Car was available. Then it wasn’t. Then it was available again. Then it wasn’t. Then it was but at a higher price with a new $1500 fee. Then it was you need to come into the dealership and purchase without financing despite being overqualified for this transaction (ran my credit knowing full well they weren’t selling me the car). I offered to wire full funds to accommodate them because apparently they were doing me a favor. Then it was the car is 100% yours as long as the guy coming in later today doesn’t buy it. Long story short. 2 wasted days trying to buy from a clown car dealership. Don’t waste your time and I dare them to respond with anything I said being untrue.9/21 - Response to the Dealer - Inventory? LOL. I called in 3 days before someone walked into the dealership. You asked me to wire funds and not take a loan which I offered to do. You asked me not to register the car in NY where I live but at an address in Florida and then I could buy the car. I agreed. Then you told me the car was mine if this person on day 3 didn’t buy it. First come first serve or you only sell to locals? Also not sure how you charging an extra $1500 after the initial quote which I have proof of has anything to do with inventory diversion. All good. AG of Florida will look into your shady bait and switch tactics.
My great experience began with a phone call and continued with a smile at the door. Vincent met me at the door and took me to his office. We discussed the options that l was interested in and found MY TRUCK on the lot! We took a solid test drive in adverse weather which sold me on the truck! We returned to his office and discussed financing options (Thank you guys) and I basically rolled with keys and a smile!!
I am an over thinker, and I had a very hard time deciding to buy this 2010 Mazda 3 Sport car. I knew that I really wanted it, but I don’t know how to drive stick shift. I decided I wanted to learn in order to get the car, because that’s how bad I wanted the car. The company worked with me for four days, I came back every day looking at the car trying to decide what to do. They were very kind, and let me take my time. On the day I finally decided to purchase, I sent a message to my salesman that I was on my way, and he said he already had the keys, and the car was at the front for me. It was so sweet and it was the easiest transaction that I’ve ever had in my life when dealing with purchasing a vehicle. I want to give a huge thank you to all the salesmen that helped me with this decision, specially IVAN HAGANS that dealt with me through this entire indecision of mine! He even was kind enough to give me a quick lesson on driving the manual car so I could be confident enough to keep going. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I can’t thank you enough for your kindness and assistance!
Vince at Nissan is an incredible Sales gentleman! He is extremely knowledgeable of Nissan’s vehicles and is a trustworthy individual to do business with. All the staff at Nissan in Melbourne really go above and beyond to meet the needs of their existing and future clients. Danny, another Sales Senior is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain all terms. Karen in finance also notably works hard to keep her customers happy. Overall I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends, family, or co-workers.
My son brought his vehicle in because the transmission was slipping, this vehicle he has only had for 11 months. When they told him they could not find the issue through their computer system he begged them to drive the vehicle. They head mechanic told him not to drive it because there’s definitely something wrong. They did not have a rental car for him nor a way for him to get home. He walked the 7 miles, upon the 5th mile he was mugged.My husband and I called the actual owner, Paul Pearson. I have never been spoken to in the manner this man verbally attacked us. I will never make a purchase with this location as they have no integrity. They want to make a sale but as soon as they do they don’t stand behind their vehicles
Waste of my time! They offer me a price online then suddenly the price was $9000 more when I made thrip over which was an hour long because of adjusted price or whatever BS. In they’re website the price is also $9000 less than what they want you to pay. I was in communication with someone filled out a credit application online and told them exactly what I could pay and how much I could put down and everything. I would not be buying a Nissan anymore they’re sell practices are garbage.
Buy or service your car somewhere else, this place is a mess. I was supposed to receive a call the day after dropping my car, I ended receiving a call at 6pm by the front desk lady that had no idea what was going on so I was put in hold for 37 minutes, then the courtesy driver was at my house and didnt know why. The whole organization is a soup sandwich.

