Servpro of Medford/Ashland is great I have worked side-by-side with them for months now cleaning up all of the Alameda fire damage and they this town couldnt have had a better crew on it Servpro of Medford/Ashland is awesome I would hire them 10 out of 10 times for any hazardous removal of pretty much anything these people can do it all

True pieces of garbage. They take advantage of people in tragic situations. Charged 1000 an hour for 2 workers who did not finish the job and stole my property. Please do not use these horrible people.

We were having the understructure of our house repaired. They said there was sewage under the house and they would have to reschedule. I called ServPro and Bryan King was out within an hour, went under the house, and found it was from a racoon. Work resumed immediately. Bryan did not charge us and stayed to be sure that the workers understood it was safe under the house. Bryan saved us so much time and stress. In addition to that, he did not charge us for his time. We must recognize people and companies who display compassion and kindness during these turbulent times.

Christina, Brittney, and Niya were 3 great young ladies who worked hard to clean my home from the Alameda fire. Appreciate their hard work! John, Drake and Lonnie are included in the restoration project clean up.Thanks to all of them, I was able to return home. Jackie Martin

First off, using this company is one of worst mistakes you can make after having a fire. This review, as I intend to write more is only on the subject of my belongings and written directly to the management of this company. Not the employees. This is a management issue. They took them without notice and without making an inventory. They stored them without cleaning them for over a year. They have had them trickle in over the last three months and I cannot get them to answer a phone or return a call. I have been lied to over and over and one big one concerning who is running this company, not John. My belongings are damaged and dirty and I cant tell you whats missing as I cant get them all backJumping ahead to August 16th. I did not receive all my belongings back and at this time my claim is still not closed. I want to ask if anyone who had their belongings in Serv Pros posession and possibly didnlt get back certain particular items., I received lots of items that werent mine and I sent them back hoping if someone got mine they would do the same. In fact I sent back some that someone is looking for.. At the time I sent back a certain large collection they did not know who it belonged to and stated that they didn;t have anyone elses property. Or maybe your really into music and are missing something that may go to your system. I am hoping these items made their way home, I am very unhappy with the way my belongings were handled and would caution anyone who allows them near theirs. Theres more cautions to follow as I figure it will take a 12 week series to describe my situation. There was one shining light I must say, if you are lucky enough to get Mike to come out to work on your house. Mike is the only employee that would come back the next day with real answers. Mike was considerate. Mike wanted to make sure the homeowner was getting what was right and I thank him a lot as I could count on him. . Mike communicated with me when he was to arrive or if he was delayed or needed to reschedule. Communication being so important and knew it and did it, some of the only communication I could count on. I am heart broken to write this, loosing a loved one is hard enough and in the event of needing some cleanup services afterwards had made clear a few absolutely necessary responsibilities get taken care of, were guaranteed these were services they were comfortable with completing and understood the level of sensitivity due to a family in major grief, with the possibility of young children seeing things they shouldn’t.. upon re-entering I noticed the initial clean up was done, yet after moving a few items saw that very specific responsibilities addressed were in fact not completed, which left me to sit in my loved ones last space for over an hour to scrub and clean things that were addressed in the proposal and several conversations before accepting job. I am heartbroken that a company would not take the extra step, especially during such a hard time for all involved in grieving someone we lost to make sure the original work purposed was completed, but then to leave it the way it was left in order for me to have to have more heart ache and scrub messes on my hands and knees. I had thought we made the right decision and felt confident they knew the goal of the work to be completed, unfortunately during our grief we were mislead and our emotional state was taken advantage of. I’m sorry, for that I leave one star and I hope no one experiences loss in the way we have and that we find a company who is driven by compassion for these situations.

I had a water pipe break in my house. The Servpro team responded very promptly and were very professional throughout the whole process. They walked us through every step of the process. Im very pleased! Thank you again Servpro!!! You Rock!!!

They came in and placed fans and dehumidifier for a water leak, a month later I had to call them to come and get the equipment. They also expected to do the repair and restoration work, but since they showed no interest for over 3 weeks. Did not follow up or call, I hired a more reliable contractor. I recommend you do too. They acted like my job did not exist it was more than disappointing. My household was turned on end for a month while we waited for them to get back to us, dont put your family through it.

The company came to clean after a kitchen fire and battled them for over 3 months. Once they finally returned our possessions we noticed quite a few higher priced items were missing. They promised all this work without commitment. They were rude over the phone, and we along with our insurance will never use them again. We ended up doing it ourselves anyhow.

Water damage ~ The team at ServPro were professional, friendly, patient and very understanding. They have kept us informed of what was needed from us, the scheduling of the processes and were available by phone or in person 24/7. The owners, John and Robby, addressed our concerns and frustrations immediately, at our home and made us feel comfortable and confident in the processes and their services. Thank you ServPro; we would recommend them to anyone.

I had a mold issue, discovered during my house sale. Servpro was very responsive, all the people involved in the work were very professional, informative, going beyond their designated work to ensure I was kept in the loop at all times.

I cannot say enough good things about the folks at ServPro. They literally saved us. In January of 2018 Lesley came home to water pouring through the canned lights of our kitchen and utility room ceilings from an upstairs bathroom. The damage was extensive. I immediately called our insurance company who immediately sent out ServPro. They showed up with a truck load of dehumidifiers and heaters. Before tearing down the two damaged ceilings they put up plastic screens to contain any dust, they carefully pulled out our kitchen cabinets, used a shop-vac to remove any pools of water, removed the damaged master bedroom carpeting, and cut out the water damaged drywall in the walls of both rooms and set up a string of dehumidifiers and heaters.It was all done quickly with the utmost professional care. After 3 days of drying and after the plumbers fixed the broken water pipes, the folks from ServPro replaced the ceilings and damaged walls with new drywall, textured and painted the damaged areas and restored our kitchen and utility rooms to perfection and under budget too. They are the best in the business. We and our insurance company were extremely happy with the results. Theyre terrific. Highly recommended!
