Let me tell you about the “great atmosphere” mentioned in these reviews. Throughout my two haircuts, the barbers (all but the clearly novice barber cutting my hair) talked about the women and homeless people walking by, and insulted their own clients after they walked out the door.I should never have gone back. You shouldn’t either. But if you do, good news is that you’ll never know if they talk about you after you pay them.

I cant speak about the quality of hair cuts. I had the worst client experience. Had an appointment for hair cut then when I walked in I was told that the owner is the one who made the appointment and he should be here soon. 35 mins later he never showed up. No respect to the customers esp. on a very busy Saturday before Easter.

I needed a last minute haircut saw that the men’s room was open decided to give it a shot and man am I happy I did Michael in the first chair was my barber and he gave me an amazing cut! Not only do I love it but my wife says it’s the best I’ve ever gotten and if she’s happy I’m more than happy! Mike and I believe his name was Mike as well we’re very welcoming and extremely nice made me feel like I’ve known these guys forever. Thank you again guys I’ll be back soon

Mike McConaghy is hands down the best barber around. Anyone who takes their hair seriously should be seeing him on a regular basis!

Walked in not knowing what to expect.. had mike as my barber and man did he deliver.. wanted to switch my style and he nailed it.. very professional and pays very much attention to every detail.. I highly suggest going to see Mike for your next cut !

Went in for my first cut since COVID started and got the best hair cut I’ve had in years from Michael. He was precise and professional. He asked me questions to ensure my haircut was the way I like it. Overall, he’s a great barber and will give you a perfect cut! Thanks brotha!

I used to always come here for my haircuts, but now it is a Covid factory. Walked in there for a haircut and no one was wearing masks! Im gonna pass on having someone 3 inches from me breathing into my face. Walked out immediately, and wont be coming back.

Ooo wow I have been to many shops but after a bad experience at another shop I went to the men’s room as I saw they just reopened and Michael colangelo was amazing if anyone is looking for a great barber but more than that an experience Michael or tomfadey as he is called on Instagram is your guy 10/10 will get cut again thank you Michael

Highly recommend this barbershop to anyone looking for a great mens cut! Ask for Bobby! He was knowledgeable and asked a lot of questions to make sure I got the cut that I wanted. He paid close attention to detail which in turn produced one of the best haircuts Ive ever received. The atmosphere was great and the shop was very clean. All in all, it was a very enjoyable experience and I will definitely return.

This is where you go to get a mens haircut. I walked right in on a Saturday. The guy who cut my hair did a fantastic job, with nothing to go on but a picture. Exceptional attention to detail with exactly the right amount of conversation, and no obnoxious gossip in the background.

I probably received the worst haircut I ever got here. I asked for gradual, but now there is a jump between 1 to 1/4 in length on my head. The barber who cut my hair was also extremely heavy handed, he was pushing the clipper as hard as he could on my scalp. When I asked him to be gentler a few times, he got angry and said Im just trying to cut your hair here. And this just kept happening until I figured talking to him was pointless, I just had to get out of there. Good for torture, bad for haircut.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They do a really good job and Ive never felt rushed. The shop has a nice atmosphere too.Edit: After going here a few times, I felt I had to update my review. I thought I had stumbled upon a nice local shop where I could consistently get a higher-end haircut, not feel rushed, and get some styling advice. All of the barbers seem like great guys but the fact is, they do feel very inconsistent in terms of both quality and how fast the barber wants to push you out of the door. Paying that much for a haircut and then having to come home and make parts of it symmetrical takes the wind out of my sails and a star off of this review.

Ive been going to Bobby for my haircuts for the last 3 years and couldnt be happier. I have a thick head of hair and have had a lot of bad haircuts. Bobby takes the time to make sure my haircut comes out right. He never rushes a cut, regardless of the line behind him, so if youre in a rush make sure you call ahead to see what the wait is. Ive even come on a day when the line was longer than Bobby expected and he ended up coming in before the shop opened the next day so I could get a cut. People sit in their waiting room for hours to get a cut, because they do a good job. The have TVs for each chair usually with ESPN on, sometimes the news depending on time of day.People mentioned favoritism in other reviews, which Ive never seen happen. What probably happened is, sometimes because the wait can be ~1 hr, Ive told Bobby Im gonna pop over to grab a bite to eat or some coffee and hell hold my spot in line. Also this place is cash only.

This is where I always go to get a haircut, line up, or whatever. The service is good, Im always happy with my haircuts. I will say they are a little expensive and being a college student its hard to shell out $22 every time you get your hair cut. Overall Ill keep going there.

I been coming here for many years now place is down to earth people are extremely nice I only stick with one barber cristian I been gouing to him for a long time and his cuts come out amazing he takes his time to make sure everything is perfect he puts hard work into every cut and is the most down to earth person you will ever meet. Went in for a cut and no one was waiting so I figured I had a little wait. 20 minutes goes by and one of the barbers friends walks in and gets to cut me in line. Maybe he was here before me and had to leave to get something no biggie. Another 20 minutes goes by and another friend or regular comes in and again gets to cut me in line. There was a sign on the wall that said something about waiting for a good barber to get a good haircut. Kind of ironic because I waited a pretty long time which was close to an hour and never got my haircut. Doesnt seem as professional as advertised. The haircuts only seemed to take so long because the barbers were always talking to one another rather than cutting hair. Also I dont know how other people feel about it but when you answer your cell phone while you are cutting someones hair thats just unprofessional.

Once great, this place is falling apart. Full of loud, belligerent negative commentary by both barbers and customers, including frequent discussion of illegal drugs, alcohol, strip clubs, denigrating women, racist comments, stories of people they know who have no respect for the law, etc. Random people who come in to have a conversation with the barbers while hovering over a client getting his haircut. At least one clear example of favoritism where someone was allowed to cut in line. On the plus side, they give a great haircut still. Just the whole experience is annoying to go through every time I get a haircut. One suggestion: use a sign in sheet to make it crystal clear where you are in line. Another suggestion: ask your employees to stay home if they are drunk! My hairdresser (the guy with the scraggly unkempt beard and the slicked back hair, maybe named Nick) was drunk (he admitted it) with strong beer breath and bragged about how he slept on the bench in front of his house the night before. Oh, and he didnt know what a crew cut or an Ivy League cut are!

Barber spent an hour and a half on what turned out to be one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever gotten.. I asked for a 2 on the side, he cut it shorter than a 1 and tried telling me it was 2 ... I’ve gotten the same haircut since I was 13 and a 2 is never this short. I asked him for a line up after he cut my hair, he said sure, did one small line on my forehead and called it a day ... no line up whatsoever! He somehow made my hair look worse than it did before the haircut ...Waste of my time and money, will be wearing a hat for the next couple of weeks!

The barbers here were extremely unprofessional and all they did was complain about their job and they made fun of customers who had just left the shop.They dont even listen to you when you tell them how you want them to cut your hair,not only that but they are so expensive for unprofessional haircuts.After they cut your hair,you look like you just came out of prison.If I could give them a zero I would,it was the worst service ever.The barbers cut grass and do landscaping when they are not at the shop,just because they think they can cut grass nicely doesnt mean they should be cutting peoples hair,they are so inexperienced.