Stay far away from this dealership. Easily the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced across multiple brands and dealerships, it is clear management does not care to fix this just from the reputation this dealership has in town.After being on hold for an hour, the call operator picks up the phone and asks if I could “hang up and call later cause you’re clogging up the line”. On the day of my service I called for my “courtesy pick up” at 4pm to which I was told the driver was on the way. Note: I was 2.2 miles from the dealership which usually takes 10mins (from the dealership to down town Melbourne if you’d like to confirm). The driver shows up at 5:20pm and tells me “we need to drive across town to pick up another customer”. True to his word, the customer was 30mins across town during rush hour. Finally got back to the dealership at 6:15pm to pick up the vehicle. I realize my mistake was not walking to pick up my car. By the way, I hope the other customer that got picked up also leaves a review to talk about how he was on hold for 45mins trying to understand the status of his vehicle.Full disclaimer: the service customer facing staff was extremely professional and understanding. The shuttle driver was understandably frustrated that he got assigned two pick ups 30mins before his shift ended. I feel bad these employees have to work at such a poorly managed dealership.I will not be spending another dollar at this dealership.

Unfortunately they are too slow with the service appointments. They give priority to oil changes. I went in for 60,000 miles service and was told that it will take 4 hours. In their defense they offer a shuttle service. But, I couldn’t wait. I went to Vero Beach and the service staff was extremely friendly and accommodated my request. In addition they got approved from the company to not only do the service work but a fullset of 4 brand new tires in about 1.5 hours. Great service staff.
Even though I did not get a car, Gerald was still more than willing to work with me and worked well with my dad. Honest and Professional. I also want to give kudos to Doug he also helped me out, he was relatively new but still had a good grasp of what he was doing and talking about. Two great professionals!

After my car was totaled in an accident, I went to see the available vehicles at the Nissan of Melbourne dealership and was assisted by a kind salesman, Denva. I was originally thinking about a lease, but soon realized, that would not fit my budget. To make a long story short, Mr. Hudson, the General Manager went to great lengths to help me and I left with the vehicle that fit the payment I needed. Not only that but, with all the Nissan safety features, I actually ended up paying LESS for insurance. Denva and Mr. Hudson are a credit the Nissan brand and to the dealership at Nissan of Melbourne. By the way, I LOVE my new ROGUE.

I was told at closing they would hold a vehicle until the next day, they texted me the next day asking what time I would be there to purchase vehicle arrived at 3:40, came to an agreement waited to get with financing ( I was qualified) got into financing at 7:40 did hard credit check ready to sign papers and it was not on the vehicle we discussed, drove, and negotiated on. Shopping for a car can sometimes be a stressful experience, but our recent trip to Nissan of Melbourne was the polar opposite. We were met by Clayton, and instantly felt like we were in good hands. Extremely personable, funny, and energetic, Clayton made sure that our time spent with him was nothing but exceptional. He took my boyfriend and I on a test drive of our desired vehicle, and told us the great features of our new car. He was very easy to talk to and it almost seemed like we were out driving with a friend. Back at his office, he quickly got the necessary information, and discussed some financing options with us, while asking more about our interests and life in general. We were amazed by his professional demeanor and work ethic. Next we met with the financing officer, MK, who was just as personable and efficient as Clayton. Before we knew it, papers were signed, our car was freshly detailed and sparkling, and we were saying our goodbyes. Clayton made sure to check in a few days later to ensure that we were still in love with our vehicle and no further questions or issues had arisen. I will forever remember our experience that day, and sing their praises for years to come!

