Dial has wonderful employees who know their business. The removed the old gas water heater and replaced it with my new gas hot water heater in no time.Some of the sediment from the old water heater found its way to the faucet in my kitchen and the water stream was week. Bryan came back and cleaned out the sediment that lodge itself in the strainer of the faucet. Everything is working wonderfully and I noticed that not only does the water flow better but it is stronger and hotter. I am very pleased with Dial plumbing and air conditioning .

Dial Plumbing installed a gas range to an existing line that was capped off taking care of all necessary plumbing for install, ensuring the new range was perfectly level, and cleaning up all of the packing material after the job . They were on time, professional, and very efficient. They even moved the old range out to the garage for me. I was completely pleased with their service and would definitely use them again. Even Cindy who fields calls and determines what to schedule is fabulous with which to work.

Dial Plumbing, a division of Duron Smith, installed our new tankless water heater. They gave us a quote after stopping by to access our situation. Because we were on a time crunch, they worked with our schedule to accommodate us and installed it a week later.All questions were answered, including a couple we did not think to ask. Bobby was efficient, worked quickly and quietly, and made certain to go over all paperwork before his departure. A terrific experience. Highly recommend!

Installed a gas line as we converted from electric cook top to gas . Very nice and professional- great work - we highly recommend this company for quality. Professionally designed by a professional. articulated how they were going to plumb in the gas line.however there was a mishap with one of the workers slipped in the attic and placed a hole in our ceiling- they called in a crew immediately to fix the hole. Very nice work and we are looking forward to have them paint our instead of the house as well - very nice and very professional work . You would never know they were there - both my husband and myself were so very surprised to see the quality of their work . Thank you so very much

The estimate I received for a new air conditioning system was fair. Three days later the installation was performed in a professional manner with great attention to detail. The technicians executing the work were friendly, pleasant to deal with and answered all of my questions.

I called this company out and they came the same day. They were supposed to do a tune up service. He looked at my AC and proceeded to tell me how old it was. He did not do anything to it. He said if he touched it, it would stop working. Told me I needed a whole new unit. Went outside and came back with the bill. Did not do anything but still charged me for the service.

The technician was very profession, courteous and did a great job in fixing the leak under our sink.

Cam was very pleasant and personable, quick and efficient. He was vaccinated and educated about my questions.

It was a holiday weekend, so I wasn’t sure if I’d even be able to get someone out to look at my AC much less, have the parts on hand to fix it. In just a few hours the technician arrived and had it fixed within an hour. Very professional and efficient!

Semi annual checkup. Cameron was very nice and efficient. He showed me pictures of what should be replaced and did the job quicly and efficiently. However, I was not too please that someone else from your dual company showed up and in my estimation was trying to get me to possibly replace the system I have. Not good. I think in the maintenance inspection service had that been warranted Cameron would have said something. You can send Cameron back for the next service. Thanks.

I had to have a fan motor replaced, the part was under warranty. The technician was only here 45 minutes and I got charged $424 with my discount. I was somewhat shocked about that price so I called the office and spoke with the woman who supposedly handles this situation and all she would say was it was the book price the book price. I think $424 for 45 mintues is quite out high. I questioned her a couple times thinking she may offer a solution, but no. I have been a customer for many years. I have been in your maintenance program since you installed the system, but I did not renew because of this situation. I understand there are costs associated with your services but that price for 45 minutes is just wrong. The technician was great, I had no problem with him.

Needed pool heat pump looked at. Tony called a day early as he was in the area. He showed up soon after. Took him just a few minutes to determine it was just a bad capacitor and had it fixed quickly. He was excellent and the company was fine.

They installed an AC unit and an air handler back in May of 2021 and still have not finished the job. this company just takes advantage of older people and think they can get away with it.

Dan was on time and very professional. He listened to what the problem was and knew exactly how to fix it. He was very knowledgeable with the type of water heater he installed which was great. Ended up being something simple. However, you just never know. I panic when my AC stops working properly. I google AC MELBOURNE, its after normal business hours, and its the weekend .I called their number got a live person, very happy about that, explained the situation. The lady I spoke to was awesome, she truly cared and contacted a tech while I stayed on the line with her. He could get to me after his next job. He, Rhyan, arrived in less than 1 hour. Called ahead to let me know he was on the way and was also concerned about my need for the AC to be working.He was professional, friendly, and quick. Problem resolved in about 30 minutes.I definitely will use them in the future. I will also request Rhyan.

