I called and no answer, left a message, and no return call. Gave them 2 days for a return call, but nothing..so I called again and got an answer and he told me that they might have time to squeeze me in today 4/3 and said even if he couldnt, hed still call to let me know...NO PHONE CALL AND NO SHOW! Wheres the customer service and professionalism!?

Very unprofessional. I had an appointment set up for a Friday. After rescheduling that appointment and going with a later one in the afternoon, I was told they would call me. Understandably the weather brought rain, but they never called to follow up and reschedule. After calling them myself an hour after the set appointment with no call no show, I was rescheduled for that Sunday at noon. AGAIN no call no show. I called and no answer. I even texted them and no reply. Till today they have not called or responded via text. Very unprofessional. It’s apparent they don’t care for quality customer service. Will not recommend to anyone.

This is the BEST VEHICLE DETAIL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Amazing customer service. Gave me a ride home & Back to my car. Extremely cheaper then every other place I called. And had availability right away. I will never take my car anywhere else. They did exactly as promised and in a timely manor. LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU AGAIN! Thank you !!

Dont recommended this place to any one. I messaged them to confirm our appointment since I booked my appointment 2 weeks ahead, no response from them. I arrived 5 mins early to my appointment. I recieved a text message stating I have to cancel your appointment sorry . Very unprofessional they could of told me sooner or called me . I give them no stars. The only reason they have one star its cause I had to put a star in order to post my review!

They are honest and sincere. They went out of their way to accommodate my work schedule. I was expecting to pay much more for that level of quality and service. I wish I had known about them sooner. Highly recommended!

I had gone in because I had water spots on the side of my car but where I didn’t realize how it was all over the car and he definitely took care of my baby (mustang). The prices here are reasonable and they definitely work with you I have to say I am very satisfied I have gone to a few people and none of them were as attentive Or detailed to what I needed. Esteban does such AMAZING work! He made our used car look brand new-off the lot! Our car had so many swirl marks and now ALL the swirl marks are all completely GONE!!! I had a great experience with Lopez Auto Detailing, My vehicle is so clean and smells so nice it’s like I’m driving a brand new vehicle. I have a light gray fabric interior which has been thrashed over the last 4 years due to kids and everyday life. Esteban and staff did a great job getting out stains that I thought for sure were permanent. They payed attention to even the smallest of details. From New to Classics Car he goes beyond just a detailer from paint correction taking off swirl marks from previous works from others jobs.... he is a guy that you can trust with Black cars not anyone can buff & wax like him leaving the paint like a mirror!!!
