Prompt, Really informative an awesome Service.. Excellent people to call!!They really care!

Greg from Alpha Heating and Air came to my business @Anytime Fitness in Ashland and worked on my AC unit until he got it fixed and running! He never gave up and it is 100 degrees outside and the roof even hotter! He was pleasant and professional and very patient. My members are happy about the air in the gym and so am I. I give him 5 stars and a huge Thank you! Thank you to Corrie in the office for being so great with scheduling and having super customer service!!

Had a new system installed by another company on 2/19 our AC out on 7/21 after the company sent a tech out and failed to fix it. They said we needed new compressor. After waiting for 3 weeks and getting nothing but run around I called Alpha. They had a tech out the next day and the unit up and running. Gary was our tech and was great.. They will be getting all my business in Southern and Central Oregon from now on.

I called several other AC businesses here in Medford. Two others to be exact. I understand these companies are swamped given our average temps lately, but these guys were the only ones who called me back. Even though they too were swamped, they called to let me know that, and can we put you on the list. I even signed up for their maintenance program. These guys rocked! Thank you.

They diagnosed the issue with my AC (bad capacitor) and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I was given a 4 hour window for an appointment and they showed up within the first hour. Technicians were friendly and knowledgeable.

I can’t say enough good things about Alpha Heating and Air! From the friendliest person ever, Cory, who answered the phone and got me on the schedule for the same day to Greg who came out to fix the problem the same afternoon! After a phone call to check if I was home, Greg arrived two hours before he was supposed which was so appreciated as our house was up to almost 90 degrees! He walked up with the part he was guessing was the problem by the description I gave the office. He was exactly right! He took the time to show me what he was doing and why and he was able to get me set back up and my house is in the process of cooling back down! So impressed with this company, their kindness, and their friendly, knowledgeable employees!! Definitely will be using Alpha from here on out!

Alpha is always on time. Greg knows I have dogs so he always gives me a heads up when he is on his way out. He is always friendly and courteous. He does his job well and is timely.

My neighbor (who is 89 years old and very trusting) had Alpha come and fix his AC. They told him they couldnt fix it because they needed a specific valve. It has been a week and they havent fixed it, but did manage to charge him $300. Now we are in a triple-digit heat wave and he is left in misery.

Drake did an awesome job! Very professional and thorough. We definitely recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future!

Greg was our technician on this particular repair. He did a fantastic job at explaining what was wrong with our heating issue and very efficient at getting the repair taken care of. Our heater stopped working and he was able to get it up and running within an hour of arrival. Great company and great people to work with!

Thought I had a problem. But I just needed to clean the filters more often than I thought. Rather than treat me like a dummy they were nice and respectful, and gave simple instructions. Thank you

I have used Alpha Heat and Air for many years now; twice a year for maintenance on my heat pump. Greg was very friendly and on time. No pressure to buy their maintenance packages, and they always leave me with a new filter.

TechnicianNever returned call.I called 3 times. First time referred me to website. I phoned back stating I couldnt find Vent Free propane systems and there inability to work at 5,000 feet elevation.. under any links. Was told to call back and speak with a technician which are usually available all day as they all dont have appointments. Again I called and was told no one available was told all my questions about Vent free and 5,000 elevation would be answered by a phone call to me from a tech when they were available. Well, still waiting?

Professional, courteous and new what t the issue was right away.

Called at 8:00 with my furnace not working. Greg came and by 10:30 I had heat again. Friendly, prompt and informative.

On time, thorough, mindful of covid restrictions and of protecting the carpet.....would recommend them!!

My furnace needed repair and I called this company. The response was prompt, and the repairman was pleasant and efficient. The dent they put in my back account on the amount they charged me for the replacement fan part was a shocking disappointment. I wont be calling them ever again.So, in your response, you say I was offered the decision to repair, or not repair. I did not receive the price of the part before indicating that I wanted it fixed. After It was installed, I felt I was obligated to pay for the repair job, which I did. That doesnt mean I didnt feel gouged on the price of the part, or that I believe your company is reputable. Go ahead tell lies to try to cover up. I will continue to warn my circle of friends not to trust you with their repair work. I am finding there are many more fair handed service people in the area.

Alpha heating and air is second to none.First off everyone is kind and professional throughout the entire process they answered all questions. Secondly i called them at 9am and explained to them that my a/c was not blowing cold and i had several children in the house i was watching. They said they couldnt get to us till the next day......but they managed to make it to my home in grantspass and fixed it the same day. There pricing is perfect there service was prompt. I highly recommend alpha heating and air over any other hvac specialist in the area they will treat you right!

