ProKleen in Medford, Oregon Carpet cleaning is a go to carpet cleaner. When I was a bit younger they saved my deposit on apartments. As I grew older ProKleen helped myself and friends keep our houses nice. Now that some of us have transitioned into renting property and/or rooms, Top Notch is who we call to do an amazing job when our renters didnt hold up their end. ProKleen isnt just a carpet cleaning option, theyre a solution you can rely on time and time again. I highly recommend them.

ProKleen have completely changed my two year old daughter’s quality of life. For the first year my family moved into our new home, my daughter could not stop coughing at night and was always going to the doctor. After we checked her into the hospital due to loss of appetite and still coughing every night, we discovered she had “spotting” on her lungs. The ER doctor recommended for my wife and I to get the house checked for mold. We started searching on the web for mold removal companies and found BioRestore. They responded right away to our need of services and found mold leading from our basement’s utility room air vent to our daughter’s room. They performed the mold removal and helped me deal with my house insurance agency. It has been about 7 months since ProKleen fix our mold problem, and my daughter has not coughed through the night since. Not only did ProKleen do a great job of removal, but their “hands-on” approach was everlasting for my family. The ProKleen Field Supervisor made our family real like we were is top priority. Even after the job was done, he still was checking in with us to make sure our daughter was doing okay. I high recommend this company for anyone who is looking for a company that is going to do a great job and provide great customer service!

Requested a dryer vent duct to be cleaned at one of our rental properties. Provided Prokleen with the tenant name and contact info. Prokleen tech made no contact with tenant, nor did he access interior of the unit. Tech cleaned approximately 15 of 30 line that he could reach from outside. Charge for this was $175.00. Unfortunately, the tech cleaned the neighboring units duct, not the one requested. When this was discovered, Prokleen sent out an estimator who advised that the duct was blocked with lint ( yes, thats why we requested Prokleens services) and that the cost to unblock would be $1,200.00. Lol... needless to say, we declined. Only when asked did Prokleen agree to a refund of the original charge of $175.00. Poor service all the way around. Will not consider Prokleen in the future.

Ive worked with ProKleen Cleaning & Restoration on both the buying and selling side and they are extremely friendly and professional. In an industry that is unregulated I trust their methods to remediate mold and assess the cause. They are great educators on mold and fears around it. The front office staff is especially friendly and courteous and promptly return my calls. I highly recommend them for my clients.

It was so nice to find an HONEST company. 10/31/18 Nicholas came out to do my laundry lint vent and possibly my airducts. On closer inspection he said my air ducts looked cleaned so it wasnt needed unless I really wanted them done. He showed me my airducts and explained.My laundry vent was the opposite and was a potential fire hazard! He showed me all the stuff they got out. I did not know that it needs to be cleaned on a regular basis and will use ProKleen to clean and maintain my house.

Prokleen Medford destroyed my carpets. Do not use them. They denied responsibility when they left giant stains all over my white carpets. They outright lied and said the stains were on the carpet even when multiple representatives agreed it was their fault and they should replace the carpets. I now have a huge bill and have to sue them for negligence.

Free estimates. Honest guys. Told me how to solve the issue more cost efficiently. Couldnt say enough good things about them.

We decided to go with pro keen against our insurance co. Recomendation. Pro kleen assured us that they work for us and they would make sure that all repairs and were done according to industry standards. We we concerned as the insurance Co stated that they couldnt guarantee work performed by a company not on there preferred betwork.Because Prokleen was so professional and caring we chose to support our local Co. We hired them to clean up a water damage on our rental home. I have dealt with alotof contractors in the past and I have to say this company truly cares about their customers. They were on time and made sure we understand[d the entire process from start to finish. From the owner to the workers the experience was wonderful and as bad as the damage was in glad I chose Prokleen. Really your team is awesome!

We came home to flooded kitchen from dishwasher .Prokleen dispatched promptly even though it was evening .They were very professional with all their work and considerate of our stressful situation.The cabinets and flooring had to be replaced but they made the process quick as possible.I definitely recommend them for any flood damage
