Auto TEK is the third business that I have been to for my undercoating. They definitely went above and beyond my expectations. The last two places Ive had to grab some undercoating to hit spots that were missed or forgot. Not this time!!! It was like they read my mind on my expectations.Window tint was done flawlessly as well. Will be going back for sure!!!

I have had two cars tinted at this facility. Awesome work! My fist car tinted here also had a paint to match trunk lid spoiler installed. Tint and trunk spoiler still looked new 6 years later when I sold it. Tint was not discolored, bubbled, faded, or pealing. Trunk spoiler paint matched perfect, never faded, cracked, or chipped. They are always fast, friendly, professional, and accommodating. The tint even comes with a 10 year peace of mind warranty. I leased a vehicle and had the dealer tint the windows before I took the car. They insisted on a competitor doing the tint. Because they were paying I accepted the offer. I wasnt happy at all in comparison, which is why I brought back the new car to Gordy Graybills. Hands down will have every tint job done here in the future! Couldnt be happier. Thanks guys!

Love my tint from Auto TEK! I had my front windows of my car tinted to match the factory tint. They were done so well you can’t even tell they were done as an after market addition!

Went through a traumatic wreck back in August 2018. Horses got out of their pen in the middle of the night, ran across the road and hit my car. My car was completely totaled!! (Horses are okay though:) ) It had only been a year since I got my car detailed, undercoated, and tinted at Graybills. When the owner found out this happened and I bought a new car, he fit me in his schedule before the first snow to detail and undercoat my car! So happy! Next will be window tinting! And a professional hand wash because of all this Ohio salt!

I had my new 2019 silverado with around 800 miles on it treated with the Pro Shine Sealant and windows tinted by these guys. The window tint turned out pretty good but my praise stops there.I asked if they could remove my factory emblems when doing the sealant and Tim said yes with no hesitation. Well long story short I was left with a tailgate that was missing paint and my wiper cowl right antenna guard damaged when the the work was done. I brought all of this to his attention and the process went on for several weeks to get my truck fixed.The final resolution was that he would pay for a shop to repair the damage that would do the repair around my work schedule. After accepting the check for the repair and getting the replacement part for the cowl damage I found that the wrong part was ordered leaving me with more expense to replace the damaged plastic antenna cowel.Tim did offer to fix and repair my truck throughout the process but it was only at his convenience since he is only open while I work and had a line of stories on why he couldnt when I was available on the weekends.I suggest you look elsewhere rather than having your vehicle done by these guys as the work is not acceptable when its pulled out of their garage for delivery and the process, if damage happens, is completely unacceptable.***Reply To Tim 10/1/19... You can say all you want to make yourself look better in this situation. I have proof that you blamed the damage to a defect in the GM paint that it came off when you buffed the truck after removing the emblems and glue was left behind and then you suggested that I contact them to resolve my issue. I have copies of the all emails along with pictures and will gladly drop them off for people to view next to your copies.I didnt post my review to argue or go back and forth on whos story is true or not like little kids. Im just making people aware of what happened and my terrible experience with you and Auto-Tek.

I had my truck interior detailed here. Fantastic job all around. Scrubbed the seats clean and dash looks brand new. The staff was very nice and gave me an accurate up front price for the service. The man behind the counter was very knoweledgable and explained the cleaning process. Their price was better than most other shops in town. They quoted me for window tinting and Ill be coming back in few weeks for that service as well. Good local shop.Scott in Massillon

I have been going here for many years! I have had many of their services used on my vehicles. Their Never Wax Again Paint Sealant is awesome! My car looks brand new and its about 6 years old! They have worked wonders on the interior of my car also, between sports and weather it was very dirty and they cleaned it up so nice! It looks amazing! And then theres the tinting! Every vehicle that I have had and my relatives have had, have gotten their vehicles tinted here..they have always been fantastic! They can always get us scheduled within a week and it looks fantastic!

Learn some people skills and how to put in a remote starter correctly. I will recommend everyone to go to horizon for any sort of these services. This place is pathetic and theyll mess up your car and not fix it. Theyll just act like idiots when you confront them.

The only good thing about this place is that it is close to home. Other than that, it is extremely bad service and quality. Highly recommend going someplace else for any car needs.

My brother and I got remote starters from here. I went into the shop with no lights on my dash. After I picked up my car my airbag light was on. I told them about it and they said it was a easy fix, all that needed to be done was to reset the battery. So I had them do that a couple days later becuase I had to go to work that day. I was told my bolt was too tight to get off my battery. Then they read my code and said it was a faulty sensor in the driver seat. I find it very odd that after dropping off my car the light came on. Now hes saying it is not his fault. Very pathetic, stand behind your work. Then my brother got his put in, he cannot use his keyless remote to unlock or lock his car after he starts it with the remote starter. He has to use the manual key. But with my remote starter, I can use my keyless remote. It sounds like they did a half a$$ job on both our cars. Go to horizon if you want this work done, theyre actually nice there and dont act like robots with no people skills. Plus at Horizon they stand behind their work and are willing to help if they damaged your car.

Got my windows tinted here and I can say it’s by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. When I was able to let my widows down after 3 days all the tint came off of the driver side window.

Its hard to see 1 star reviews on this place. They did a great job on tinting my car and they worked with my hard schedule.

As G.M. of Gordy Garybills I felt I needed to reply to the reviews by Chad Rohr and brother Felix Keiser, using social media only tells one side of the story.We did install remote starts on two vehicles and if you noticed in the review they didnt mention any problems with either system installed. As per unlocking with key, many foreign cars electrical systems shut down the factory remote circuit so it cant be operated when car is running, that is why we enable our system to unlock these such cars. We must know what we are doing!As for the dash light, it is the light for the air bag system, which normally can be reset by disconnecting the battery, wasnt able to do this due to the battery bolt being corroded solid, so we had it scanned, at no charge to them and found the vehicle drivers side seat sender was defective and needed to be replaced, they expected me to replace it because I worked on the car. The seat sensor is located under the seat, nowhere near where we worked on the vehicle to install remote start.If ever have any questions give me a call and Ill try to answer before the 6th ring.
