Adam Mitchell and Erik Patterson we’re both so very helpful and competent when our home was damaged by a fire April 2020. Considering the extent of the damage, I was pleased Alvarez Constuction finished the restoration within 7 months and now our home is even more awesome than before! We had all our floors replaced due to water damage. Eric stayed with us every step of the way and the finished product looks fabulous.

After suffering a pinhole leak we called in Alvarez construction to do our restoration. It involved subfloor, cabinet and countertop replacement. We were very happy with all of the employees and the subs they used. Always polite and respectful of our property. The project manager, Jack Daniel Varner was on top of everything. We highly recommend Alvarez! job completed on schedule!