I recently moved in to a new house with a 16 year old furnace. The unit had Duron stickers on it so when it failed I gave them a call. They sent a tech out and he couldnt do anything, the motor was shot. He was very knowledgeable and nice but we had to wait for a field supervisor to come and give a quote for my options. The field sup was incredibly pushy and loud and didnt seem like an A/C guy. Despite my existing unit being a 3 ton, he ended up quoting me a 4 ton at nearly 10 grand because of their unique maintenance plan. On top of that I was charged $99 for a service call even though no service was done. This company seems like they prey on the elderly or those with less knowledge of A/C systems, I would be hesitant to use them. I ended up going with A/C All stars and their tech was able to come by, quote me then and there, and do the work within days, all for half the cost. Way better in my opinion.

I requested a quote to repipe my house from cast iron to schedule 40 PVC. Dan came out and was terrific, he definitely knew his stuff. When he was here he promised he would provide a quote by the next morning but it never came. I called the office multiple times understanding things can come up and its no problem, but after all those attempts to contact them it was always the same promise that I would get the quote the next day.Pretty decent amount of time wasted here.

Our technician today Nevil was absolutely fantastic. On time, professional, courteous and very, very knowledgeable about his business. Think I will ask for him, personally, next time I need an air conditioning professional.

Called them to ask how much it would be to come look at what could be wrong with our AC. They said the cost would be $49 and that was the cheapest I had come across so we went with that, since my roommates and I dont have alot of money especially right now. Guy comes out, who is very nice, and he looks at everything but when he was done, he couldnt tell us exactly what was wrong and just said we would need a new AC unit and compressor. And then charged me $95 instead of the $49 I was told. Since we have no money to do that, we contact someone else to get a second opinion. The other company said that the duct work where the house wasnt getting cool air is just messed up and needs to be redone, not a completely new system. Will not be contacting this company ever again.

Ive been with Duron Smith since I moved to Florida in 05. I have the biannual service plan and they have kept my AC going for 15 years. I have chosen to get a new one now before it breaks down while its too hot and busy. Its been on borrowed time for awhile. What a difference this new system makes!Before they installed it, I got a quote from another company. I admit that it was cheaper but there was a big difference in the visit too. He was also nice but that alone doesnt keep my house cool. He didnt even mention the extra things needed for an upgraded system that would have been an issue later on. Plus I wasnt confident in their ability to install a higher-quality system that they dont normally work with. through the research I did prior I found that the most important thing (and mistakes) are found during the install.So, to quote my father, You get what you pay for. That seems to be true for air conditioners and Duran Smith has been doing a fabulous job keeping my AC going for 15 years. Ill look forward to the lower electric bills with this newer and more efficient system. Its incredible how much more powerful it is, yet quieter at the same time.There are a lot of AC companies out there, and Ive always recommended Duran Smith to everybody I know.

Duron quoted us a price for a new AC unit 4 or so no go. $4,300.00. A/C unit with air handler. AC went out last night came back at us w a quote of $15,000.00. Of course after 3 quotes down to 8,000. Still unacceptable I have put AC units in 2 other properties in the last few years. I cannot get behind a company I feel uses bare and switch tactics. Is real customer service you should offer realistic options based on the customers needs. Not quote based on seasons of the year taking advantage !!!!!

The house we rent needed a new air conditioning unit. The property management company sent Duron Smith AC. They did a fabulous job of removing the old unit and replacing it with a new one. Replaced a 16yr old central AC system in our home. We received about 10 different quotes from various AC businesses in Brevard - while some were competitive, none could match the hardware that Duron provided at the price point they offered for a 5 ton unit. The install team showed up promptly and worked until about 6pm installing the new unit. We had a problem about 2 hours after they left - a wire in the outside unit had vibrated loose and shut the system down. Called their after hours support - and a technician was at our house in 28 minutes. He quickly found the problem, corrected it - and got the system back up and running. No problems since. Very responsive team who accurately answer all questions and stand behind their work.

After a long day at work I came home and water was running out of my Ac vents. We called Duron Smith right away and within an hour we heard from John that he was on his way. John was great! He called when he was 15 minutes away to let us know when to expect him. He checked the AC unit thoroughly and told me what to watch out for in case there is trouble.We have used them before and will continue using their services. 5 stars and a thumbs up! You won’t be disappointed. Highly recommended company!

