Had the best experience purchasing my new Ram Rebel through Scott. I had previously owned a Wrangler that I also purchased through Browns, and was looking to move up to a full sized truck. Scott greeted me quickly, and was able to assist me in every way possible from answering every single question I had, to showing me neat things that I never would’ve known about the truck. His product knowledge and customer service skills are unrivaled.When it came down to negotiating, Scott was extremely transparent, and there were no gray areas. He disclosed everything, and gave me a price that I was more than happy to pay. During this time, I met the managers Eric and Johnathan, both of whom were extremely personable and offered me their contact information should I need anything for my truck. I did not expect this one bit, but it was great to know that these guys care so much about their customers. While we were waiting for bank approvals and the like, Scott passed time by showing me more of the truck and telling me stories about his family, and music, which made this experience go by much faster and made it that much more personal. I also wanna shout out Vince in the finance department for making that process very smooth.Once everything was squared away, Scott showed me how to pair my phone to my car, he once again showed me the unique features associated with it, and even introduced me to the owners club and support page through the official Ram website. He made sure to cover every single possible question I could ever have.This was the single best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I am beyond happy with my truck, and with how smoothly everything went. I certainly implore everyone to go to Scott for your Ram needs, and I will be sure to recommend him to all of my friends and family.

Signed up for trade in sales event looking for a Charger. Spoke to a sales manager I explained my situation on my lease. They made it sound like they could either help me out with their low inventory of chargers or be able to look at the new 2020s. So at least a week in advanced they knew what I wanted and why I was there. Ended up being a complete waste of my time. They had no stock on chargers. I was unable to even test drive one. Didnt even notice them to look at local inventories and the ability to lease a 2020 charger was really not an option. Because they had none hit the lot. I mean overall unimpressed, disorganized and a waste of 2 hours on my one day off. This will probably hurt my decision to come back and lease from them. Sad to say casue my first leaseing experince with them was great.

My daughter is currently looking for a Jeep Sahara. Heard v reat things about Browns so I thought I would give them a shot first. The are garbage went to look at a Dodge said it was going to come in late last night. The guy call me up and said come in soon someone else will be looking at the truck.Over the phone the salesman said the mileage was 37,000 miles when I got there he said the miles was 47,000. I was traded in my car for a truck they wanted $3,000.00 down plus the trading. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF I WASTE MY TIME. GO TO EAGLE CHEVY IN RIVERHEAD THEY ALWAYS TRY TO BE HONEST.
