Perhaps others will have better luck. I, unfortunately, was left in the lurch. Forced to use AAA by my Home Warranty company, and dealing with a broken AC in sweltering temperatures, I tried to get ahold of this company 5 times throughout the day during their posted business hours and was sent to voicemail every single time. Left a message at 8am and never got a response. If youre busy, fine... but respond to customers so they at least know you acknowledge their issue and need! Customer service 101 is sadly lacking here.

The first time I called these guys, the guy who came out was great. My heater had been breaking frequently and I called Town and Country before that and they didnt fix the problem. AAA sent Jason (?) out and he fixed it quickly and it hasnt broken since.Last year my AC stopped blowing cold air. I called AAA and they sent out a guy who cleaned off my cube and then told me there was a condensation leak in my attic. He did nothing to fix it (I dont know why I didnt ask him to, Im not very good at being assertive). A year later, my AC is going out again, and I am not calling AAA.

Brian was the rudest person I’ve run across in a long time. I witnessed him hollering at my daughter in law for asking questions. Finally my son told him to leave. His presence was very unsettling and rather scary. With his temperament, he should not be allowed in anyone’s home. Very unsafe feeling.

Love this company! I started this project in May, and couldnt get anyone locally to return a call or show up for an estimate. Then I found Absolute Air thru something calledThumbtack Carla called me back within 2 hours of my inquiry. The techs are awesome, knowledgeable, hardworking, polite and conscientious! They showed up on time, did the est., which I approved and scheduled installation, start to finish approximately 6 weeks! The actual install only took 2 days, but by the time I found this company it was July! and they were able to squeeze me in and finish just before mid August!I cannot say enough good things about this company and its staff! Thank you Carla, Brian and Brian! You guys Rock!

Home warranty company sent AAA for an air conditioner problem, turned out we needed a new one. From start to finish AAA informed us of what was needed and when it was going to happen. Bryan, the lead tech is a top notch tech and even came out a couple of days ago to make sure the unit was running properly since an adequate test was not done as it was too cold outside when the unit was installed. Great service guys!

Early June air conditioning stopped working. Called Absolute Air Authority the day it stopped working. They got us scheduled for the next morning. Corey arrived on time and fixed the problem within one hour. The dual capacitor had to replaced. The charge was under $300. Corey was professional, knowledgeable and explained the issue in a way I could understand. Early August air conditioning wasnt able to maintain temp past noon. Called for an appt, this time told couldnt come out until September.

This company doesnt even know how to replace a capacitor the most simplest of tasks. They replaced a capacitor in the air conditioner and didnt wire it right. Then went on to say the compressor was bad and tried selling a new system. Thankfully went with a second opinion and the other company corrected the problem.

Our home warranty sent these guys out on 11/24. The tech that came out said the part we needed (high pressure switch) had to be ordered & due to his schedule, would not be received & installed until 12/1On 12/1, I called & left a message, letting them know I hadnt heard anything & wanted to check the status of our part installation. After a few hours, a young lady returned my call & informed me that the tech they had assigned to our job had been let go & the part was never actually ordered. They also stated that the part he had written down didnt even go to our unit so they would need to come out & inspect our HVAC.The new tech came later that day with the high pressure switch the original tech said we needed (the part we were told didnt actually get ordered). He installed it & then, after it didnt work, determined the motor also needed replacing. He said that he would get the motor ordered & it would take a few days.12/4 - I called the office to check the status & was told they were ordering the motor & it would be in within the next 5 business days. I let them know that it was unacceptable & needed them to expedite the process because we had already been without heat for weeks AND they should have ordered the part ok 12/1. Thankfully, they found the part locally and were able to install it the following morning (12/5).The tech came first thing on 12/5 and he began to install the new motor. While installing the motor, my husband noticed the tech was trying to use incorrect brackets to mount the new motor. The tech was going to screw 3 chintzy brackets directly into the plastic housing, instead of ordering the 4 correct brackets it needed. My husband asked that the tech order the correct brackets, as we would prefer to have it fixed correctly to avoid further damage. The tech stated that it would take a day to receive the correct brackets. After about an hour, the tech contacted us back, stating that he was able to get the needed brackets and would be back out to finish the install. When he came back out, he installed the new motor. When he turned the unit on, it immediately wobbled itself loose and destroyed the wheel. According to Jaime who works in AAA office, they had yet to order the correct brackets. So, were not sure what brackets the tech used to mount the motor, but we assume he just used the three that he was planning to use to begin with. Because of this rigging, it caused severe damage to the wheel and now required them to order the correct brackets (which they should have ordered in the first place) and a new wheel. Jaime assured us that they would expedite the order and would install the same day it comes in.12/8 I called the office to check the status of our new parts. Jaime returned my call and stated that they couldnt come out until tomorrow. I reminded her of the commitment she made and asked her to treat this as an emergency, considering we have been without heat for weeks. (I have 4 little ones and my house is now 47°) She agreed and sent a tech out.The tech that came out this time was BRAND NEW & he made it clear that he was not certified, nor did he know what he was doing, as he is an installer and not a service tech. He attempted to install the new parts but realized the previous tech took all of the bolts and additional brackets necessary for proper installation. Sadly, during his attempt at installation, he also jammed the new motor into the wheel incorrectly, which caused them to fuse together. After speaking with owner Carla, she made it clear she had no idea what was going on &, even though we had been dealing with the incompetence of her techs for weeks, she still wanted to send ANOTHER tech out to diagnose the issue. Not happening! These guys are doing nothing but destroying my HVAC and are not taking any responsibility for their lack of service knowledge and poor organization & communication.BEWARE, their positive reviews also appear to be fake.

Was contacted through fidelity home warranty- our heater went out. I dont know if they dont have staff in the office at all times, but communication was terrible, the technician who came out made it very clear 8am was too early for hi.back to the communication: they didnt reschedule an appointment for when the part came in. Come to find out the part wasnt ordered 2 days after the initial appointment. And the gal never called back when she said Ill call to find out what happenedContacted the home warranty company who mediated for us, found a part elsewhere and called that same day to come install. (Note: the only reason this company is getting 2 stars)A week later and he part has failed 3 times, called last night with a message to contact us and still nothing at 1:25pm. Ill try to remember to update after I contact fidelity and hopefully theyll contend for us again. Thankfully were not out of heat for a week like before, rather just turning the gas off then on to reset the system. :(
