Usually get a decent cut but today they let some new guy cut my hair and he did a TERRIBLE JOB on the back of my head. Patchy and uneven I have never received such a bad cut from this place.(I can not emphasize enough how bad this haircut is for the price I paid for it)He was a nice guy but he really shouldn’t be cutting hair if this is the result…it was really a waste of money

Its was very comfortable for me to wait for my husband to get done with his haircut and he love the place and the barber was very efficient and kind.

Decided on a Sunday my grandson could not go another day without a hair cut. The young man took his time and did a great job! Charlie never wants to go any place else! Of course we ended the excursion with a trip to Modern Pastry!

Had an appointment at 3 waited for an hour and they kept giving excuses finally I left will never go back to that place

I went to these guys for 2.5 years while I was in the US. I drove out to Medford once a month from Downtown Boston because theyre the best barbers in all Massachusetts - no doubt! Ive never seen someone taking care of hair the way they do. Theyre brilliant and theyre not taking all your money, like they do in Boston. Absolute top shop with highly skilled barbers. Keep it up guys, youre great!

Unprofessional. I walked in yesterday for the firs time since I recently moved around the area. As soon as I walked in the barbers started arguing in as to who would cut my hair as none of them wanted to do it. One of the barbers got up and didnt even look at me and just told me to sit. Ive been to multiple barbershops and this is the very first time Ive ever been treated so unprofessionally. The line up they gave me was mediocre as the guy took less than 5 minutes to do it. I usually dont give bad reviews but this deserved it. I will not be coming back again.

Christian cuts my hair and always does a great job and you can’t beat the prices there! They also have great hours. They are open 7 days a week and are usually open until 8 pm.

I got a haircut, paid with $100 bill. Barber says I need to get change next door at the convenience store, comes back with a clearly fake $100 bill (not the one I handed him which I got from the bank) and says its fake. So unethical. They robbed me of $100. Lessons learned: never let a $100 bill leave your sight when paying for something, and never return to Moreno.

Didn’t get a haircut but they let me use their bathroom after a brutal 2 hour drive to meet my girlfriend and they for real saved my bladder. 10/10 experience, and great people. Go get your haircut and support them

If you are anyone besides a white person whose hair is simple to cut, this barber shop is not for you. Truly incompetent workers that get mad when you try to direct them. Terrible customer service, terrible lineup, and overall terrible hair cut. They are lucky to have even gotten my money.

Needed a haircut in a pinch this morning, called at 9 and they were open (other shop in Medford that said they opened at 8 were not) and when I came in 2 barbers were ready to go. Good flow of a queue after that. I worked with Christian and this guy worked magic - precision, technique, care - seriously one of the best cuts/line up shaves Ive had and I get a lot. Price is mad affordable, def tip big cause theirs barbers out there charging an way too much for an 1/8 of what Christian and the fellas here can do.Good vibes and latin music as well with an ATM handy.👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

My haircut felt rushed towards the end and my hairline got messed up. There is no consistency with their cuts.

Horrible customer service! The guy just kept talking to his fiends and on his cell phone. Took him 10 min to ask me what I wanted. I asked for a fade and didnt get that at all. He just did what he wanted and forced edges on my head which looks very weird. He even started giving someone else a lineup in the middle of doing my hair. What a lazy and useless staff!
