This is overall a good wash! My car comes out very clean and the free vacuums work well, with a regular attachment and a crevice tool. Its open more often than a nearby competitor and the $5 wash is completely worth it. My only suggestion is maybe having an option between the $5 and $15 washes. Thats a huge jump compared to the other packages they offer at $20 and $23 for single washes.

I paid for the high price one but you never know if youre going to get to the lower price or the higher price, wonder why, function on fingers

Staff was very helpful. The brush wash effectively removed a lot of tree sap/droppings that a standard spray wash didnt budge.

Great car wash experience with affordable pricing and a kind on site staff! I typically get the basic $5 wash and will sometimes add the tire wash and power dry for a total of $10. I dont have to do a thing but sit in my car while the machines do all the work. My favorite part about Star Car Wash? The free vacuums with purchase of a wash! If I go anywhere else, I spend $8, easy, just to sweep out my car. I like to take my time and not race the clock. Definitely recommend this car wash, over any other automatic car washes.

It was okay, I didnt like that you had to buy a car wash to use their vacuum cleaners. Luckily they have a $5 wash that included unlimited vacuum time.

I have been a regular customer for well over a year now using the monthly plan. The price is reasonable and they seem to keep upgrading the equipment but not the level of service. They no longer fold my truck mirrors in so I have to stop before I enter to do it myself. The car wash now almost rips my mirrors off if I do not fold them in. There are more and more car washes opening up in the area so I need to find the one that has the best customer service. This particular wash is going in the wrong direction when it comes to customer service. It almost seems like they do not care about quality of service.

Cool and affordable wash.I get in and out quickly.I have yet to have any issues and they helped out financially when the virus hit which was very nice if them to do.

I have been coming here semi-regularly for the past couple months and recently they have sent out workers to attempt to lure me into buying a plan outside by the touchscreen machines. I always come in here looking to quickly go in and out but recently I have not been able to do that due to the forced customer service.

Eh it’s okay. We bought it in a package when we bought our car and that was a mistake. Get the car decently clean but it NEVER gets all the soap off the car which is really annoying. Great vacuum though!

I love the car vacuum station and their customer service. The pricing is right, however their rubber brushes in the car wash damaged the finish on my car and left black marks. Id love to see them updated to a softer, but effective material.

I have been using Star since it was opened. The wash does a good job cleaning the outside of my car. The windows are streak free after the dryers finish their job. Because of the nice job the wash does we have five vehicles in our family washed by Star car wash. UPDATE: Ive been a member here nearly a year and the wash is still a good value. The wash does a good job of cleaning my car of road salt and grime. The staff is very friendly and and gets my car washed quickly and efficiently.

The rubber spinner is weird

The wash is nice, been through it a couple times with my truck. It nearly broke my antenna the first time.Took my wife’s white RAV4 through yesterday, came out with grease marks and scuffs/scratches down the center and side windows. A gentleman by the name of Van helped me out there and sent me to the Progressive body shop. They said the repairs would be free of charge. Hopefully they hold true to their word.

Good car cash, however monthly price plans are real expensive.

Cleaned my car very nicely. Has vacuums on the side that help get crumbs and dirt off the floors and seats. Recommend a little place to spray the mud off of the floor mats but other then that I support Star Wash of Massillon.

They did a good job and after you get your car wash they have hoses for vaccums on either side of your car.

They seem to have made changes from when they first opened. Cleaned the truck off good. No complaints with the wash it self but another car wash offers towel dry and a place to clean floor mats.

So they only want to do business with newer vehicles? Just received a coupon in the mail for a free car wash today. I was excited because I have been debating on giving them a try until I read, *only 2010 or newer vehicles*. Best believe Ill never be going there no matter how new my car is.

Didnt completely clean my truck but its like that ever where

I went through this carwash yesterday and was very dissatisfied. I recently bought a car from Progressive and got an $18-value carwash. I was expecting my car to be spotless and it wasn’t. When I get home from the carwash, I noticed how extremely dirty my rims were on my car. I had to physically wax the dirt off of them because they all had spots on them.I would not recommend this carwash.

As far as automated washed are concerned this is one of the best ones I’ve been to. I did get the $28 a month plan which means they always prewash and brush the front, rear, sides, & wheels. It washes beautifully. Dries well on hot sunny days otherwise if you don’t want spots you may need to do a little wiping. Vacuums work excellent. I like the fact that they scan my truck and I never wait to get in. Money well spent.

It can be a little confusing to enter the wash, but reading the signs fully help with that. The free vacuums are a nice touch, as well as the neon lights throughout the wash. If you are local the membership does seem to be reasonably priced also.

This wash did an amazing job on my vehicle. I have a monthly plan and it will be great for the winter time. I love how it is right down the street from my house which is very convenient. Customer service was excellent as well!!