A word of warning to anyone who gets their vehicle serviced by Nissan of Melbourne.A week ago I had them do a full 100,000 mile check up where they replaced the spark plugs. The service technician did not place all the connectors back into the car to mount down the air intake manifold (minor). They also left a bendable magnetic bolt/plug extractor in the engine compartment that wrapped up in the internals, took out the radiator and subjected the components in the compartment to thermals well out of specification (major). They initially claimed it was not their tool, but less than 24h later they admitted it was and their fault.Their offer was to just replace the radiator fan and motor plus the electrical box and lines to said radiator. No warranty, no guarantees, nothing on all the other components under the hood that potentially been negatively impacted by the heat or a bendable metal rod bouncing around under the hood. Everything else is fine, trust us. Sorry that trust went out the window already.Am currently still talking with them in good faith but after lackluster progress in them providing an acceptable resolution am exploring other avenues if the situation warrants it. At this point, they just seem to want to get the vehicle good enough to drive far enough for it to make it off the lot and wash their hands of this. Something goes wrong 5 miles down the road, I am on the hook it seems.Updates to the review as of May 8th:Along with the replacement of the radiator fan and motor, they also needed to replace the electrical junction box to the radiator. So now along with very potential heat related reduction of the components under the hood, there is also now the chance of electrical issues down the road.Requested a limited two year warranty of the engine bay from the shop and was denied. Also requested $550 off the $1800 initial service to cover work loss due to having the car in the shop for almost a week awaiting parts, having to go to the shop several times and time with legal council. The $550 was also denied. The request of the $550 was due to them telling me that this will not cost me anything. Eric Bush should of also said asterisk after that statement because it was just more bull.The above requests were after several times where I caught them lying (changing story) and not addressing all the issues.For example, after waiting the week for the parts to come in for the radiator, was called and told the car was ready. When I got there to pick up the vehicle, I look over the list of things they did and saw no oil change. When asked about it, got Oh you want the oil changed too?. Dude, because of your tool taking out the radiator, the engine got super heated and you did not check or change the oil?! The oil was practically sludge when I checked it in front of them. They actually wrote on the new repair invoice that the oil was changed as a courtesy for customer. Sorry, it was not a courtesy to catch them half-arsing the repair of the damage they caused.Long story short, do not get repairs done here unless you also budget a lawyer and financial loss into the repair quote if they screw up.

As I was working with the internet sales manager before coming, I expected to meet with her when I arrived (we supposedly had an appointment). Instead, I was told she was in a meeting and the sales person I was assigned (after prompting from other sales people) told me he worked closely with her. Instead of treating me like an internet customer, I had to haggle as normal with the sales manager who only got close to the internet price at the end.

First of all, I’d like to say thank you to the staff of Nissan of Melbourne for making me feel welcomed. Especially a nicely dressed young man named Clayton that helped me take a look around the lot! This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and someone totaled my car so I was in desperate need of something to get me to and from my job. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helped me find the car that I loved. He showed me all of the features on both cars I test drove came with and how they work. I was very surprised with how nice and friendly the Nissan staff considering the dealerships I’ve been to earlier that day were extremely rude and pushy. He walked me through the whole process and how I could go about getting my new car, which made everything a whole lot easier and avoided a lot of stress and anxiety. We figured out the payments together and I went into a back room where this other nice man helped me make sure I got the packages I needed to stay safe In my new vehicle. I was about ready to call it quits for the day with getting so frustrated going to dealerships, but I’m SO happy I stopped at Nissan of Melbourne. Thank you for making it an easy decision Clayton!!!!

The required task was performed satisfactorily.However, My wife and I did not feel safe there. Customer’s and staff were walking around without masks! Sales people were not all or always wearing masks! If they did there nose was exposed! Personnel were friendly and helpful but not careful! We did not use waiting room nor did we use restrooms although we needed to use facilities, we both have medical conditions! We borrowed a chair and sat next to cars being sold to avoid potential exposure! To make matters worse, there was a sign on door that said that masks were recommended but not required... SHAME ON YOU! My only reason to returning for service is because in order to get the free oil change that comes w the car we HAVE TO COME THERE!
The customer service, was very professional and welcoming and very detailed in the proformances of my vehicle, I leaved there very satisfied and confident that they had taken care of my concerns very appreciative.

