Highly professional service. They know how to repair all my appliances which are different brands. They are very tuned in to customer service with electronic notifications on appointments including a photo of technician who is scheduled to come to our home. Work is guaranteed— they come back if it isn’t fixed!

The person taking my call was very helpful, explaining how the process worked and was also very pleasant. I was able the have the repair tech come out the next day. He was also very prompt, professional and pleasant and got our dishwasher back up and running at a reasonable price. I will be using this company from now on for any appliance repairs.

This is a business. Appointment on my day off. Waited past the designated time 2-4 pm. No one answered at 4 pm. Next day they said no one was there. Door was open and could have walked in. Wasted my time.

Tech came to house to diagnose our gas oven which was not lighting. Gave us a quote of $350 to replace the ignitor. I did my research and ordered the new ignitor for $40 and replaced it within 20 minutes.

My Dryer was not heating properly. I called Mr.Appliance and their techs showed up the next morning, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts,and returned 2 days later to repair it. Dryer works like new! Very happy with their service and professionalism.

Chris the technician, came to assess the repair and explain what needed to be done, before ordering the part. The part arrived and Chris removed and replaced the part . Operational check and temperature is great. Like new again and we could not be happier!

Made an appointment and took off time from work in order to meet them at agreed time. They called while I was waiting at home and said no one would be able to make it today, so I took off from work and they pulled a no show. Then they blamed it on their scheduling system...well, maybe taking responsibility for their own scheduling system is what a professional does...

We love Mr. Appliance of Melbourne. Technician Rob came out to fix dishwasher. He was early, congenial and followed Covid safety protocals. He found the problem quickly and had dishwasher fixed in about an hour. Highly recommend them.

Terrible client service. New stove top purchase from Lowes, which was faulty. First two appointments went OK except they brought a broken replacement part on second visit and had to reschedule. Hell began on the third appointment. I called them after a no show and was advised they had re-scheduled as they had ordered the wrong part. They forgot to inform me. Reschedule was for 8-10 time slot 2 days later. At 10:15 I called and they apologized that their system somehow screwed up and forgot to schedule me and so they would be there between 1:30-3:30 same day. I called again at 4 and was advised they did not know where technician was but certainly he was on the way and they would call me back when they got him. No call. I called again at 5 and was informed that he absolutely was coming and I should cancel my evening plans to be there. At 6 I called and got a new person who said they had no idea about my case but would have someone call me. No call. Waited until 7:15 then gave up. Called them next morning (as I had not been called even once through this BTW) and was advised that the technician had checked his truck for the part before coming and did not have the necessary part and so didnt come - no one called me.Currently waiting for the senior manager to come out and make the fix in the 9:30-11:30 time slot. Visit went smoothly and on time, and issue appears to have been resolved at last. Strongly suggest that Mr. Appliance upgrade client service standards!

Ordered wrong parts, took a long time to get the wrong parts, showed up late and didnt notify me theyd be late... And the worst is when they showed up with the wrong parts a month later the guy turned a small issue into a disaster. It was working when he arrived only had a temp control issue in the drawer and dispenser of water only gave a cup at a time. When he left the whole thing wasnt working. Door open alarm going off even though for was shut, ice randomly falling out, not cooling and we lost everything ON THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING! Called them over and over begging them to send someone else out to fix whatever this guy did... Long story short no returned call, no one came and we lost over $350 worth of food including our holiday meal. Whirlpool, Lowes and myself all asked them to come fix what they did and they even at one point said they would get someone out here within the hour, but no one showed up. Its been two days and still nothing. Whirlpool and Lowes are filling complaints on our behalf. This was our first experience with this company and it will be our last too. They have ruined not only our Thanksgiving dinner, but possibly our almost $3000 frig thats only six months old. And we have five children. Sad way to run a business. So yourself a favor and call someone who fixes the problem, not creates them and knows how to order the right parts the first time... And if they make a mistake make it right and not leave you to suffer.

Call Mr appliance to come out fix my ice maker they charged me 350 then a couple days later called to fix my microwave they said they were coming out on the 27 of Dec nobody showed up they said nobody was in charge that they would send someone out on the 28 nobody again showed up then my ice maker broke again this is the worst company to get anybody to work never again
