Took my Samsung tv in for repair under warranty, they had it fixed within the given time frame. Very good small business. Definitely recommend π
They helped through a disastrous warranty process with LG and made their side painless and easy. Fixed our dryer and we only had to pay for labor. Highly recommend Greg and his people.
Roth not only repaired my LG washer non-draining issue but guided me through the process of having LG pay for the cost of the part.Repair tech was on time, polite, helpful, knowledgeable about the issue and resolution. Roth has repaired this LG washer several times with the same level of excellence. As for the washer...well thats a whole other story. But, Roth has been the been supportive throughout the process.I will have no hesitation to call Roth again should the need arise.
Looking to repair a DVD recorder they do not provide this service
I bought an LG Cooktop from Amazon, it would randomly shut off, I called LG and they sent out Roth Electronics. Roth was amazing. They had to come out 3 times to try and fix this dud of a stove, but they were always professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. LG had to refund my cooktop in the end, but Roth was awesome!
Very helpful and friendly. I did not leave my amp to be repaired. They require a $70 deposit and a $300 max repair fee. Good to know up front. I will definitely return if I decide to get my amp repaired.
I went into the shop with the power supply board for my TV to get it checked for a bad fuse, the gentleman there told me they dont work on just the board like that, I would need to bring in the entire tv. I explained I live in Sebastian so he asked me what the symptoms were for the unit. Now at that point he could very easily told me to just bring it back or scrap it, but instead he said it sounded like it just needed to reset itself. Not really convinced I went home put the power board back in as he instructed and it actually worked. I would highly recommend them as you can hardly find people who are as honest and care more about people than money. I thank you so much.
New Samsung tv n Samsung had them to fix it so they came out n couldt fix it n took it n said i would have it back in 7 to 10 day its now been 20 days n nothing,Samsung has now made it up to me to contact them n its under warrantee will never buy or use neather one on these

I have a daughter who has waited two weeks for them to come repair her refrigerator. When they got there she asked for them to wear a mask. Which the tech. Refused to do . Saying no one from their company does. I would never recommend your company to anyone.

My 4 year old Samsung TV had no audio. Before arranging an appointment with Roth, their technician suggested I try a few things first. One of their simple suggestions was to unplug the TV. It worked. Everything rebooted and the audio was restored. This is an honest company. Roth sacrificed an easy repair bill and did the right thing. Such customer care is rare and nonpareil to any contemporaries including the guys with the white shirts and black ties who work for a certain national electronics retailer..

Used Roth for service on refrigerator. Office staff very helpful setting upappointment and came out when they said. Parts were ordered and installed promptly. Fridge operating like new - very satisfied with service.
These guys are on point and fixed my equipment on time and on budget every time. I highly Recommend them. They also provided me with a 72 flat screen for the back patio. Very reasonable price.

WORSE PLACE EVER! My microwave have been there for 2 months and they are still having issues to fix it because it looks like they cant figure it out what the unit has, every time I call they say had to order another part so 2 months without my microwave and I believe it will be other 2 months before they can fix it, and on top of that the manager is es rudest person in the world, he doesnt even know how to speak to their costumers. Dont bring your equipments over here or YOU WILL REGRET !!!!!!
Asked question about a repair via email and received answer same day with specific questions concerning problem. Parts were not obtainable for repair but suggested possible solution. Excellent and appreciated service. and will be back for any future electronic problems.
Our first experience with Roths has been 5 star. Our 14 month old Samsung clothes dryer began to have problems a few weeks ago. Our Lowes warranty company got us connected to Roths Electronics.Lisa from Roths called to get a description of the problem. They were able to diagnose the problem without having to schedule a diagnostic site visit which saved time. They then ordered the parts and had the repair completed in a week. Roths service tech Rick was great. He showed up on schedule(something not to be taken for granted in todays world) took the time to explain what had happened and had our dryer fixed in an hour or so. A very nice guy.In summary, their process is great, their people are professional and cordial and the result is excellent.
These guys took an entire month and didnt resolve our issue. They make 0 effort to keep you in the loop and will put you on the back shelf. If you want something done within the year look elsewhere.

