When my appliances break I call John from affordable first. I just recently called him again and he was professional and courteous and fixed my problem lickety split. My only regret is I did not call him sooner........ my delay in allowing him access sooner, lengthened my inconvenience unnecessarily... need to put that guy on speed dial

Repairman was here when they said they would be. He quickly repaired the small problem I had with my refrigerator. I knew the house to the service call, which was very reasonable, going in and there were no changes. Overall I would highly recommend affordable appliance repair.

My service was immediate, within a few hours after call. Pleasant people, highly recommend.

I called 3 times within the store hours and never got a call back. When I reached John in the AM to request service, he promptly recommended me 3 different times to Sears. I will state, I wanted a place to repair a microwave, and he does to offer this service. However, I had 3 other appliances that he does claim to service, that he had no interest in servicing. Apparently he is not hungry for business, and his inability to seem interested prompted this review.

My experience with John at Affordable Appliance Repair was excellent. He arrived when he said he would. Was very efficient and went above and beyond what was expected of him. John took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my refrigerator, as well as to repair the fan instead of having me replace in thus saving me money. I will recommend Affordable Appliance Repair to all of my family and friends. Thank you John for doing such a great job.

Just called these guys on the phone providing them details on the specific problem I had on my refrigerator and the first response from the rude punk ASSHAT on the other side of the phone was to ask what was my problem. Tells me he doesnt need to know all the information I just provided him just tell him what was wrong. I had provided him details on what was wrong but he was too ignorant to even know that. You and I dont need this sort of unprofessional bad attitude coming over tearing stuff up in your house and not caring. Tried to give them zero stars.

Vaughn arrived quickly and was knowledgeable. After a thorough inspection he correctly diagnosed that what we thought was a washing machine problem was actually a plumbing problem.

John arrived promptly. He diagnosed the problem. He was in and out in 20 minutes. Very nice and pleasant. Will call him again if I need him.

Would give zero stars if possible.. Called for them to check an appliance and IN DETAIL told him the issue and asked if it was even remotely likely it could be repairable before he came out to fix it and charged me $75... He ASSURED me over the phone that it sounded like he could fix it, and with those symptoms its fixable. Short on money, and out of a refrigerator since Hurricane Irma, I thought this was the best option. He showed up 40 minutes after my call, walked up to the appliance, looked at it for about 30 seconds and said,, well its running but its not working... not fixable, youre going to have to buy a new one.. Thatll be $75.. and left with his $75 after less than five minutes in my house.. Feel like I was HAD! Shape up your unsightly business practices guys!

Terrible service. 75 dollar service call and John comes out a does diagnostics on dryer and is not thorough with his work repairs two switches and leaves. Dryer still not working like it should. Call him back and the ignoramus tries to tell us its are fault that we did not tell him what was not working. Duh I thought 75 dollarge service call was for. John was disrespectful and very unprofessional. Dont use this company because you will regret it.

And then when the recording picks up, they do not identify thhemselves as appliance repaid, but maid services it sounded like...Shop on..