This car wash is too rough for my taste. Both side mirrors were flipped foreward and then back along the side windows during the wash. After leaving the wash there were many areas where the soap and dirt were not removed. The car wash at the gas station does a better job. I will not be returning.

The sweeper hose was broken on one and another hose didnt have the zip zap suction needed.

At other places like Yunds. There is someone power washing the stuff thats stuck before the car goes through wash. Here they have a spritzer kinda like your sink sprayer. So all the snow stuck around running boards was still there when I went through and is now ice!!! Ill post pictures as well. I believe pictures will show under star wash general pictures. So go over and check them out. I cant believe I paid for this!!!

Not very happy with this place:First time there it broke my antenna Mgr said body shop would contact me still waiting went to back to see Mgr again said body shop would contact me that day not so still waiting it has been almost a month.now over a month 1/30/2020 Still no call ????

I just got gome from work. Rec coupons in the mail thought oh i might give them a try. The coupon said for cars 2010 or newer. So they only want business from people who own new cars?? Doesnt seem right to me . I own 3 vehicles and best believe i wont take any there.

What a wonderful way to get your car washed. To the owner or owners, what an ingenious ideal that they came up with....The only setback you have to do your own vacuuming of the inside of your car.

Absolutely horrible. I was willing to deal with the lack of any prewash and a subpar wash since the unlimited plan wash a good deal. Now they won’t wash cars with snow on them in the winter though. That is ridiculous. They could easily hose the snow off before the car goes through.

This has to be the worst car wash, they tried to was the left side, however, no one did the right side. We had so soap bubbles and dirt left on the car, you are better off just spraying it off. Looks like the state of the art cleaner, but cleans extremely bad.

The customer service is excellent and the wash is very good for an automated car wash, there was a little bit of soap on the roof of my car, but other than that, my vehicle looked great. I did not expect perfection from an auotmated wash.I do not like that you can only turn right when leaving the car wash, this is a bit inconvenient if you are going back towards Massillon.

Its a great place to get your car, or truck washed, fairly quickly and be able to run out of there, in just minutes. And, they have an express lane, that you can just slip through the others, if you have a monthly subscription with them!

Yikes.....this wash has absolutely nothing on some of its local competitors. No pre-wash rinse to get large particles off. My truck came out still covered in soap. WORST of all....no towel drying for any level of washes. I feel those giant rubber brushes are rough on a vehicles finish. On a positive note. They do have lots of pretty lights flashing to distract you from the crappy wash you just paid $18 for.

Waaaay too aggressive and didn’t rinse all the soap off. It wrenched our mirrors back and forth and the dryer was so strong it popped our windshield wipers out. It didn’t dry the water off the back of our car and there was still soap all over the back as well. We were left with water and soap spots everywhere. We got the $18 wash. I wouldn’t let this place touch my car again. It honestly made me nervous.

We subscribed to the monthly plan for the best wash that they offered. After only four times through the wash I have circular scratch marks on the paint next to the wheel wells. I have a leased vehicle and now have to worry about how much this is going to cost me when I turn my vehicle in. Not only that, I called today to try to get ahold of someone to cancel and it goes to Progressive Chevrolet who I guess owns the wash, and they give me a cell phone number for some manager named JP, Who of course did not answer the phone. This place is a nightmare. Will be seeking compensation for the damage to my car.

Took my Jeep there the other day. After running it through, I did an all over inspection and I have to say, I couldnt find one speck of dirt or a spot where the machine missed. I have that problem going through other car washes, so I was extremely happy to finally find a carwash that got every area of my car. I will be back, and most likely be purchasing the monthly deal where I can was my car as many times as I want for a monthly fee

Great deal for a monthly membership, but the thick rubber brushes started to chip the paint off the sides of my car and the hood! Membership cancelled (after 10 attempts calling and getting voicemail) and I am going to Yunds.

Never ever go here Went there today to try it out (even though I usually only go to touch less wash places.) Their machines were so aggressive they bent my mirror all the way back and broke my front license plate cover and there was dried up soap on my car. Absolutely terrible experience.

I pulled up to the payment screen and started reading all of the options. Immediately a rude worker appeared and she rushed me through my selection, telling me I wanted just a basic wash. She failed to mention that this doesn’t come with drying (which is stupid!). The workers inside only half-assed brushing one side of my car (didn’t bother with right side?). At the end, I came to the realization that there was no blow dry and when I pulled out, I expected to find people ready to towel-dry my car. Nope. Got hosed. Literally. So, now I’m writing this review while my car is being done correctly at Yund’s down the street. Sorry I “cheated on you”, Yund’s. I won’t make that mistake again.
