Went in to buy a new tundra as lease was expiring (bought or leased last 4 vehicles here). The salesman ended up handing me off to the manager then sold the truck I was going to buy to the guy he handed me off for. While I waited for the manager another associate was making obscene comments and noises at the desk behind me while talking to his buddies and baby momma on the phone.I ended up ordering a truck and had to wait about 10 days. Not a big deal I was assured that I had a grace period for my lease and I would be fine. Well I got a $175 bill for scratches and dents combined with the late fee. I had purchased the scratch and dent policy when I got the lease. I called the office and they told me they would take care of it all. A few months later I get a letter saying they are sending me collections. I paid the $175 bill but will never do business here again
Harrison was an exceptional sales person. He got me into the car of my dreams in under two hours, as well he got me a fantastic deal and made the process very easy. Very friendly and funny! Where do I start?Iβm a paralyzed veteran who was looking to purchase a brand new car for my mother. I found this dealer on autotrader and was willing to drive 2 1/2 hours due to their internet price.I explained my timeline, disability and the fact we would spend a minimum of 5 hours traveling back and fourth. In order to facilitate the transaction, I opted to apply for financing a few days later. I then spoke to my sales associate prior to doing so and he helped facilitate the application.Once they conducted a hard pull on the credit report. Only then, do they inform me the car is no longer available. Is this common business practice? Was this a tactic employed to force our hand or a lack of professionalism? Iβm trying hard to be respectful hereβ¦Iβm livid at this point but decided to continue working with them because of the hard pull. The credit score came back at 740 and they offer a rate of 6.99, really?At that point I was mentally checked out, what they discounted on price they more than tried to make up with in house financing. Imagine going in with a lower credit score than our 740.The sales associate and manager then offer me a better rate, if I come in but fail to disclose the rate? If I couldnβt trust them after several failed attempts at negotiating in good faith. Why would I commit to driving blindly with my mother, for 5 hours? Why not disclose the rate over the phone, text or through email?I have text messages confirming everything Iβm disclosing on here. Iβm simply choosing not to implicate my sales associate by name. They fooled me once and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Only for them to try and take advantage of us through their financing department. They wanted a 3rd opportunity to make it right or see how desperate we were. However, they canβt/refuse to disclose the rate to us after putting my mother and I through this experience.My mother is now in a Nissan Sentra I purchased yesterday! We financed at 2.5% for 60 moths throughCourtesy Nissan and my sales associate name was Jason Gomez!!!!!! They treat people and veterans with the proper respect they deserve.

Excellent customer service! Ellijah Bloomquist, salesperson, really took care of me. I was looking to upgrade my RAV4 and I wanted a fun color other than white. Thereβs limited inventory these days so he found me a beautiful XLE in Moonrock with all the bells and whistles. He told me it would arrive in 16 daysβ¦ Ellijah kept me up to speed on the delivery and followed up twice. When my new car arrived, I was swamped at work. I often work 12-15 hour days during the start of school. I informed him that due to my schedule, I didnβt know when I would be available to pick up the vehicle. He said no problem and took care of all the paperwork, switched out my personal affects from my old vehicle into my new one- including my license plate cover, car seat covers, LED lightingβ everything. He then drove my new vehicle out to me and I signed the paperwork. An easy breezy process and eliminated any anxiety with regards to my time. Just leased a fresh off the transporter 2021 Toyota Tacoma SR5 with all the creature comforts I could ever want. I was able to negotiate a price with the exact monthly payment I wanted. The entire process only took about 3.5 hours, which was more efficient than other dealerships I have dealt with. Very happy with my purchase and experience.

DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM TOYOTA OF MELBOURNE!!!! They are liars who take advantage of military veterans! This dealership is the worst. They took advantage of my elderly Mother, lied to her face, and manipulated her. She had already been approved for financing through Navy Federal Credit Union at a rate of 3.1%β¦..Toyota of Melbourne told her they would offer her a rate of 2.99% if she financed through them instead. I had a very bad feeling about this, but she decided to finance her new RAV4 through Toyota of Melbourne for a better rate, and they also said they could not give her a military discount unless she financed through them. (My Mom is a retired Air Force veteran with over 20 years of service.) When I was going through her paperwork when she got home, I realized that Toyota of Melbourne has her at a rate of 4.66%!!!! They completely LIED to her face and took advantage of her! I immediately called and told them that I am bringing her back because they lied to her. She did NOT agree to a rate that is much higher than what she was already approved for! The salesman said he was unaware that her rate was higher and it happened that way because they extended the length of her loan. The guy in Finance also never explained this new rate to her. She was told her rate was 2.99% and did not know she was signing for anything other than that! My Mom told me she doesnβt want to go back and make a fuss, and sheβs just going to leave it as is. I am EXTREMELY upset and will be filing a formal complaint against Toyota of Melbourne. Also, the prices shown online are different than what they actually are when you get there. Do NOT buy your car from here!