The staff was friendly and the technician was knowledgeable. They were able to repair our TV in no time.
I took my Denon AVR-4311Ci receiver in due to what I was thought was an audio channel failure. Greg was able to run the system through a series of diagnostics while I waited. As it turned out everything was working just fine. The next time I have an electronics related problem Roth Electronics is where I shall return.
So far I have been without a refrigerator. When the warranty company contacted them they stated it would be a week before anyone could check it. I advised them that I believed it to be the compressor (under factory warranty). When tech showed up, he declared it to be the compressor, and they would have to order one. They are now at 2 weeks, and no call as to compressor arriving. WHY COULD THEY NOT HAVE ORDERED IT WHILE WAITING FOR TECH TO COME CHECK IT OUT?I do hope they are enjoying refrigerated meals, as I wait.

I have used Roth twice now. Once for a Samsung fridge repair under warranty. The 2nd Time an out of warranty repair.On our first experience they were extremely helpful in getting our work covered by Samsung. Rick came out as scheduled and on time. He was very helpful and patient as I didnβt even think to empty the fridge. He explained to me the faulty parts he was replacing and how the new ones would be better. He then gave me advice on how best to set my fridge for compressor longevity and on how to maintain and clean the fridge vents and dispenser. He went above and beyond. He came across extremely knowledgeable and so nice. So we had a another problem and called Samsung. They were going to assign to another authorized dealer but we requested Rothβs and when Rothβs Called we requested Rick. Again he came out as scheduled and had the fridge repaired within the hr. Again he explained what needed to be done and he even had the part I needed in his truck.The folks we have dealt with on the phone have always been great. And Rick is amazing. I wish all customer service folks were like Rick.
Worst company I have dealt with rude arrogant and slow as molasses took them almost a month to repair a LG stove the first repair I had done with LG took 48 hrs. From service manager down they all had an attitude like they were doing me a favor. Wrong parts came in overnight yet it still took a week for them to fix... update I had another LG product failure this time I hesitated to call but had little option but to after speaking to the owner about this bad review I said I would review it . This time the service I got to repair the tv was awesome I certainly did not deal with rude people again and the service was quick so Im upgrading them

Extremely poor customer service! Unless you want to do them a favor by giving them your money to treat you badly, dont bother. I had a service contract on my portable a/c. After filing a claim, and setting up an appointment to come to my house, they called me on the day of the appointment and asked me to bring to in cause itd be easier for them. I brought it in a few days later. It took them 3 weeks to fix t. I couldnt even get a phone call with an update, had to call and demand one. Then they supposedly called me when it was ready, uh no, so it say there another four days. When I asked it it would have taken as long if Id have kept the appointment at my house the cashier told me she want going to have me berate her and k could speak to the service manager who was conveniently unavailable. Well, instead of speaking to him Ill just berate their potential customers and share my pisspoor experience. Ill drive to vero or cocoa to get t fixed next time!

