I was with this company for 3 years before switching and never once talked to anybody from the office until I wanted to cancel. They were unwilling to assist in anyway with a simple x$25 dollar error. They never once reviewed my policy to check for better rates and they are very difficult to contact. Save yourself the trouble you’re not in good hands here.
