Very rude. Was Spoken to like I was a child. These reviews are obviously lazors friends..Your reply is condescending. I ended up going somewhere that asked the appropriate questions for business insurance. I also didnt hang up. When I was asked for my social security number I stated Im not comfortable with giving it over the phone. No one asked for my EIN OR ANYTHING. As soon as I stated that I heard a click from your amazing customer service rep. I was not verbally abusive by any means, your employee started being rude and condescending as soon as i stated i was a new small business owner. And as a business owner you should know customer service is key and false accusations towards an unhappy customer is the reason why youve earned a gold star. I also have the phone call in its entirety recorded incase you or anyone has any questions.