Very unprofessional.. waited 2 weeks technician and to get part and here to replace. then ordered the wrong part, he tested really quick anyways and said works ok as is, as soon as he left we tried it out and broke right away again so called it and told them, they called back a few days later to fix again, i told him we took the washer and put it in garage because we had to be able to do laundry, they he told me they WILL NOT move it 6-8 ft to the laundry room to hook up, that its not there job,, i asked how was i supposed to do laundry the last 3 weeks, HE TOLD ME TO GO TO A LAUNDRY MAT...... I would not recommend this company to any1... we even called lowes corporate and the rescheduled them to come back out and as soon as Roth Electronics saw the work-order they automatically canceled it so didnt have to come here.
I just had the repair man, Walter, leave my house and I couldnt be happier with their service. Walter was extremely informative and knew a lot about my tv. My tv broke on a Tuesday and they were at my house by lunch time the next day. He stepped me through the repair and had it fixed within 15 minutes of arriving. One of the best service experiences Ive had since I bought my house. Its nice to know that there are some people out there still doing quality customer service.
We have a warranty on our dryer and this is the only company in this area that is associated with Lowes. I called Lowes on a Friday morning and they made us an appointment for the next Tuesday with Roths. They were supposed to come out and check our dryer but instead they called me and said they would order a heating element, it would arrive in 3-5 days, then they would make us another appointment for them to come out and fix it. The next Tuesday they come out to test the dryer and tell us its not the heating element but our breaker! Why did I have to wait TWO WEEKS for someone to test my dryer when you were supposed to be out A WEEK AGO. Next time show up and do your job instead of trying to do it over the phone.
Was told I had a firm appointment today between 1 and 5 p.m. Roth called me at noon to verify the model number and serial number then went on to say it would be 2.5 to three weeks before they could fix it. Talked to the owner and he could offer no solution. Roth is the authorized repair facility for Lowes where we purchased the washing machine. I filed a complaint with Lowes and LG.
Very bad experience dealing with this place. If you dont agree with the owner, dont go back for your product; half the parts are missing.
If you are using Lowes extended service plans be advised that the appointment you get from Lowes will not be honored and instead they book their own times. Staff were dismissive when I called and I reported them to Lowes. They may do good work but they dont follow Lowess scheduling protocol.
The worst most unprofessional company in brevard county. We are forced to use these people due to the fact our appliances are under warranty. We have been without a working washer and dryer since 2-24-16. I couldnt say enough bad stuff about this company. We will be buying another unit and throw these away rather then have them get our money . Do not use Roth Electronics liars unprofessional people
Had a great experience with Roth in a real pinch. Was visiting from Ohio when I had an unfortunate crash with my quadcopter/drone. The crash resulted in some damaged wiring, and I needed a VERY quick repair. Greg at Roths really stepped up and got me in and turned around the repair within about 3 hours with just a WALK-IN. Awesome. He also did an impromptu fix on a bent camera mount (also from the crash) free of charge, and in the process likely saved me from having to purchase a $600 replacement. Excellent experience from an out-of-towner...thanks so much Greg. As I said in-store, youre a king among men!If you need electronic repairs completed, these guys can get you squared away.

Worst buisness ever . I called them on the phone a few days before i went in . I told the person whom i spoke with that I had a denon reciever still under factory warrenty that i needed fixed . He told me to bring it in . So i live about an hour and a half away from this store, i brought it in a few days later, there was 3 peopie there and they told me they never told me to bring it in . They said there was nothing they could do . I asked them why they told me to bring it in then . They still said they dident say that . They were all very rude . I do not see how they have stayed in buisness this long treating people the way they do . Why would i waste 3 hours of my day and 20 dollars in gas if these people dident tell me to bring it in . DO NOT for the life of you make the mistake of using this buisness . Read the reviews before you go . Theres a reason why there reviews are so low . I hooe this saves someone the hassle i went through .
I needed to have my lg washer repaired through warranty with Home Depot. Roth Electronics personnel and owner were rude and condescending and insisted that I have dryer, which is stackable, removed before they came to fix it. When I went to Home Depot for someone to talk to them, owner was very rude to her and said he would not come out if dryer was not removed first and he would not send two people to do it! Please do not use them!

DO NOT USE!! Horrible company!! They are old timers that are not properly trained to repair current technology. They make numerous mistakes. They will break one thing, when trying to repair another. Frigidaire selected them for a warranty repair. DO NOT let any appliance company refer you to them for repairs. 6 visits later, our refrigerator is still not working. On their last visit, they replaced a door, and temp control. They did not connect fan properly and our inside temp was 80 degrees the next morning. My tenants lost $85 worth of food. I called to complain, and the RUDE woman who answers the phone, laughed and said, Were not replacing your food. They were in no hurry to come back, and fix the fan either. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY

Horrible response time on warranties. I was told the pump for my washer arrived over a week ago and would be called to schedule the install. A week and a half later, still no call and they just continue to tell me I will be scheduled on their next trip to Melbourne Beach. If you can, avoid at all cost!
