MF Reynolds is incredible. David Dankens worked free of charge with us for a couple of years before we hired MFR to complete a renovation. He accompanied us a handful of times to look at homes together and provide a quiet assessment of the health of a home (e.g. electrical looks old, foundation looks off, plumbing needs major overhaul) - the types of things a buyer wont necessarily know. When we finally settled on a home we hired MFR to complete our renovation. The work is incredibly fast and high quality. The price of course reflects that but we have neighbors that recently completed a renovation and chose a more moderately priced contractor for a medium-sized renovation. Two+ year nightmare. They now conclude they likely spent far more on their moderate price contractor than they would have spent with MFR. MFR had no hidden costs, predicted timeline was spot on, work is top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone who doesnt want any unpredictability during the process, or anyone who wants high quality contracting done swiftly.
