Had a great first experience here after getting a gift card for my birthday. Very nice staff and environment. The technician helped me pick a great nail color for my beach vacation! There was a tech issue with my gift card but they were very accommodating to work it out. Definitely going back!

I tried this place for the first time, first the chairs are terrible, the rollers hurt as there is no padding, very uncomfortable. manicure and pedicure, basic, one hour 42.00 without the tip. I just found it lacking.

Excellent experience, as always. I live in Chester. I drive all of the way to Hanover just to get my nails done. Worth every mile. The salon is always clean, utensils are sterilized and all of the technicians are sweet and friendly !!!

Very friendly and professional. Got a pedicure, I think the polish could have been applied a little better (its not covering the whole nail), but Im happy overall.

Rarely do I ever give a company 5 stars but this place has earned it. I have searched every nail salon in Hanover and even some in Richmond and Ashland to find a place that meets all my needs and this is it! I have seen Liz Both times and I will have no one else touch my nails anymore. When I first went in I let her know that I am very picky about my manicures and she instantly put me to ease. She was funny, easy to talk to you and very intelligent. One of the best things I like is that she poured the dip powder out into another container before putting my finger into it.. She was gentle with my hands It was very helpful picking out the color I wanted. Each step of the way she made sure I was happy with how things were going. On my second visit she recognized me right away and even remembered most of the conversations we had had my previous time two weeks prior. The shop is clean and their color selection is wonderful. I recommend this so very much. Go see Liz, she will take care of you!

I wasnt happy with my pedicure. I made an appointment hours in advance but when I came in they hardly seemed to have room for me. Once I was seated, it was ok until another client of my nail tech came in, and while her hands were on my feet she asked me for the 5th time whether or not I had made an appointment. Then she rushed my pedicure to get to the other client. My sister was next to me and I was done in half the time she was. I paid over $30 for only about 15 minutes of service and the pedicure WASNT EVEN GOOD. I had half peeled skin coming off my toes at the end. I dont recommend this place.

I love Jennifer. Shes always accommodating with my crazy schedule and very meticulous with my nails. I would absolutely recommend deluxe. Everyone is super nice. They definitely adhere to the new guidelines to this new insanity we call Covid..

I visited this place based on a referral from my neighbor. When I arrived they were pleasant and asked me to wash my hands to follow COVID-19 protocol. The lady who originally did my feet was not nice at all. When she first touched my feet out loud she said what did you do to your feet and also said that the bottom of my feet were rough. Well imagine so after being in quarantine afraid to go out with the virus going on. This was my first time here so I wasn’t use to anyone so and was paying close attention. I noticed in the corner of my toe that she left meat on the left side of my big toe causing the gel to look horrible on my toe. Before applying the additional coat she asked me if I wanted 2 or 3 coats and I kindly replied 2. So she applied a 3rd coat to the big toe to cover it up and it looked even worse so I kindly asked her if she would remove it and re-do it. Apparently she was someone’s Aunt and the lady stood up and came over to explain what happened and I simply told her that I wanted the polish removed and the toe re-polished. The lady then went on to say Auntie don’t do them I’ll have someone else do them because we don’t need attitude but I had no attitude. I simply wanted my toes done correctly! This was the worse pedicure experience I’ve ever had. Be careful before choosing this place. They also don’t use a razor or a grader for the skin they simply apply a cream and use the pumice bar.

Leña does an outstanding job every time. She takes her time and ensures I am happy with final service. The place is very clean and professional.

I asked for a sunflower on my nails (only two of them) I’m not entirely sure what he put on my nail but it definitely is not a sunflower. Not to mention one has 7 “petals” if you can even call them that and the other only has 5 and more closely resembles a yellow starfish with a white dot in the middle (not sure if you’ve ever seen a sunflower cause clearly he has not but they’re brown in the middle)

Had a appointment set, they didn’t “have time” for a full set, didn’t “ have time “ to do designs. And then when another appointment canceled he tried to make time for my nails, I left and only paid for a pedi, which wasn’t all that, the water was cold. It was just a horrible experience

Liana was absolutely amazing. The salon was clean and they took great measures to keep social distancing. They were able to fit me in a day early.I have been working through the whole Covid-19 and I was in much need of relaxation. It was nice to have such a wonderful experience.Thank you!

I get a gel pedicure and this stuff could last a century. It’s a little pricey but well worth your money. AlsoThey are very nice and quick.

The butterfly came off not even 10 mins after i left. she advised next time i should pick a smaller one.

I felt very awkward and i got acrylics ....they put the regular nail polish on and literally abt 3 days later it started to chip. i’m very careful and good with taking care of my nails when i get them done. i would say that they do very poorly

Crooked and overpriced acrylics! I paid 50 for these! So upset and dont get my nails done very often but this ruined my experience. 😞

They are ALWAYS super friendly. I dont mind driving 35 minutes just to have a pedicure, even though there are many nail salons closer to my house. Ive been a customer for about 3 years.

Ive had my nails done four times in my life so i am not much of an authority on this, but the service was good. Ive done a walk in with no trouble and havent waited too long, i got an acrylic fill w/ gel polish and it looked good for two weeks. (it chipped on the third but i think thats because i have to wash my hands ten times a day for work) the prices are better than most from what Ive seen good.Now, the reason i am giving them 3 stars is because they didnt seem like they were as sanitary as they could be, the woman didnt wear gloves and used what looked like a nail buffer from a drawer that had been used on other people.I think if they could improve on that they would be great! But, for now they are simply OK.

I wanted to try out a new place to get my nails done, so I went with one of my friends. The environment was good and people were very nice. The only thing I didn’t like was that the young woman doing my nails seemed rushed, so some of my squared nails turned out crooked or round. Also, my nails didn’t dry properly, so they’re not as smooth/shiny.

The environment and staff are wonderful. Clean and inviting. Ive been a walk in twice with no wait but plan to schedule appts from here on out because Ive found my go to.I have Anna and she is quiet and sweet. I can relax mentally while she gets to work. Ive had her twice now and havent had anyone else but I dont think I want anyone else because she knows my style perfectly.

I have given this place 3 chances, and was disappointed each and every time. They do not do a good job with pedicures, they do the bare minimum, felt that my feet were exactly the same when I walked out as I walked in. The girl who was doing my pedicure the last time, Ann, did not speak a word to me the whole time, when she finished she got up and left without saying anything. So I got up and went to pay, no body come to help me for at least 3 minutes because they were standing next to me huddling how they will or should keep track of the work they do, very rude that’s the simplest way to say it.

My manicure was put on so thin, the color of my cuticles could be seen under the polish. The top coat was only applied to the center of my nails, not to the full nail. My mani began chipping within 3 days. I think my manicurist was in a rush, as the salon was packed. However, I had an appointment.

I have gotten acrylic nails here twice. And they looked okay. The reason im giving 2 stars is because the forst time my nails were not straight and somehow were coming off my finger instead of staying straight. The second time i got them done i asked for longer nails and she told me she wouldnt do them because i was too young. I was 14 at the time. The ladys ive seen were nice but dont talk very much and are really grabby and yank my hands around. Im looking to get my nails done again and i hope it is better this time around