Service is very slow. Takes 1 plus hours to do an oil change and tire rotation. No CDC guidelines being observed. No employees wearing masks, no social distancing protocol in waiting room. Seats lined up arm to arm. Also there is nowhere to sit outdoors to get away from everyone in the waiting room anymore as gazebo is in need of repairs. If the service on my vehicle wasnt free, I wouldnt go there.
Hands down the best car buying experience weve ever had! We were assisted by Clayton Jepsen who, not only found the exact vehicle we were looking for, met our price point, and took care of our previous lease but managed to make the entire process enjoyable. Normally car shopping is met with some trepidation but between Clayton and the rest of the Nissan of Melbourne staff, we wouldnt consider going anywhere else for future purchases!

I brought my SUV in for a transmission fluid change. The service guy gave me the cost and I was not aware that there was nearly a $30 waste disposal fee additional. When I had called a few days earlier to set up the appointment and to find out how much this was going to cost, they should have told me about this fee. Other than a long wait the service was OK.

I went in trying to decide between a new car and a used car, since with sales and promotions going on, I wasnt sure which would be a better deal. I feel like as soon as the new car was brought up, I was strongly steered towards that option. They were evasive about the actual payments I would end up paying on a used car, and brushed off my concerns with oh, itd be a higher interest rate rather than providing an actual number. I ended up talking with the finance guy with the license, registration, and insurance for the new car already printed out, which made me feel pressured into agreeing to it. I ended up getting the new car, but I feel like I wouldve preferred the used one.

She said what she could do, the timeframe it would be done, the estimated cost, schedule the appointment, then ensured it was done just like she said. She is knowledgeable and pleasant, displaying a harmonious disposition, a pleasing personality, and welcoming genuine concern for the customer. The internet support staff Lauren was on top of her game, she stayed in contact with me up until I entered the building. Plus, gave me the name of the salesman who I needed to ask for. I was greeted immediately, by many I was shown smiles & kindness. My salesman Larry showed me many vehicles to choose from. We narrowed it down to 3. Test drove them, filled out the paperwork & the finance company worked diligently to get me the best financial rate & into a monthly payment that would not break my bank each month. I have to say my over all experience has been delightful & I highly recommend Larry and this dealership.

I could never say enough bad things about this dealership I bought many new cars in my lifetime over the last 45 years. This dealership marks the price of their cars up beyond manufactured MSRP. $1,499 for five oil changes. We all know oil changes dont cost that much. If you asked them to remove it they will not they try to hide it in the price. Took my fairly new truck in for a oil leak. Said it was a transfer case. I said it was a transmission. 2 days later my transmission goes out.

The salesman was kind and polite taking us on the test drive and then took us into the showroom to discuss pricing. He got pulled off to another customer so a sales manager came to talk with us. After 15 min delay in getting to the pricing he essentially told us that the internet price was the best pricing they could do... Ok. We left. As we were about to pull out another sales manager came to the window of my truck and said that hed take another $1000 off and waive the CPO fee. Interesting, but at this point I wasnt going to buy the car. 2 weeks go by and the car is still available. I texted the salesman and he immediately called me back. I was willing to purchase the car at $700 below what the last sales manager told me at my truck. The salesman said that they can Definitely make that happen. I go in the next day only for the same sales manager that chased me out to the parking lot on my last visit to tell me this time that the internet price, $1200 more than what he offered me in the parking lot, was the best price that they can do. What a waste of time and pain. He said that the salesmen dont agree to numbers, he does... so dont trust any number that the salesmen agree to and AVOID this dealership. Horrible experience. I went down the road to Infinity of Melbourne where they have great experience and I bought a car there.

From test driving to delivery the support, knowledge and family like environment made me feel right at home. I have to admit I was a little worried about making the jump from my old to new. I have to say the sales guy I was with was extremely helpful and went over and beyond. However, my issue is with the sales manager I believe I was told as he informed me about 2 things that I would benefit from which were the main reason I even purchased the vehicle. Well come to find both things that were stated to me are completely false and make me regret ever purchasing this vehicle! I was their back in September to buy a truck for my company and had no issues up until now. I am extremely disappointed and unfortunately the deed is done but please make sure John is not the one handling your fiancé portion when it comes to numbers. I hate leaving bad reviews but after making a phone call and he was suppose to call me and never did led me to this. The reason I only gave it a 2 star is due the sales guy who had helped me.

