Trent and the entire staff were 5 star from beginning to end. Im in real estate and have used many different mold remediation companies to service properties in the past. Mold Trust was the most professional by far. This is never a fun process for anyone but Trent really knows how to put you at ease and at a price that blows the competition out of the water . I cannot thank Trent and the whole team enough, I still cannot believe the quality of detail in their work and how clean everything was left. You guys rock and I will be using Mold Trust in the future!

My husband and I found mold during our recent renovation project. We had to act quickly due to our sons health condition. I contacted multiple companies and Mold Trust, Inc was very responsive to my call. One company told me it would be days before someone could come out, and the other company never called back. When I called Mold Trust, Inc, I didnt realize I was speaking with the owner regarding our concerns. He came out the same day. Excellent customer service does still exist!!! Trent not only assessed the problem that we showed him, but found other areas of the house that also had mold. He gave us a quote, time line of job, and had a crew the next day. Mike and Moses were outstanding, hard working men with great attitudes. They showed up on time, found a small pin hole in a pipe causing some water damage. They fixed all the other issues, put everything back together and cleaned everything up before leaving. We would highly recommend Mold Trust, Inc. to anyone looking for a dependable, honest company.

I couldnt be more pleased with my experience with Trent McGoffin of Mold Trust. We were concerned about a possible leak and mold in our house. Trent came out promptly and inspected the area. Fortunately, we did not have an active leak and Trent suggested how to treat the stained area.I fully expected to pay him for his time but he declined. My wife and I thought we had a major mold issue when we were replacing some flooring in our home, we thought we were going to have to tear out and replace a lot of drywall after we removed the baseboards. I Called these guys for an estimate. They came to the house and did a full inspection. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They were honest about the issues that they found and in the end we were relieved to find out that our issue was very minor. They were quickly able to resolve our issue, saving us a lot of work and money.