Called three ac companies and they were the only company available today. What a blessing. He came in and fixed it in 30 minutes. He was super knowledgeable, friendly and told me how to maintain the filter which was very dirty, but I didn’t know I was supposed to hose it off every spring. Thanks for being so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I will call them next I need help with my ac. Thank you.

Called Alpha heating and air for an emergency repair on a closing property, they came the very next morning and got the duct work repaired quickly and for a great price. I highly recommend this company, Brian and Connie are fantastic people!

Horrible customer service. I’ve been trying to get someone from this company to come out and repair my ac for about a week and a half now. Guy came and diagnosed the problem. Said they would call to give estimate and not ever did we receive a phone call back. And we waited days.... finally my husband called and asked what happened. Told them we would just find a different company to get the work done and immediately they sent someone to come “look” at it again. Told my husband we might need a whole new ac unit and that he would send an email with estimate. Never got the email... my husband called back two days later and lady on the phone said he would talk to the employee and get back to him.... NEVER CALLED BACK. Worst experience ever. Very unprofessional.

I am very impressed with Alpha Heating and Air. They replaced all our ducting under our house. They were friendly, timely and didnt overcharge us. They even went the extra mile and fixed a broken crawl space vent that had been letting animals under our house. I was impressed with how well they cleaned up after themselves and vacuumed where they had been. Definitely will call them again!

Fantastic people! Got a postcard discount in the mail and called to set up an appointment. Dan came out and spent two hours doing a thorough job of checking out, cleaning, and oiling my 22 year old heat pump and air exchange unit. He noticed my fan blade was cracked in two places and about to break. He called around and found a suitable replacement for a reasonable cost, came back and installed it. A follow up call from the receptionist shows that the new management cares about their customers. Top flight! I highly recommend!

The team at Alpha is awesome! When I called I was stressed out and frazzled and the office ladies put my mind at ease and got me an appointment asap. I wish I could remember the technicians name, I believe hes one of the owners. Anyhow, he was extremely nice and did a great job. He clearly communicated what was wrong with my machine and was able to fix it with parts on his truck. I am so pleased with the service Ive already signed up for their maintenance plan.

Made an appointment two days in advance with Tanya. I received a phone call later asking me when they had set the appointment because she had forgotten to put it into their system. I obliged, no problem. Two days later I took the morning off work and no one showed at the appointed time. I called after waiting an hour and Tanya said they forgot to call and the technician was running hours behind. Hoping this helps anyone taking time off work or limited on waiting time.

Had a horrible experience with this company. They installed a brand new heater for us, and we instantly had carbon monoxide issues in the house and had to evacuate with our baby. We had them back a couple of times to try to evaluate and fix the issue, since we dont know anything about heaters, and they assured us that either the unit was broken and needs replacing, or the flue needed some adjustment. Someone came out and took the flue apart, and then taped it back together, saying that should fix the problem. This led to more carbon monoxide problems within a couple of months.After multiple calls to the fire station, gas company, and another heater repair service, it was clearly identified that the problem was that our flue was not suitable in any way for the heater that we had installed, and should have been replaced immediately, not taped back together and shoved in place. Everyone was shocked that these people didnt do their due dilligence to ensure the quality and safety of the installation. The difference once we had a professional here, who actually cared about the safety of our family and the quality of their work, was incredible! They didnt quit until they saw exactly what the problem was (which only took 30 minutes), and they fixed it for us.The people at Alpha Heating and Air just tried to do the bare minimum, with no accountability for the seriousness of their work when it comes to protecting their customers from poisonous gases. After the initial experience, we had asked for a refund since the install and repairs that we requested and obviously paid for were not sufficient in any way, and actually put our family in potential danger. The owner was dismissive, and refused to take any responsibility for their professional failures. We will never use this company again, and would never reccomend them.

Absolutely fantastic service! I had a leaky furnice, on Friday afternoon of course, and didnt know who to call. Called literally eleven other places in the book, not one willing or able to help. Then I called Alpha and spoke to a very understanding and friendly lady who said they would squeeze me into their schedule same day. You dont find many people these days that are willing to go the extra mile and help. Would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!

Our air conditioning quit working yesterday evening and with the rising temperatures for this week I was not happy! After many calls this morning and being told nobody could get here until at least Thursday I was a little worried! Called Alpha and they sent Dustin out within about an hour! Dustin had us back up and cooling in no time!!! Thank you so much Dustin!!!!