Went to Nissan of Melbourne for inspection on my versus and started talking to Guillermo Sanchez sales professional and he took me to the VIP sales manager Danny Amalbert and found the best deal that I could afford. They were the best 2 guys to deal with Danny was so so helpful with the finance and great customer service and Guillermo had great customer service and kind. They both made me feel comfortable with the transaction, you should be very proud of these 2 men never had this kind of service and I am very into good customer service. So very glad I met these 2 good men
Actually they dont deserve even 1 star, Id be pleased to give them 0, zero, nada. I couldnt believe it, they advertise 0 down payment, 0% APR, no payment for one year, it sound to good to be true, then I called them yesterday, to confirm the offer, because Im from Miami, itll take me 3 hours to get there. On the phone I insist if there is catch and I asked to speak with the finance Manager and he told me that if I have more 700 credit score I got the deal on the Nissan Titan I want. We arrived, the sales person showed me the car, so far so good, then he ran my credit and put in the hands of Finance and here is when the magic happened: All promises and advertising went down. The car I wanted they told me is not included in the deal, so we went back and the sales person showed me one that has it, but was one year older, I wanted a 2021 and they said the deal was for a 2020. I agreed with the 2020, but once again the finance guy told me I can have the 0% APR, No down payment but I CAN NOT HAVE THE ONE YEAR NO PAYMENT. We went back and forth several times, I was willing to take a deal, but in any new car they offer, they didnt keep the promise as advertised. Was late, they have to close the Dealer and they suggest me to home and they will work on my deal again tomorrow. They call me to tell me they got my deal ready, that I have to go there, but after 1 hour and 15 minutes driving North they called me to say that my deal was OFF.It Is incredible today we talking about bait and switch, I thought this techniques belong to the pass, but look like there is place where its the golden rule

This was my first experience with a dealership and financing a car. Bryce was great and explained everything to us and answered the MULTITUDE of questions we had. Got a great price on a used corolla and there were no hidden fees. Will definitely be back whenever Im ready for an upgrade
Went today for a service appt. Sign on the service door says masks are encouraged to protect our staff. I walked in and no one was wearing a mask. I mentioned it and the guy at the counter said We cant be expected to wear a mask 12 hours a day. For 1. I wear a mask at work for 12 hour shifts. 2. So staff should be protected but customers shouldnt be? Another guy wearing a mask around his chin (not covering mouth or nose) yelled to another worked while standing about 2 feet from me. I decided to leave without getting service. Before I left I asked to speak with the manager. Apparently he was the guy that yelled in my face without a mask on...no thanks.I understand its up to the business on what their standards are and if I dont agree with them, then I wont use their services. Just wanted to make sure others that feel the same way I do have a heads up.
Jay was amazing in helping me get another Frontier. Danny helped out also in the final moments of signing. Both gentlemen were open ears and answered any questions I had and I’m thankful that day to have both of them help me out.
I went to Nissan Melbourne to purchase a new car for a lot of money. The salesperson was very nice, professional and friendly. Then came the time he turned me over to the finance man who was the extreme opposite. Unfriendly, rude, shoved a piece of paper in front of me told me to sign it, it wasnt a contract it was figures he quoted to me. I needed to see all the costs, and my trade in value. Im a numbers guy.I walked out, cannot or shouldnt have to deal with over aggressive people, there are other dealerships around.I felt bad for the salesperson who would have earned a good commission.
I bought a Nissian Altima from here back in September of last year from Gerald and then came back today and bought Nissian Titan from the same person! He is super friendly and all around great guy! I would highly recommend him to anybody that would like to purchase a Nissian!
Basic oil/filter change and lube
This is going to be my last visit for an oil change with my nissan versa. I find it stupid and ridiculous that not one staff member was wearing a mask during this pandemic and it is truly dispicable. I will be reporting my concerns to corporate as well. It just goes to show they do not take this pandemic serious.
Service department people are great! Just went in for an oil change, but they checked out another couple of issues I have been having for no charge!
