Our 2001 Dodge Caravan axel broke on the lift so we had to go buy a new car and our 2012 Jeep Patriot needed some new feet all around....they came through...we outta 2000 plus a car note but we needed the push and are thankful for the service over these past 8 years.

I have been taking my cars for repairs with Total Car Care over the past couple years and they are the BEST! They are EXCELLENT mechanics and charge very fair prices. They give you estimates up front and the car is fixed when they promise it will be done. Dont go any where else.

I took my car in for an oil leak, took them forever to look at it, I had to call them twice to get information just took them forever. Then they told me the fix for my 2001 Camrys oil leak was north of 1000 said they needed to change the timing belt to fix the leak.I immediately walked out and within a few minutes in another shop got a quote for a third of what this shop tried to gouge me.Never again will I go to this shop or refer anyone else this is exactly the type of shop that gives the industry a bad name.

These guys have always helped me out when I needed them. They guys that answer the phone arent your average here, let me transfer you type, they actually go and find out for you. They really do take it upon themselves to help you personally. When I needed a tire a few months back, the guy took me back and showed me what my old tire was like and gave me recommendations moving forward and was even offered me a really good deal. To this day, I still havent found a better value than what they offered me. Definitely great guys. Unfortunately, Im moving soon, but I can only hope that Ill be able to find a place like this moving forward.

Great little shop. Took my Mitsubishi Evo there for some work and got it back the same day. I am medically retired mechanic from the USAF and can tell you these guys know what they are doing. Will defiantly be taking my cars back there.

(No one has reviewed this place yet?) I had a breakdown a few days after last Thanksgiving, I was living in Rochester NY at the time and working in Corning. I was on my way back to Corning from Akron when my engine began to break down... There was snow everywhere, it was freezing, and all of the shops were full. The guy behind the counter here said he could see my car in about an hour and let me leave it at the shop. It turned out I had killed three of my piston coils, which on my car are $200 parts and labor a pop and a full day job. Being practically broke at the time I didnt have enough for the repair and a hotel and gas for the trip back, so the guy working on my car stayed hours after their closing time to get my car in good enough shape for me to make it back home. I hadnt even mentioned to him at the time that my grandpa had died, he just did it because I really needed it. I would definitely recommend this garage.