Was the absolute worst experience Ive ever had at any Dealership across the United States...My friend who was interested in purchasing a New Tacoma ask me to go with him..He spoke with Sam Duran on the phone & worked out a purchase price...Went to the Dealership...Sam showed us a Tacoma...Wasnt the color my friend was looking for...Wanted the Grey...Sam told us 8 Tacomas were scheduled to arrive in the next couple of hours....Some were the Grey..Sam tried to get my friend to sign paperwork bfr the vehicles were even there.That wasnt going to happen.Said wed be back when they arrive.Informed Sam we were going to bank to get Cashiers Check.We left & in route to the bank called Sam asking who to make Payable to..Sam then informed us that the truck would have to be Financed for a period of 6 months to get itWow.Biggest Bait & Switch Ive seen in years.If I could give a -5 review I would..But have to give atleast 1 star to post a review..

Contacted this dealer regarding a pick-up truck that was available. As a disabled Veteran, needed something more accommodating for my needs. Was working closely with one of the salesman (Eric - Internet manager) he was very helpful and attentive. Eric answered all my questions and even recorded a video personally of the truck for me given the distance. Came to work out a deal with Toyota of Melbourne over the phone. One hour into my drive from Tampa to Melbourne I was informed from ANOTHER individual it was sold to someone else. This dealership does dirty business.

Awesome experience from initial contact to purchase. Our sale associate Luis was great! I had inquired about a used vehicle online and the team sent me a detailed, personalized video showing the SUV. We decided to make the trek from Orlando to see the SUV. It was raining and we arrived 30min before closing. At no point did anyone make us feel rushed. Disappointed. Have had my auto serviced here before with no problems. Went on line to schedule an oil change. Wouldnt go through. So I started a text chat where I gave my info and was given a date and time for service. I was told that I would be contacted to confirm. Waited 2 days and no contact. I called today. They have no record of an appointment for me and the date I was given was . I asked if they could squeeze me in, being that it was only an oil change . They said no, they were booked. Offered me a new date but I declined. Ill be going elsewhere.

I am happy to share that I just purchased my first car (2014 Subaru Forester) on Monday June 28th, with the help of Daniel Mahoney. Daniel was seriously the biggest blessing and an absolute gentlemen when approaching my dad and I almost immediately when arriving at the dealership. We had the intentions of simply just looking around for a car that day and Daniel was very helpful and informative about the cars he was showing us. Right away Daniel, my dad and I made this instant connection with the 2014 Subaru Forester that he had shown in and let me take it for a drive around the area. The great thing about Daniel is that he wasnt one of those sales consultants that tries hard to push you into buying something that may be out of your price range, but instead he was very understanding and angelic about the way he handled the pricing conversation afterward. After settling down in the dealership we made a call to my mom who was home and wanted to know the rundown. Daniel offered the idea to personally drive back to our home here in Viera and show my mom the car in person and talk business with her as well. Thankfully, after a test drive my mom was completely hooked. We all ended up driving back to the dealership and talking more about the car. Daniel was one, if not the best salespeople we have encountered when buying a car, but also he was just a lovely person in general to talk to on a personal level and financial as well. Im not going to post my whole ordeal I had with this dealership but I will give them three stars because Gina Hambrecht (the owner relations manager) stepped up and helped me after the fact. She was absolutely amazing. I love my car just not the journey to get it (sales team/finance).I did just have the first scheduled maintenance done and the service department was great but I do recommend if you have scheduled maintenance coming due to call maybe a month or so in advance as they book out.

Was shopping for a new car for a couple of weeks, and had to get my current lease bought out. Was almost done car shopping since it was getting frustrating since many dealers thought they could take advantage of the situation and not give me a reasonable offer on my trade-in nor give me good terms for a new car; almost decided to buy out my lease till I stumbled by chance into Toyota of Melbourne. James my salesman was fantastic, he found exactly what I needed in a car, and worked on getting me the best buyout for my trade-in. Needless to say, I drove off in a new camry; I will say management didnt mess around and gave me some good numbers right from the get-go! When you go, ask for James, he will honor your time and cut right through the nonsense to get you what you need.
Went in without an appt because of concerns about the brakes on my Honda Odyssey, which I did not buy there. Their service advisor, Amanda C., realized the seriousness of my problem and took my can back to a tech immediately. I knew I was in for an expensive brake job. Soon the tech called Amanda to advise that my brakes were very good but the brake fluid had degraded. A quick flush and fluid replacement at a very low cost and I was on my way. Great service. Amanda is a terrific asset to the dealership. Thanks!
My initial contact with this dealership went well as I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle and was shown a few examples of the model I wished to purchase. The options were not exactly what I had hoped for so a few days later the salesman I was working with told me the vehicle I wanted had just arrived. I called him back and arranged for an inspection appointment the next morning at his earliest available time. I traveled the 26-mile round trip having to leave my bedridden wife and when I arrived at the dealership, there was no vehicle to be seen, It was already been taken out by another sales person for a test drive by another customer just moments before I arrived. I was told I could wait and see if it came back It never came back while I was there. I waited almost another hour but had to leave to care for my sick wife. Later the same day I received a text message the vehicle was sold to the person who had earlier test driven it! I certainly would not recommend this dealership because of the way I was treated and pushed to the side in the purchase of a new vehicle. Toyota of Melbourne has lost an eager customer. There are other dealerships in this area I am so disappointed.UpdateAfter conferring with sales department and correspondence from management, it appears that the problem I experienced has been successfully addressed and future issues will be resolved quickly and efficiently. Therefore I have increased my rating of this dealership. They have been very responsive to my concerns.

