I worked with and corrosponded with one of the rudest agents!! I was unable to move into a condo after I found out that I didnt have to move. I put down the security deposit in good faith. After finding out I didnt have to move I text called and emailed Alex and the office to see how to get my security deposit back since I had not signed a lease! I never received a call, email, or text telling me its being worked on or when it would be refunded for 2 days I knew nothing! Finally call to speak with an office manager and he was rude as hell! Informs me its been returned through paypal! When I asked why I wasnt notified I was told my phone doesnt accept restricted number and rushed off the phone but yet the rude office manager called me back with a restricted number and it goes through!! As an agent myself good customer service is a must and this company was rude and Alex doesnt return calls once a deal goes down. You have to have tough skin to be in real estate Alex!! Never using this rude ass agent or office again!!! Thanks for returning my deposit FINALLY!

This is the WORST company to rent from. The people do not care that ceilings fall to the floor or that you and your family live in extreme heat because they wont fix the air conditioning unit. They are extremely rude and will hang up on you without resolving any issues! I cannot wait until this lease is up!
