for our rental needs.

I was able to reserve the car I needed and was picked up when I left my own car at a body shop. Then able to get a ride back days later when the work was done on my car. All service was very good.My only complaint is that the car was very dirty. Not inside, but the outside and the windows were awful. My car never looks that way:)Otherwise, all was good

Enterprise is a well run business. They came to pick me up and made it easy to complete the contract and drive off. All of the employees were professional and made the experience a pleasant event.I gave 4 stars because the truck I drove off in was a bit dirty with love bugs. This was not the problem of Enterprise, just the issue we have in Florida twice a year.

So upset with them. We had an emergency to rent a car because my son had an incident & had to have his radiator fixed. His full cover insurance with Geico DOD not cover a rental (unlike State Farm which gave my daughter a rental for $4 per day while her car was being fixed) nor could they do him the favor of reserving a car for him. It ended up costing him a couple hundred dollars for 3 days. Shameful.

Reservation at 4 for truck. Truck not ready took staff 45 min to find a truck that was ready and didn’t have an expired tag.. Pay your tag fees lol ended up leaving hour later 5 hour wasted out of my life for enterprise.. defeats the purpose of a reservation..Ok so the girl that was helping me saw my frustration because I was late now to a meeting and end up giving me a half tank of gas for the inconvenience so I will turn my 2 star to 4 because it’s not the employee fault. But she was able to turn my 2 star to 4 star so she deserves a raise..

This Melbourne location on Harbor City Bl is the best. The customer service is pleasant, helpful and efficient. I have rented vehicles from this location for years. Enterprise offers pickup and drop off service is one of many benefits that keeps me coming back.

I am so thankful for these people! The staff was amazing. My car stranded me on the road due to a flat tire and i had an appointment to go to, they were able to quickly set me up with a rental in no time and i was only a few minutes late. Thank you harbor city enterprise.

I will say that Travis (the Enterprise manager on Harbor City Blvd. in Melbourne, FL) has always treated me with the utmost professionalism, respect, and courtesy. Travis went out-of-his-way to assist my every need and to honor my every request. Manager Travis is clearly an asset to the Enterprise Rent-a-Car institution. I have utilized Enterprise (on Harbor City Blvd. and) countless times and Travis services has always been (absolutely excellent).

My husband and me made a reservation some days ago... in fact we called today before going to pick up the car the we reserved, we took an Uber and when we arrived they told us all the cars are gone!!!!!! Just like that... so we lost money because the Uber and time!!!!!!

I was pleased with everything, until when I called about my grandson leaving his tablet in the vehicle and the people said they couldnt find it due to someone had rented the same vehicle after me. Which tells me that someone has it, but not saying anything. Disappointed lost tablet

The specific location on Harbor City is just gold. Great staff...great cars!! Very friendly and have really gone out of their way for me. I stick with this location even though two others are closer.

Friendly, helpful service personnel. Autos rented are very nice and presented very clean. Customer pickup is very convenient and saves on Uber fees. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be - if current level of customer service and excellent condition of late-model rental cars continue.

My only problem I had was that I couldn’t return the car to place I rented from. Would have been much less trouble and half the time. They gave me directions to another site I was unfamiliar with and I had to spent an extra hr riding around trying to find them with poor directions and it was hard to look for ! Unfortunately the bldgs. on both sides of Enterprise stuck out beyond them in a strip mall and the sign was across the front of their bldg! They can barely be seen.The best part are the people are great! Very friendly and helpful. I managed to reach someone in new location and he gave me step by step directions to find him. Than he took me to pick up my car. Thank you. Please change the sign.

The service was fine, and Ive been a customer for a long time. But the last few cars reeked of stale cigarette smoke and other foul orders. Cars arent cleaned inbetween customers, or so it seems, at small stations. That has to change, and please enforce the smoking rule.

I have been a regular customer at this particular location for the last several years. Their professionalism and ability to accommodate me with rental vehicles is why I continue to go back. I have rented a vehicle at this particular location on 3 different occasions in a short amount of time and every single time, the experience was nothing short of amazing. This last time I rented an exotic model and my customer service representative Jeff was fabulous. He went above and beyond to insure that I was a happy camper. He literally detailed the vehicle personally to make sure it was perfect and ready for me. He made sure I got the best deal possible, was very knowledgable and informative about all the specials. Even educated me on the Auto Sale practices that Enterprise as a company utilizes. Enterprise sent a pick up for me and needless to say, he was punctual, professional and very personable. Everyone at this location is just an absolute joy to deal with. I will never stray to any other rental company and its strictly because of all of these amazing people who work at the front line. I would not refer to them as sales people, I would label this team Client Relationship Specialists because their number one priority is in fact the happiness and wellness of every single client that walks through the door. This was probably the easiest car rental I have done. I did join the rental club for Enterprise (free) and maybe this made a difference. I rented in Melbourne, FL and returned to Orlando airport. The drop off fee was $20, which seemed very fair. The quoted price was accurate and there was NO hard sell of extras that I didnt want. The sales person was professional and did not use the strong arm tactic. The car worked great and got good gas mileage. My only complaint is that it did not have cruise control and I thought this was odd, especially since it was not the smallest car category. I was uncomfortable driving it because of that. I will definitely rent from this company again and I recommend them.

