If you need to get your taxes done I would not suggest going here. The receptionist/ ”manager” is very rude. She enjoys giving snarky comments and glares because we did not feel.comfortable about dropping off our tax information. We wanted it done in person. Whats the differs between dropping your taxes off to have done and doing them yourself on tax turbo? I had no problem sitting at a distance to make them feel more comfortable. But when she brought up ”well my sister works on a respiratory floor at a hospital”...... She wasnt expecting my response ”I work in an ICU with vents”... Just because your sister works somewhere first make you a professional.Very rude...

Jennifer Martin was helpful and informative. She made the process quick and easy. I felt comfortable and under no pressure to purchase any extra services, and I decided on my own to choose the security check offered. Ms. Martin was very pleasant and efficient. I felt like I could trust her.

Patricia Codding prepared my taxes,and she was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure I received the biggest return possible. She was wonderful. I received more back this year than I ever have in previous years. I was grateful that she explained everything in a way i could understand including how filling out W-2s affects my refund. The wait time was less than a minute, granted i waiting til the 20th of February to file, so i beat the rush. I highly suggest going to see Patricia for all your tax needs!
