1st of all I have not been to the dealership ONCE, but I must say all the staff people I have spoken with over the phone answered all my questions and were extremely knowledgeable about my car (2006 infiniti m35 X). I am definitely going to be having a diagnostic test & possibly more done to my car in the future. I have never gotten in and out of a car dealership in the short amount of time it took me to make a great deal at Infiniti of Melbourne. Tunde and Frank were friendly, polite and efficient. I have never been treated better when purchasing a car. They were fair and attentive. Got a great deal, and I would recommend anyone looking for a quality new or used car to try them first.

I’m very happy with the car I purchased today and appreciate how easy and stress free the whole process was. Dana and Patrick were friendly, professional, and great to work with. There were some minor cosmetic scratches on the bumper that I expected from a used car and they went above and beyond to set up an appointment for me to bring it in and have some detail work on it. Sue has always been great to work with and I only go to this dealership because of her. However, Service technician diagnosticsis very disappointing. Some of the items needing attention on the list was never actually inspected or checked. The technician assumed certain services were needed because my vehicle had not been in service at Infinti since 2019. For example, his diagnostics stated that oil needed changing when I just got oil changed the same morning before dropping vehicle off to Infiniti. Also stated needed a coolant flush and new spark plugs when a new radiator, spark plugs and ignition coils were installed a few months ago. Other items didnt list the exact same details of what would be replaced in which I was verbally told. So my concern is how much did he actually check on my vehicle? I paid $325 for diagnostics to be told over $13,000 in repairs were needed and some things were not physically inspected.

Such a great experience with Dana! My husband and I both purchased vehicles and the process was so easy and simple. From the first test drive to check up calls a month later, the service is excellent and exceeded my expectations.

They were the worst car sales people they made an appointment with me for 130pm to see a truck. When we got there the manager was rude and nasty. Someone else was there looking at same vehicle who came with no appointment. They didn’t honor their word that they promised the sales staff is the worst. Will never go there again the Latin manager was so horrible you can’t even believe the bad words and everything!!🤬🤬🤬

Infinity of Melbourne listed a 2009 Audi A4 for sale at a really good price(to good for the condition of the car). Website said it ran and worked. When we got to the dealership the salesperson said he would not sell it because the engine had to be rebuilt or replaced. This was a bait car to get people into the dealership so they can sell you on something more expensive. The car has still not been removed from their website at the time of writing this. I will never shop at this dealership again. I feel they are dishonest and untrustworthy.

Best Car Buying Experience!!We went to Nissan of Melbourne to buy a car, checkbook in hand, but they ended up not honoring the price that the salesman and I agreed to. We went just down the street to Infinity of Melbourne and had the completely opposite experience...GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The most expensive repair being value covers and all hoses $2000 with labor give or take that warranty didnt cover because of mileage, we had originally declined .Since its only 2nd month since we bought the car Infinity of Melbourne is fixing for us at no cost to us .... thats just Awesome and cant thank them enough.. Got a brand new QX60 deliver to me that seems to be all they had left over on the lot. Sadly it had ants and roaches in it, panels that weren’t completely installed and for the first I immediately felt disappointed with my purchase. This is my 3rd and probably last vehicle with this dealer. Infiniti as a brand seems to be a waste of money, no real luxury technology.

My husband and I purchased a CPO Q60 from another dealer (Infiniti of Tampa)-see previous review. My husband heard what he thought was a wheel bearing going out. We took our car to Infiniti of Melbourne. We were greeted by Jen. She took the the time to print up our CPO paperwork and advise of services included in the CPO that we were not informed when we purchased the car. As it turns out the wheel bearing was not bad, however the front tires were cupped and feathered. The Service/Parts Manager, Luke showed this to my husband and told us this should have been taken care by the other dealer during the CPO inspection. Luke also told us to give him an opportunity when we decided to purchase tires and he could match/beat the price. We shopped all the major tire stores and then my husband called Luke and he not only beat it, they came and got the car and delivered back home. That was absolutely awesome! Thank you so much for all you did.

11/30/2020 emailed back and forth all morning with Mr. Frank Lee about a car he had on his lot. We came to an agreement on price out the door and I said I would drive on up after work. I had my parent from Winter Haven come scoop me up so I could drive the car home after purchase. I called after work prior to leaving to my destination which was 43 miles away to see if car was still on lot. Mr. Frank Lee said yes it is and it is the price we agree out the door. I said cool, I’m on my way and it will take me about 40 minutes to arrive being 43 miles out and said I was on my way. He said great we will see you soon. When I arrived the vehicle was leaving the lot on a test drive and long story short they allowed me to test drive it only to tell me when I returned that they were selling it to the other gentleman. Poor business and not a man of his word. Parents drive 80 plus miles to pick me up to drive 40 more miles to be told they were selling it to someone else after being on communication all day and calling prior to leaving. Shaking my head for sure!!! Poor business!!!! Sincerely unsatisfied costumer who will never shop at said location ever again. I was pre approved and ready to roll!!!(Follow up.... 12/13/2020).Spoke to one of the owners and he was very professional. He made me feel that all parties learned from this experience and in the future we will request a deposit to hold. Good to know a company cares about reviews and makes adjustments if warranted. I would be willing to give them another opportunity in the future. Thank you!!!

I went early today to Infinti of Melbourne, Ive always had a good experience whenever my car need serviced, but today was a lil bit different the service advisor Wilson Vazquez assist me and he was super nice and friendly as well very professional.It was a pleasure to have him as my service advisor, I highly recommended Infiniti of Melbourne the service is always excellent, my car is always finished on time and the car wash is a big plus.

Just bought my 4th Infiniti and had the pleasure of working with Dan Mahoney. He made the process so easy, pleasant and fast(in and out in under an hour). This was by far the best experience I have had when buying a car. I wasn’t pressured and never once get like they were trying to push anything on me. High pressure salesmen. Started out great when I inquired about a used vehicle around midnight and got a call around 9 A.M. It was a Thursday and I was asked if I wanted to make an appointment to test drive it Friday or Saturday. We talked numbers then got off the phone so I could get ready while they were putting together an offer.Got an email then two texts saying they had FIVE calls on the vehicle that morning (it was 9 A.M.) and they were getting it ready for another customer. FIVE calls on one vehicle within an hour of opening. Not sure how it went from asking if I wanted to come by in 48 hours to having FIVE people all of a sudden call. Crazy thing is I checked and said vehicle was still there 3 days after this happened. I texted back after I finally stopped laughing that one of the other FIVE callers could have it.Integrity just doesnt exist for car sales or politicians.High five Infinite of Melbourne
