I have going to Sassie nail salon for awhile I love it the staff is wonderful and the care about your nails and feet

Vicky is the only talent there. My nails stayed on, the other 3 girls I went with Payed MORE and the next day most nails had popped off. They charged one friend an outrages price after telling her they couldnt do chrome. Sooo, they still insisted charging her for Chrome when we confronted them about the price and refused they said oh not chrome the charge is for the length Vicky did mine, was fair priced but I left mine clear . They do not like you saying NO to gel

Paid $65 for an acrylic full set amd an extra $10 for a tip for 8 out of 10 nails to come off the very next day while washing dishes.

Love these nails!! Love the detail and time they put into it. Shout out to the guy who did my nails I forgot his name but he was kind and professional he took his time and tried his best to make my nails look perfect! And they do great with nail designs I will definitely be coming back and I recommend coming here!

I paid $100 for my 12 year old daughter and I to have pedicures. It was a few hours before closing. But it felt rushed. The pedicure lasted 12 minutes for each of us from start to finish. Majority of those minutes were spent soaking. Maybe 5-7 minutes was spent on scrubbing, manicuring our toes, the leg/foot massage and painting our toes. It definitely was not worth the $40 each we were charged. My 4 year old had her nails painted and that was $20 and it took more time to paint her nails then it did for our pedicures. We all three started at the same time and our pedicures were done and toes dried before my 4 year olds nails were done being painted. I will never patronize this business again if this is how they normally do business. And I should just add that I had made an appointment before hand so they were expecting us and should have set aside adequate time for our services.

This place is awesome! I called another nailplace and they were incredibly rude so I called here and was told I could come on in! Great service and great people! My daughter loved her nailtech too! We will be back!

This place doesn’t even deserve a star rating. Asking them if I could bring in my mother in-law that’s 82 yrs old and wheelchair bound to have her nails done. The woman there said she can’t walk at all? No she can’t. The woman’s answer was wait until she gets better then bring her in. I told her she’s dying and can’t get any better. The doctor only gives her less then a year to live. The woman said well then we can’t help you and hung up on me.

Megan took care of me, and she did an exceptional job. This was my first pedicure at Sassie, and I was very impressed with the quality. I was there for about an hour and was able to observe the constant effort at cleanliness. Customers were asked to sign a form confirming their intention to be covid-safe, temperatures were taken, and surfaces were repeatedly cleaned.

So the pedicure was okay. Thats why 2 stars. The nails however were HORRIBLE. I got dip nails and the thing I love most about dip is no UV light. Not here... they did the dip powder (I got a steel grey) and buffed it out and then put a gel coat over it and put me under UV. The gel came out looking uneven and lumpy and you could see buff lines in the dip. Horrible job. Horrible! I will never go back.

I frequent here often for a few years. I’ve brought my family too. The staff is very friendly! Though on some occasions there was a 30 min wait, so it’s good to go during the week.They always have a plethora of solid colors which is nice! Though according to their Facebook they do fancy designs, but not sure how to get them.There was an instance where a nail tech forgot basic steps on how to do acrylic nails, and they popped off the next day. She did them again and it popped off. I had to get another person to do them the third time. Luckily I wasn’t charged. But this happened only once. Now I make sure I don’t have that nail tech again, everyone else I have no issues with.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I took my grandmother for a pedicure and manicure and I was done 2 hours before her even though we had an appointment for the same time. They left her feet soaking for an hour then had someone do them who then told her “ she couldn’t polish nails.” then also had her eyebrows done and the lady didn’t even ARCH THEM!! If I could put 0 stars I would. wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Often get pedicures here really love what they do and also they use unused feet cleaning products.

I love Sassie and the customer service. I always feel relaxed when I am there. When I make my appointments I never have to wait.

They did great but giving 3 stars because they didnt tell me how much extra dip nails were, was quoted $45, it cost $72... pretty big different, happy i had enough on me

I went here as a quick in a pinch situation. The quality of work was horrible I had left over gel left on my nails. The technician didn’t make sure she had not put gel on my skin so when I went to wash my hands the gel that was on my skin peeled off. Then I went to pay and it was $35 I’m sorry but my other place does better quality and $10 dollars cheaper. Lesson learned for me.

This is a great place with great service and trustworthy, honest people. I have been coming here for years for pedicures, gel nails and have had no issues. In fact, my nails have improved since coming here. Jake and Meghan offer superb service. If I have an issue with a nail between appointments they take care of it no problem. I highly recommend Sassie Deluxe!!

Holly is great!!! Very efficient! After a few visits to other salons with horrible experiences she definitely made my day and every day after that I get to look at my beautiful nails! It’s been a whole week of having the dip on my nails and I have little ones to pick up after, a house to maintain and dogs to tend to (plus I ate blue crabs twice!) AND MY NAILS STILL LOOK AMAZING!

I came in not even a week ago to get the dip powder service and lets fast forward to today.... I have 3 nails that are broken and 2 other nails have the dip powder cracking and then coming off. I wouldnt even give a star to this place, but seeings how 0 stars is not an option - I had to. I reckon whoever come in, beware and be prepared for your nails to look horrible days later. What a waste of money!

