Dont waste your time. Your moneys no good here.Called first no one answered so I went there in the asked just look at my AC said no I dont close for another 2 hours theres no way I can take 5 minutes to look at your AC I got too much money as it is.

Honest Shop. Knowledgeable on everything about cars, trucks, ext... They dont make up fake stuff for money. And will even tell you that nothing is wrong with your vehicle if you bring it in to get checked and theres really no problem with it.

Had my car towed there with power steering issues. This was my first time coming here after only living in Melbourne for a year and going to a national chain garage for other small things in that year. I will be coming back here for anything I need done in the future after how quick and honest the service was to get my power steering working again. I love being able to support a local family shop instead of a national chain.

Where the good ratings are coming from is beyond me, the people in charge here are rude, unaccommodating, and utterly couldnt care less about your situation. Its a one-mechanic shop, so if you can wait days and days for an appointment and diagnosis then good for you. I cant. Not the level of service I expect or require in a shop. Zero stars, negative 10 more like it.

Eric Kopf is a fair and honest man. I had a estimate to repair my auto air conditioning that was going to cost me over 10 times what I paid at Kopfs. The other place said that I needed a complete overhaul of the system. Eric repaired my air condition with just a Freon refill. Thank you, I will most definitely be back for ANY future auto repairs!!!
