Good service, needed a tire like now, called on the way home from work, got there in about 15 min, waited about 10 min till truck was brought in, told me about 40 min, walked over to cork and bottle for a beer walked back done! Less than an hour, forgot managers name but he was very helpful! I will give them more business!!

Went for new tires and an oil change and wasnt disappointed. They let me know of problems I need to fix in the future and installed a great set of Economic tires for me. Customer service was great and they worked with my budget. My complaint comes in the work quality. They did not replace my dust caps on my Jeep for fear of breaking them. I understand they did not want to be liable but it just left me feeling incomplete. All in all, a good shop with decent prices. I would recommend to anyone.

I said sure!Im on the phone waiting for more 45 minutes but the second he mentioned never ends! This place and the people working there are absolutely amazing! I brought in a used car that I was looking into to buying and I asked them to run a thorough diagnostic check and look for anything concerning. They took the time to carefully inspect the car and explained to me all the details of the status of the car, showing me all the parts and areas that they were looking at, and breaking it down in a way that was easy to understand. They even took the time to drive the car around to assess the condition and then sat me down to discuss their findings and even their personal feelings about it, considering what they would do if they were looking to buy the car. On 4/13/19 took my vehicle in because the brakes were making creaking sound. They claim they inspected the brakes and I needed Calibers (4) costing $858.00. They stated that they have to order the calibers. I called on Sunday 4/14/19 to check on the calibers, and was told that he did not see where any calibers was order, but they will be in Monday 4/15/16. Something did not feel right so I took my vehicle to Firestone tires 4/15/19. My calibers were fine, they replaced the rear rotors and brake pads. The cost was far less. As of this date Mr.Tires has not contacted me about my service. What a bunch of Crooks. I truly question if you can trust there work. I would NOT recommend this place for any mechanical work. They should just stick to selling tires..

Bought a tire from the Mayfield Hts store, total of $116.16. Exactly one month to the day there is a bubble in the tire. They would not honor a new tire. Since I didn’t get the road warranty they said they were giving me a “deal” and would only charge me $12.99 x 2 for road hazard warranty plus $29.99 to put it on. a total of $55.97. Called corporate and of course they weren’t any help either. I’m far from cheap. I knew I would have to pay something for a new tire but I feel that another $55.97 on top of the $116.16 is so wrong. I feel I was sold a defective tire and you DONT stand by what you sell! I will NEVER buy or recommend anything your company has to offer-EVER! Your manager Eric Stone is also an extremely rude manager! I believe this company rips people off. I have a friend that went through the same issue and of course nothing is going to be done about it. I will take my money to a company that knows how to treat customers and stand buy what they sell. Thank you for nothing!

I recently had gotten brakes here and was thoroughly impressed with level of professionalism given by Andrew and his staff. The place is run like a mom and pop shop but has the level of skill youd find at a dealership. I was in and out quickly and was priced much more fairly then I would have been at other places. Had an appointment for 11 AM call them at 1 PM and they still did not look at my car. Called at 3 PM was told they call me back in five minutes because they are looking at my car at that time. Call back a half hour after that and they said what we already knew that it needs an alignment anda new tire. Total inconsideration of someone’s time. Still no price quote. I won’t be back.

I needed to get an oil change and didnt have much success and some other places. When I went to Mr. Tire I had a lovely gentleman named Damir help me. He was very kind and explained everything that I needed to know without me feeling rushed. The atmosphere of this place was different from the others I went to. It was very welcoming and friendly.

I love Andy and the crew here! My mom, sister, niece and I all get our vehicles serviced here. They are so easy to talk to understand! Most importantly they always make sure our vehicles are always SAFE! Would give 10/10 ALWAYS satisfied always referring folks to these guys!

Quick, high quality service and wont overcharge you any more than any other auto repair shop. The waiting area leaves something to be desired and could use a coffee machine or TV or something to make it a bit nicer for people who choose to wait while their car is worked on. It is close to shops and restaurants though so if you must wait and the weather is nice you can walk across the street to Walmart or the shopping center rather than just sit there.

I love going to this Mr. Tire! Everyone is always so friendly, helpful and accomodating! There are others closer to me but I choose to drive 20+ minutes because of their customer service. Superb! This type of service goes along way for me and Im sure many others!

Ive returned to this location over 5 years because the staff is friendly, straight-forward, and honest. Even with bad news, they clearly explain the options and give a professional recommendation. They bought parts just in case my repair needed them so I wouldnt stranded. When I didnt need them, they didnt charge me. Keeps me coming back!

Got 4 new tires for my car 2018 based on their reccomendation, 2019 started having alignment issues and ringing noise coming from front brakes. Went in was told car needs alignment and will have to change back brakes for noise. Since they are experts I went with it. After I got the car back problem still persisted. Went again and was told that it is the front brakes that need to be replaced..since they are the experts I went with their recommendation again. After I got the car..same alignment problem still there. Called to schedule appointment again. Was told appointment is scheduled. Went for appointment, cannot find appointment in the system.Experts?

I was on the road from NY to KY when I noticed a bubble in my tire. Mr. Tire Store 861 was able to get me fixed up and and in and out in a half-hour. I appreciated the courteous and helpfulness from the guys working at the shop.

Found a nail in my tire. Mr Tire was recommended to me being fair. I expected to pay for either a tire repair or new tire. They checked out my tire and found it wasnt leaking any air. There wasnt a charge. I drove away knowing​ my tire was sound and appreciative of the service!

Every time I need auto work done, the first place I think of is mr. tire in mayfield heights. The manager Andy is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly, honest. He and his staff do exceptional work, and make the experience fun and educational. It’s refreshing to see that this auto shop still upholds a standard much higher than your average auto repair shop!!! I, being a Honda owner, needed a few things done to my 98 Prelude SH. I needed (3) Ball Joints installed, (1) Tie Rod installed, and my headlights to be re-wired (the old harness burnt out). Normally I do these things myself, but for suspension work, I wanted a professional. Sean, I think is the guy at the front desk; was totally awesome. He brought me into the garage and showed me what needed to be done, and what my options were. After that, we priced everything out. I was looking at about $5-600 dollars worth of work (about 5 hrs of their time @ 113/hr), and he knew my situation and said look, if you can get $350 together, maybe we can do something. I, being a full-time college student really appreciated this; this is the kind of service you want and need in the automobile industry. 5 stars. If I ever need anything major done I will always have this place as an option.
