Amazing job. I’m very picky about pedicures and this is by far the best one I have ever gotten. Got me in within an hour, very clean, and took her time working her magic. Will definitely be going back!!

Went in for a full set of acrylic nails with a picture of the shape that I wanted. The end result was horrible. All different shapes and lengths. Literally no two nails were alike. Nail polish looked like a five year old had painted my nails. When I pointed out the polish on all of my cuticles the owner kept putting on coats on saying she was fixing it but actually was making it worse. After 3 coats I’d had enough and chose to leave. With no way to fix the various lengths and shapes I had to go somewhere else to take off the brand new set and have a new set put on. More money and more time spent. Will absolutely never recommend this nail salon.

Ive been coming to get a mani/pedi here for quite a few years now and have never had a bad experience. Lena is a very kind lady, has a very clean establishment and always does an amazing job.

Lena is amazing. She is so friendly and her shop is by far the cleanest you will find around the area. I have been a client of hers for at least 10 years and will continue for many years to come.

When I went there, there were two ladies working, and it wasnt incredibly busy, so I decided to stay. I got got the rude person! She kept telling me to relax my hand, which I did. Then she yelled at me for not doing it. When she did the pedicure, she moaned and groaned and said, Frustrating! It was a terrible experience, and I will never be back! I hope my review helps sway you away from this place, as well. They do charge too much, too! I should have checked other places, but it was prom day, so I am sure the wait at other places (much better places) was too long. NEVER GO HERE!!!

I love Lena! Shes so sweet and very engaging.. She just finished my acrylic set and toe nails! Idk why some people are upset with the shop because of her coworkers but shes amazing! The shop is amazing.. If you have any issues, Lena says to let her know personally. Shes the one you go to with your issues.

I have been coming to Lena on and off for over two years. But I will not be coming back after my last two visits. I agree she is very freindly and the salon is very clean. My visit this past weekend was on Sunday. It was mid day.It was a little busy. She was rushed and did not seem to really care that she was starting and stopping with me. My nails are uneven in length and the undersides had chunks of clue and acrylic under them.I have scrapes and scabs now on 6 on my ten fingers and my polish does not completely cover all of my nails. My visit before that was on a Friday morning and I waited over 45 minutes to be seen. My fill in was rushed and again the nails were uneven with little ridges along the sides. My treatment was rushed I left with my hand stinging and scapes on two fingers.

First time i my expierence was horrible, my second back was Great, i had a differeent lady.She sit at the first Desk..she was Great..good Customer Service skills..I will be visiting again

Never come here!!!! I gave her a pic and it looked nothing like it! Plus she waxed 2 inches between my brows and still made me pay full price

I been there over priced so I go to Sassies Deluxe nail salon in Mechanicville Va. Much better.

Ive been there off and on for a year. Ive since seen a decrease in staff and customers. My first visit was a little crazy. Before the lady started on my feet I told her I was allergic to LATEX!! She kept smiling and proceeded to put the gloves on. I said again now shouting and pointing. Well, the manager heard me and said something to her, in their language. Then the manager said I have never heard of that and started talking more amongst themsleves laughing. I told her its very common and most places use their bare hands or have other gloves. Anyways she said basically that they didnt have to do my pedi, I eventually went and brought non-latex gloves and gave it to them. Their customer services stinks and if you are in a service industry, you should educate yourself on certian things. I did go back again for something different 6pm on a saturday (they close at 8pm) there was only one person working. She only did eyebrow and feet. Nope not for me.

Just went with my pregnant girlfriend to this place & they made her wait a ridiculously long time & then proceeded to drop a significant amount of wax into her hair, & still had the audacity to charge her for the service. Left her in tears. DO NOT GO HERE.