We had a second copper pipe water leak in house slab in 2 years-not a great situation. Called a couple of companies for repair estimates. Duron Smith was first to arrive the same day we called. Dan arrived and assessed the situation and suggested re-piping the house instead of identifying and fixing the pipe at point of leak. What a great idea as we had no confidence that another leak would not occur. We had plans to travel out of state and needed the work to be completed quickly. The office helped push the permit through the township and Dan started the work immediately. The work was completed one day before we left on our trip. We truly appreciate the assistance provided by Duron Smith and especially want to thank Dan for his professional and meticulous work in completing the project. I rarely give out reviews but Duron desires one from me. John came by to diagnose a Heat Pump/AC. We new it was on its last legs since it was built in 1998. John proceeded to troubleshoot it and we had a burned up fan and motherboard. I chose to have a new one installed with a new handler since the old handler was using the older freon. John wrote up my quote for the work. John was very professional and walked me through all the details. As an Aerospace engineer I wanted all the details. Within a few days the installers arrived. They set to taking the old AC out and the old air handler. The air handler was trickey since it was located in a tight closet. The installers were very professional and kept me up to date on their status. They started work in the morning and were here almost till midnight. The installers were Neville and Mark. At the end of the install they were conducting their final tests and were concerned about the air handler not getting enough Air. You could hear the air struggling. We could not check the duct work in the attic since the previous owner did not place an attic door in the ceiling. Once I created an access to the attic John came back to inspect the duct work. It was undersized for the new unit (New units have variable speed motors) and are designed to cool quickly when needed. John did the Math for the appropriate CFMs (Cubic Feet per Minute) needed for the new system. Looking at it from an engineers perspective. I validated it and it was correct. UNfortunately now Im scheduled for new duct work but John knows what he is doing and worked with me to ensure I was satisfied on what needed to be done. Im a very Satisfied with Duron and Im glad they were recommended to me

My landlord has a service contract with this company Nic called an hour so early and said he could be there in about 30 minutes which worked out absolutely perfect, was on time professional and had a great personality. I myself am a technician for garage doors and Im very familiar with doing service at peoples houses and he was very courteous, And extremely knowledgeable. Even though nothing was broken with the AC unit and had it had been running fine he still did all of his test and asked many questions to have my unit running for a as long as possible. Our first AC unit checkup since installation. Very professional and courteous. Checked all functions of the AC and heat. Cleaned and rinsed the AC compressor. Flushed the condensation drain. Answered my questions about my Nest thermostat and reminded me to change my air filters. We love our new unit. Variable speed fan gives us quiet starts and stops for better noise control. Our electric bills are lower.

I am renting a place on the beach and ac stopped cooling. Communicated with Landlord and from there, process was seamless. Received a call right away from the office and John (tech) came out and provided a solution to the problem right away and provided excellent service. The installation team came the following Monday and although it was a difficult install, the techs were phenomenal. They were knowledgeable, informative and provided exemplary service. After gathering quotes for AC and water heater replacement, we chose Duron Smith A/C and Heat for their great reviews and their outstanding value. The same day I signed the contract, Duron Smith technicians began a huge job for us, installing four AC units and two water heaters. They were professional and courteous, persevering even through setbacks. The install on two separate units had to be delayed due to a discovery of old water leaks that had to be repaired, and it just so happened that our installs coincided with the Great Love Bug Swarm of 2019. So not only did technicians have to rebuild a water-damaged box, work around water remediation professionals, and replace drywall, but they also endured swarms of love bugs both inside and outside. We were impressed with the way they listened to our needs, designed a solution, and provided us with outstanding service. It has now been a week since they finished, and we are loving the cool air.

AC died on a hot August night, and called Duron Smith the next morning. They worked us into the schedule for an afternoon service call. Brian came out and was amazing to work with! He did a great job explaining what he saw, what was wrong, and what is was going to take to fix the system. He provided a couple of options, including some proactive parts to replace that will help the system last longer and have a quieter start up.Duron Smith was recommended by a neighbor down my street, so my expectations were already high, and with Brians visit as well as the interactions from the office staff on phone, these expectations were actually exceeded!I will definitely being calling Duron Smith back when I need something else worked on, and will recommend them to anyone that asks for a recommendation.

We came home from a recent vacation to a very warm house and found that our 29 yr old Trane A/C system finally died while we were gone. Our neighbors had just had a new system installed about two months earlier. So I asked them about their experience and Duron Smith is who they highly recommended. From the very first phone call to the finished installation we received excellent service from Duron Smith. We called at 3:00 PM on a Wednesday. By 4:00 someone was here to check things out and make recommendations. John explained various options to us along with prices. We found an option we liked in a price range that was reasonable. On Friday our installers Will and Fred arrived around 9:30 AM with our new Daikin Heat Pump system. It was a lot of work, and it was a hot day. Will and Fred did their job professionally and efficiently. The inside part of the unit presented some challenges due to very tight space, but it was installed beautifully. The guys did a great job even cleaned everything up when they were finished. Its only been a few weeks, but our new A/C is running beautifully. We cant wait to see the savings on our electric bill.The only one slight issue was that we were initially told the wrong size replacement filter to buy. I found this out because I called the office to verify the size before I went out to buy any. I would highly recommend Duron Smith A/C & Heat to my family, friends, and/or neighbors!