I went to two locations in order to rent a passenger van that I could remove some seats from. The first location checked and saw that the seat removal from the van they had would not work. They called another location, had my reservation forwarded there, and when I got there I was all set. But there was a better van (a sprinter) available. They let me switch over to that with ease and were very helpful. When I returned the van it was quick and easy with no surprises. Unfortunately I left my favorite sun glasses (Costa) in the van and did not realize it until a few hours later. I went back to that location thinking I had lost a very expensive pair of sunglasses, but they had them there and I got them back. All the people at both locations were great to deal with. The company had a huge variety of rentals available.

I rented a car for the weekend while our car was in the shop. Could not believe how economical it was! I got an upgrade because they did not have the car I had originally reserved online. The location near me did not care to pick me up as needed because they stated it was too close to their closing time, so I took a ride to the Melbourne location. I received great service, the associates were professional and friendly; I was in and out in 10 minutes. When I returned the car, the same associate who helped me at pick up, was nice enough to drop me off at work. Great customer service, I would use their services again, and recommend to others.

As always, I had an enjoyable experience at the Enterprise location at 920 Harbor City Blvd., Melbourne, Florida. I had an issue with the original car provided. I returned to the place to explain the situation, and I was promptly given another car. I appreciated how soon they move so I can do all I had planned for the day. Once again, thank you. I will always consider going to Enterprise before I consider any other car rental places.

Kendra was great! My son was graduating basic training in 2 days but I had a problem with my reservation. Kendra took her time with me and made sure I was able to rent my car with no problem (with a discount!). I was able to attend his graduation with pride and loved it totally. I would recommend ENTERPRISE to anyone! Especially this one!!

They area is congested and small, but the service is very good and very efficient

They run things a little differently now. However, weve always had a nice clean vehicle anytime we needed to travel. We always get the extra insurance because we just want to be safe and sure for all involved.

Ive rented from this location a number of times and have never had any issues. The staff is always friendly and professional. What I like most is that almost each time I am at the location there is a diverse group of customers (age, gender, race, etc.) and the staff always treats everyone fairly which I sincerely appreciate.

The many people I have dealt with for quite some time are really wonderful. Matthew, Hannah,Jonoh and Travis have all been fabulous. In the last three months I have rented three vehicles. Next month I will rent another vehicle. The previous two vehicles have been very nice. The vehicle I have now is much less desirable. The vehicle I have now does not ride well, the passenger seat Does not fully work well, the car is a little bruised and I guess that is probably because it has approximately 35,000 hard miles put on it. My previous SUV Kia was wonderful.More important the people are really really nice and try to go out of their way to help you. The Savannah Intl Airport Enterprise took very good care of me on that end getting into another vehicle and back on the road. Matthew was extremely helpful. I was having trouble with a time crunch to pick me vehicle. He arranged it so I could pick up the keys at a location close to my work and return the vehicle to a location close to my home at no charge. while the trip was local, this convenience made a 50 mile difference, not to mention time saved.Thanks to Matt and his team for expeditious, friendly and truly helpful service. And the vehicle was clean and well-maintained.

Enterprise can be good value if you are careful and review the charges but they tend to nickle and dime you to death to increase profit. I wanted to pick the car up at 3PM and drop it off the next day at 5PM. They initially were going to charge me 2 full days of rental for an extra two hours over one day of use. I adjusted my times and the price dropped in half. Their cars are functional but only moderately equipped. In general you get a nicer car for only a few dollars more at the big name competitors (Hertz, Avis, etc.) and if you are not careful at reviewing your charges you will pay too much.

I needed to rent a car while visiting family during the Thanksgiving holiday. After reviewing numerous car rental sites, Enterprise had the best price by far. They do need to get the word out though that the Harbor City Blvd. office in Melbourne is closed due to recent storm damage and that you have to go to the Melbourne Airport to pick up a vehicle. The young man that waited on me was pleasant and professional and upgraded my vehicle for no additional cost. After completing my paperwork he went to the lot and brought the vehicle to the front curb for me. Good service for a good price. We need more of that these days. I will certainly use Enterprise again.