I have always had a wonderful experience here. I have never had to wait very long, the nail techs are very friendly and always engage in great conversation. The salon itself is very spacious. Getting my nails done has always been a positive experience, and my gel manicures from here seem to last longer than anywhere else I have been for 3 weeks or so.

They were very friendly and took all precautions to insure everything was clean and sanitized. Got my eyebrows and gel manicure. Ill be back!

Trying to find a favorite nail parlor. I got a dip mani here for the first time, my nails look good, however, their prices are a little high for the area and give minimal amenities, didn’t even get lotion... the work stations were quite dirty, looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days.

Great service, I feel very safe during these times at this nail salon. Clean.

I just had the best experience at sassie nails. I got a basic pedicure and an eyebrow wax. The pedicure was not rushed at all and my eyebrows look great! Holly was my technician and she was awesome! I will definitely be back!

This is the third time I have given this salon a try. I went in this afternoon to get a pedicure and tips with the dip technique. I was hoping for a better experience this time. Unfortunately the quality and customer service were just as poor as the previous two visits. I sat down and picked my colors from their choices. I was told all three times they didn’t have the colors. My toes were filed but left sharp on each side, the paint quality is lumpy, there was paint on the skin around my toes. When the nail tech was done she walked me to the dryer and said someone else would do my nails. I sat under the dryer for 30 minutes waiting for a tech. No one ever came to get me so after waiting, I paid for my toes and left. I will never return to this salon again. My toe nail polish looks better when I do it at home myself. Not worth the $25. All three times I have been here the experience has been the same.

I’m am Horrified at the job that was done on my eye brows and facial!!! I will not be visiting this salon ever again.1:they didn’t understand what I wanted to get done! I told them Chin upper bottom lip and eyebrows WAXED! not half done! One eyebrow is thicker than the other one and there are patches of hair around my face!2:Whatever cheap wax they are using is very HOT! Like I have been getting my eyebrows done for a long time and that’s the hottest wax I have ever felt.3:AND I PAID THRITY DOLLARS FOR THIS HALF DONE FACIAL I GOT IM LIKE BEYOND UPSET!This place doesn’t even deserve a star

Before leaving tip, acrylic fill with regular nail polish will set you back $30. The rhinestones were an additional $10. No price list and it seems they charge what they please.

Zero stars if I could, worst my nails have ever looked. She rushed doing my nails because of an appointment she had after mine didnt even ask me and started doing dips which I would have not wanted had I been asked first but my nails are beyond crooked she did not do the design I wanted she said she didnt have time because of her appointment after me and the lines she did with glitter that I settled for arent even straight and you can tell were just rushed, and its only been 3 days and 2 whole nails have already broken, one broke completley off from not being applied correctly. Also way over priced for poorly done nails. Their all coming off on the edges which I assume is from not being applied correctly (you can see in the pictures what I mean) Walmart glue on nails would look better. Never ever going there again. adding pictures of my nails after just 3 days, they look horrible this place is the absolute worst!

I really wanted so much to love this salon but I just cant. My gel polish was peeling after a week. My nail tech only did two coats. My pedicure was chipped and peeling after less than 10 days. I love how friendly and welcoming they are but it doesnt do me any good when my pedicures and manicures dont last.

I have been coming here for a while now and LOVE IT. i get Jake to do my nails and he is the best ever... knows what he is doing! my nails stay on for at least 3 weeks. :)

I like this salon a lot super clean theyre always available, very good customer service. Make sure to bring cash to tip them because they dont have a credit card tipping system thats the only thing that kind of sucks.

I go here every 3-4 weeks. I had a problem a couple of months ago with my nails and the owner took care of it immediately. He has been doing my nails ever since. I will admit that some of the techs may rush. But for the most part, they do a great job. Keep in mind, when you end up waiting, its because other clients have appointments and they get taken first.

Horrible! Will not go back there. The shellac Color was clearly running out so it was very thin and he tried to just put six coats on and it looked horrible, he told me he did not have time to redo it with another color I could come back during the week for that. He even said the color was running out but would not let me pick another color . I told him I was paying for my nails so I wanted to pick another color he said he was going to lose money by having to redo my nails and miss another customer . So I definitely do not recommend and will never go back, my nails still look bad.

I have had unfortunate experience here in the past, but was desperate and couldn’t make it to my normal salon. Asked for dip, got the slowest tech there. The owner actually took over and it didn’t matter bc one nail chipped in under 24 hrs. Went back, the did fix it for free but now the nail on my pointer finger is lifting!!! This should last close to a month and for $45 I will not be going back no matter how desperate I am!

Three pedis, three techs, three good experiences, although one time I got put under the dryer for an exceptionally long time. $25 for a standard pedi was a good deal.

They r not clear on their prices at all they just charge u whatever they feel like. There is always a line with inaccurate waiting times. I would never recommend this nail salon to anyone that I know.

I hate hate hate to give a bad rating but this place is horrible they don’t take their time on your mani or pedi and they charge you a lot for nothing. I had my eyebrows done and almost didn’t have an eyebrow after she was done with it! I was so upset and that was the last straw. I gave this place a chance for years and I will never go back.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I went with 2 other ladies, and 2 of us got pedicures and gel manicures and 1 only a manicure. We waited at least 30 minutes in the pedicure chair for anyone to even come over and start, and then the guy who did my nails rushed through, and today (we went yesterday), one of my nails is already peeling. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
