We were charged $450+ to clean the dryer vent. A brush was stuck in it because we tried to clean it. However, after 2 days of doing the same thing over and over with no results, he finally traced the line and found the brush, as we suggested on the 1st day. What a farce!!!

Great service. I contacted them on their web site late Friday to have my dryer vent cleaned, and to me surprise I received a call from Charlotte Saturday and had an appointment for Monday afternoon. I received an email confirmation for the appointment and it had a photo of the technician Jacob. Jacob arrived at the scheduled time and not only explained what he was going to do but also showed me how it would work before he went up on the roof. We are very happy with the service that we received and are planning on having them come back and have all of our A. C. ducts and return vents cleaned later.I highly recommend them.

Pleasant, professional, on time and 10% cheaper than other quotes. The quoted about 2 1/2 hours to clean my 1500sft house-it took about 2 hours to clean all the intake and outlet ducts...plus vacuum up the floor where old popcorn fell out. My vents were not horrid after 20 years but you can see a difference.

I submitted a request online on a Sunday to have my dryer vent cleaned and Monday morning received a call from Charlotte, who is very friendly and accommodating. She explained the pricing and was able to schedule the service same day. Tech was on time, courteous, and in less than an hour was in and out, even though he took the time to explain what he was doing and show me how to test the dryer suction. Jacob was scheduled between 1-2 but got hung up on a previous job, called me around 12:30 to let me know and gave me the option to reschedule or wait. Very considerate. I opted to wait, he came later, was professional and quick, finished in under 30 mins. excellent customer service. I unfortunately wont know how much faster my clothes will dry as I am waiting on my new dryer from sears, now on my 3rd delivery date. If only their customer service was as good as A-Pro

From start to finish this company was amazing! Starting with the very pleasant Charlotte who helped book my appointment, to Jacob who performed the duct cleaning. He went out of his way to tackle my very challenging dryer vent and was very honest with his advice about the shoddy vent system that was in my attic. He did his best to fix what was there so i would have some time to replace the whole thing. He then cleaned the AC vents in my home, and was very careful not to leave any mess behind.My family feel much better now knowing there isnt black soot blowing out of the vents.I recommend this company to everyone.

They arrived on time, asked a few questions and realized that my new roof and dryer vent was most likely the cause. Removed the wire vent guard and took out the blockage. Ran a cleaner down the vent from the roof. Never did anything on the inside of the house. Did not disconnect the dryer from the vent from the dryer, which is something they had done every other time. With what they charged me and the amount of time spent on site, I would think that is something that should have been done. $150 for about 15 minutes of on site time is disappointing. I feel they did not do a complete cleaning for the price they charge me. First time I have felt this way about this company. This is the 5th or 6th time I have used them.

I am both proud and pleased to recommend A-Pro Services along with Eric and their fabulous technician Jacob.My initial experience with the company was just the other day when I called and spoke with Eric about issues with my dryer vent, vent cover, etc. and obtaining a quote to wash the exterior of my manufactured mobile home.Eric was courteous and knowledgable explaining what each service would entail. He explained he would follow up with an email confirming the initial appointment for the dryer work and another confirming the appointment for the house washing. In the emails (and phone call) he mentioned it would state the technicians name, Jacob, and include Jacobs photo, that would be actually performing each service.Since my initial appointment was not supposed to happen until the 18th Eric said if he could manage to work it into the schedule at an earlier date he would...Lo and behold he did!Today, Jan 12th, I received a call from Jacob that he was on his way and would be at my home within a matter of minutes and sure enough he was! Jacob arrived and I must tell you he was the consummate professional; knowledgeable, couteous, honest and he explained in detail about both services; specifically the house washing which I thought would have to be a power wash event but their soft wash technique was going to be the way to go.Jacob also mentioned he would check my roof and since my roof is only about 1-2 years old he said it did not need the wash service this time. Im new to Florida (9 months). My home sat empty for nearly a year before I purchased it and had no idea that homes here needed to be power washed due to dirt and algae growth.So...my appintment for the soft wash on the house is set for the 29th.
