Mr. Olson was great! He was very prompt, courteous, and professional the entire time. The way he always kept me in the loop and how quick his turnaround was made me feel prioritized. Even better, when he fixed my dryer, he commented that he knew I must have needed my dryer asap because of how quickly clothes pile up when you have kids. It’s a seemingly insignificant comment, but it made me feel like he cared for my family’s wellbeing and I truly appreciated that! I highly recommend him!

Amazing service!!!! Affordable!!! Professional!!Our Kenmore dishwasher stopped working and Ken immediately diagnosed it was the pump that needed to be replaced. Cost was extremely affordable. Ken came to diagnose my ice maker and took some corrective actions to see if it would work without replacing it. He did not charge for that. The measures didnt work so I asked him to replace the ice maker. It still did not work, so he came back again and realized the problem was the refrigerator was low on Freon. Once that was recharged everything was great! Ken is an honest and reliable man. I highly recommend him!

Very easy to talk to and schedule. Prompt and quick service. Explained what was broken with my Kitchen Aid dryer (belt) and quickly fixed the washer as well when I mentioned it hadnt been agitating a few months back.

Very honest and punctual, I had another repair company called Capritte and he took 2 minutes look and said 180 to replace the drain pump of my washer, I dont recommend Capritte Appliances repair they are very dishonest. Mr. Olson took the time to see what was wrong and fixed the pump, I highly recommend using his services.