Called to order some parts. I provided the parts number and the employee assisting me doubled the price for the parts. I told him the Toyota list prices which are clearly listed on Toyotaβs website and he just said βwe have different pricesβ. Clearly this dealership is ripping people off by increases the prices and most likely pocketing the money.5 minutes later, I ordered the parts from Mike Erdmand Toyota in Cocoa and they did not increase the list price and the lady was very kind and helpful. Overall, avoid Toyota of Melbourne unless you would like to get ripped off.

This is one of the best dealerships that I can recommend, the sales department was able to streamline the process to the point that it is easier than any other dealership and much more pleasurable than sitting there for long periods of time like most other dealerships. Our salesman Luis Carrera was very helpful, was very informative about the cars and more than eager to help out with any other questions and concerns that we had.We were here to buy my wifes car and we ended up picking out a 2021 blue Toyota Corolla. Also had I not recently purchased a car a couple years ago at a different dealership which was a horrendous experience and has been every other time except for this, I would have purchased a car here without a question especially with their lifetime warranty.thank you guys for everything, we will definitely recommend you to friends and family and also look forward to continued purchasing experiences and servicing for this time to come.

Avoid this place!!They Show you cars on line that arent avail. Come on I think with todays technology the website would be able to update in real time so as not to waste people time!! Unless of course your doing the bait and switch !!Then Charley walks up to us as soon as we enter the lot..ok.Has no idea what car we are inquiring about so he doesnt know the inventory. We walk inside with him and he looks up the inventory in our requested price range as hes telling us how hot and sticky it is outside. So we proceed to walk outside and look at a car he has found.His phone rings...he answers it! And proceeds.to have a conversation! As we wait,lets not forget its hot and sticky!So with that we left. If you cant give potential customers standing in front of you your undivided attentions then I dont need to give you my hard earned money!! We had our hearts set in a car that is no longer avail,that was sold days ago as Charley said..and then poor customer service . Ill give someone else my business.

Iβd like to give a big thank you to the Service Department at Toyota of Melbourne. I had an annoying rattle coming from the A pillar of my Toyota Corolla Hybrid. It was very difficult to figure out where it was coming from. They had to take out the dash and then they were able to locate a defective weld. A big job.Problem fixed. A special thanks to Terry and Steve for their patience and commitment to finding and fixing the problem.
Turned out to be a wonderful experience! We had previously spoke with another Sales Agent; however, after our calls werent returned for 3 days we decided to stop by and give them a try anyways. P. Scott was the first Salesperson to greet us and handled everything quickly and efficiently. We honestly (due to the previous Agent not returning our calls) were going to go to a different local Toyota dealership...but because of Scotts STELLAR service, not only did we purchase today, but Ill be back to purchase from him again soon. Scott restored my faith in the dealership experience 100%!

For buying a car is excellent, I recommend it. For service, NOT, please avoid Dino Gancitano. This person manipulates to overcharge you. I have a 2018 car, so needing a new battery after 3 years was a no-brainer. The battery can last more than 5 years and a more original one. I was taken for a dummy. The best part of this, you can see in the picture the mark of how they change the battery from good to bad. Its a joke that cost me money. I am looking for a new center to trust. Please avoid this center for services, they are not honest and not professional. Obviously, I didnt need the battery change.
We have dealt with Toyota of Melbourne since moving to the area over 5 years ago having purchased 3 new vehicles. The first two transactions were smooth with the 3rd being questionable. We went back to the dealership looking for a car for my daughter to get around town in. Something safe but affordable (used). After Al had showed us a viable car the manager apparently felt since we were not willing to spend many thousands for a vehicle so he basically gave us a number that was not reasonable. Take it or leave it. We left. I just hope the manager was aware that he lost a good paying customer for an amount of money that was small in his world but made a difference to us. We do not recommend this dealership.
