Our daughter got car sick in the brand new Jeep we’ve only had two weeks. We took it to Special FX to get detailed. Now keep in mind, the interior IS STILL PRETTY MUCH DETAILED from the dealership. Except the back seat, headrest, and general dirt on floor mats and cup holders. They told us we’d have to pay for a full price detail anyways. They had the Jeep from 9am-5pm. This is what the seats still looked like when we picked it up. When we pointed out the stain on the head rest he said, “Oh, must have missed that.” but made no offer to fix it. Also, there is still dirt/dust in the cup holders and on all the floor mats. There was no manager available (of course) and the guy working wouldn’t let us leave with it until we paid. They did NOTHING and charged us over $200.

Company was quoted to come out and power wash house. After the first power wash I questioned the work and was told that it would dry and fo away. A week later those swirl marks were still there. After going round and round with the company they came back out again only to fix part of the issues and this time they put a hole in the stucco. After that the owner came out and basically implied he couldn’t see the issues, didn’t need pictures and it’s the way the sun hits the house.WORST company to deal with.

Great staff and owner. This is the only place we bring our cars. They also pressured washed our house and did a top notch job.

Very poor experience. Brought in a vehicle today waited for over 15 minutes finally see some old dude drying off a jeep. Gave me a Nod I rolled down the window and said I need a wash he nodded and gave me a hand gesture like to leave. Ill take my business elsewhere. I went to Froggys next door! Had a way better experience!!!!!

My husband paid 125.00 which was originally 175.00 to have my car detailed. For 125.00 my car was washed and waxed. What a joke. The outside of my car was clean/waxed, but the inside of my car was still full of dog hair. They didn’t even attempt to sweep the back out. Nothing was wiped down. If you want to pay 175.00 to get your car washed/waxed then this is the place. If not, go somewhere else. Now, I have to go pay someone to actually detail...sweep, wipe down, etc. my car.

He beautifully Detailed my car I thought it was going to need a new paint job but now it looks like new Awesome Job!!!!!

If the place could be locked boarded up and the owner charged with illegally paying employees perfect. He has no idea of detailing. Not so professional. Yells in front of customers at employees. Disrespectful. If I could give this place less then a 1 star I would. NO ONE GO TO EDDIE AND THIS COMPANY!!!!! STAY AWAY....... ILLEGAL THINGS HAPPEN WITH THIS MAN AND THE EMPLOYEES. BETTER OFF GOING TO A SELF CAR WASH. Hes a CHEAP SKATE!!! WONT PAY EMPLOYEES ENOUGH!!! TRASH COMPANY.

This is the best and only place Ill take my car... Every time my car looks like brand new.. Absolutely the best..!

So I found out Special FX is not so special!! I was told I would be getting a hand wash an detailed wheels an steam engine cleaning..What got was spray wax on top of my filthy car grinding the dirt into my paint an spray wax on my wheels. As for my engine..well lets just say there was NO steam. All he did was wiped down the top of everything. As I walked out to see it 25 minutes later. Ed instantly put his hand on the hood as to shut it..an I said wait I wanna picture..he did let me take1 pic. An rushed me out the door! I get home where I had time to look at it an took more pictures where I then seen why I was rushed. I sent Ed the pics an hes says WOW..you said you where happy. YEAH Happy never came out of my mouth. He then said well Ive dont think I would be in business for 24yrs. If I didnt do a good job! 1st unprofessional answer. Didnt ask how long he was in business. So I took my car the next morning an Ed doesnt show up till 1030 an looks at the car an said..NOTHING. BUT ILL MAKE IT RIGHT!. FIRST OF ALL HE WASTED MY TIME FIRST GO AROUND. An I was not gonna leave my car with him to mess it up anymore than he did! I wouldnt trust this snake as far as I could throw him! BEWARE ED IS ALL ABT THE MONEY!! IF I CAN POST PICS I WILL!!
