These guys are the mythical honest mechanics and they are efficient. A local Chevrolet dealer wanted $1800 + tax to replace croaked AC compressor. Hugh, the manager, was great with communication especially when the parts supplier sent wrong compressor. Even so it was only 40 min over est time. Best part was $715 out the door. Thats 1260 less than dealer wanted ($1975). They have earned my future car maintenance needs.

I’ve been going there for years and as said by others, they are incredibly honest. At least three times I’ve asked them to do work on something (brakes, etc) and they’ve told me that I didn’t need the work done as things were fine and didn’t need replacement. I will go there forever and truly appreciate their integrity and good work. They’ve saved me a ton of money.

They went above and beyond to help me out! Brian did great work and clearly took his time to make sure it was done right. Their prices are very reasonable and they didnt try to sell me on anything at all. They simply performed the work I asked to be done and off I went. All I can say is wow! I came off of the highway and was driving up Wickham to go to another store and all of a sudden my tire started to shimmy and I knew it had gone flat. I just didnt know why so I stopped at a gas station to see and theres a big piece of scrap metal in my tire! I looked for the closest automotive store near me and Buzs came up only a minute away from me so I stopped and a guy was doing some work outside of the shop, I asked him if he could take a look at my tire which had already gone completely flat. He took the tire off and put my spare on and told me to use the money he would have charged me for the repair towards a new tire, what an awesome thing to do when someone is in a bind. Now Im sure they dont do this on a regular basis but what a way to treat a single woman like VIP! Ill tell you one thing, the next time I need a repair on my car, they will be the first on my list to go to. A+ auto repair store! I am so grateful. God bless you guys!

Called to make an appointment. Had been there before and they did good work but when I called a few months later to go back the man on the phone was extremely rude and said just leave a message, I don’t have time for your BS and hung up on me. Called twice then got hung up on and was told we don’t need your business. They used to be good and respectful. Not so much anymore.

Excellent Service!I had them install a new set of struts for my 2006 Navigator whose air struts stopped working. I bought them struts and they put them on it and I saved about a thousand dollars. Last week, I brought them my 2011 Nissan Quest to check for noise coming from bottom. The mechanic diagnosed that the passenger side axle and hub bearing needed to be replaced. I ordered the parts from Amazon and a week later I brought my Nissan back to Buz Auto and they fixed it, and I saved about 300 hundred dollars. If you are tight on your budget, just do what I did. I strongly recommend Buz Auto.

Ive had multiple occasions where the dealer told me I needed an expensive repair requiring replacement of an expensive part only to have Buzs diagnose and fix the problem as something very simple. Honest and very reasonably priced. Ive tried many other repair shops in Melbourne, but after finding Buzs I dont go anywhere else.

Thorough, honest, and amazingly well-priced. I dropped off my 95 Camaro that had been sitting in the garage for 2.5 years because it was having some issues. I asked them to get it back in good shape because I need it to be my daily driver again. They checked it over thoroughly and fixed a lot of little stuff and a few bigger things for a fantastic price. The price exactly matched their estimate. The car is running perfectly! Will definitely be back for all future needs.

I take all my cars past and present (and future!) to Buz’s. Great mechanic who has fair prices and fair practices. As a woman, I often get targeted to up sale unneeded services or repair. Buz’s has never done that. You’ll get treated like a guest!

I have been a loyal customer of Buzs Automotive on Wickham Road since 2002. Buzs Automotive shop has a great reputation for doing high quality work and are a very honest repair shop. I have NEVER had to bring any vehicle they repaired back again for the same problem. I trust their work and bring all of my vehicles to them for service & repairs.

They were great, after having 3 mobile mechanics come to my house make me buy parts I didnt need. After 3 weeks my care still didnt run. I called Buz they had me bring it in, ONE day it was fixed . All I know no one except Buzs will ever work on my car.

Took my truck to the dealer they quoted me $3,000 to fix the air conditioning. I took it to buses Auto he charged me thirty bucks plus freon. wow that guys amazing

I took my car to Tuffy’s for an oil change (only went there because I had a gift card from a friend). They randomly tell me I have a problem with my steering wheel coupler and they quote me $300 to fix it. I waited and went over to Buz’s to get it checked. This is the main reason my ENTIRE family goes to Buz’s: honesty towards and respect for customers. First, Buz’s inspected my wheel to see if it actually had an issue and then personally called to my dealership to see if it was covered under warranty, and then let me know. Turns out it was covered and Buz’s saved me $300. Buz’s auto could have tried to take advantage and make money off me, but instead chose to do the honorable thing. Thank-you guys again for being fantastic towards your customers and community. Need more honest people like you in the world!(PS Also, great work at this place and fast. My mother had axel issues on her car a while back and these guys took care of it at a fair price.)
