I called around 25 places today to fix my air and These are the nicest and friendliest people I have spoke to all day. I was super lucky as Matt came within an hour and fixed the issue. Explained the issue, and was fixed very quickly. Did not cost me an arm and a leg either. I would recommend them and will be using them in the future! Thank you so very much as it was almost 90 degrees in the house. I soooo appreciate you guys very much! My house is cooling down finally.

My technician was Matt. He came out earlier than expected and was extremely professional, and friendly. He took care of the issue quickly and explained what maintenance needs to be done in the future. I didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of in any way, which often happens with the service and repair industry. I am extremely happy with the service I received.

When I left my house this morning my AC was running just fine. When I got home the house was at 80* and just blowing air. I called 6 places and no one could come out for weeks! I get a call from Matt at 4:00pm saying he can be here within 2 hours. Get out!....I said. A relay or something like that was replaced on the compressor and within 30 min my AC was up and running again. Thank you Chris for doing that. You guys were awesome. I would highly recommend these folks. Thanks again....

Highly recommend! They came out within 24 hours. Very polite and honest. Swapped out our 20+ year old thermostat and got our AC up and running just in time for this 100°+ day! Heros Heating and Air just removed and replaced all my old failing 1979 ductwork for the whole house in 2 days. Professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and honest. They gave us a Veterans Discount which we greatly appreciated and they were also priced well below the 2 other companies bids. Their work is outstanding and if I ever need AC or Heating repair or service in the future they will be my one and only call.

Called for some assistance with an older, high end system expecting a future appointment, high repair estimates and the typical C@v1d excuses we are all accustomed to at this point.... boy was I wrong! They showed up the same day, ready to work and get me going again. They promptly diagnosed the issue, repaired what they could since the proper part needed to be ordered. Once the part came in, they called me to schedule and arrived when they said they would. They competed the job with professionalism and I couldn’t be happier to support a local small business. I didnt have appt. But they tried to help over the phone and it still didnt work so they came out on there way to another appointment and stopped to help get my system going it was great cause most places I called couldnt come out for a few days .....they were kind and went straight to work.....thanks guies definitely keeping there number for future use

Hero’s (Matt and Amanda) have been super to work with. He and his crew are so knowledgeable and easy to work with. I just had to replace the whole system in my manufactured home rental. It went belly up at the start of a heatwave (of course). Matt was right on it as an emergency. He found the only unit that would work in the small space and had his crew install the next day. I would highly recommend Hero’s for anyone looking for outstanding service and communication, great knowledge and great pricing!

This company is wonderful ! Called today ( Saturday ) and was able to talk with the owner . After describing my AC issues he walked me threw on the phone steps that saved my AC unit, all while he was driving to my home to fix. After an hour my AC was fixed ( they had the part I needed on their truck ) and my new baby and family were able to return home to cool air ! 24 hour service is no joke ! If anyone has any issues with their heating and AC call Hero’s! Our AC went out last night. I called and called and called everywhere I could today and couldn’t find anyone less then a week out! Then I got ahold of Matt the owner of Hero’s and he was here in an hour! Got our AC fixed up like new! This thing is ancient as well! He wasn’t trying to sell us a bunch of stuff either! I had an older AC unit that just wasn’t able to keep up any more. Matt was quick to respond when I contacted Hero’s. When I was running late, they were flexible in pushing me back in the schedule until I was ready. They not only got my AC running back to full strength, but also educated me on my system. When things go wrong again, I know who I’ll be calling.

Great experience, called and got a professional, scheduled a visit within 48 hours. Matt showed up on time and diagnosed my problem within 15 minutes. He was able to explain what was wrong, how it happened andhe was able to repair it onsite for a reasonable price.
