We Rented U haul truck from here. Not satisfied at all. the vehicle I wanted already taken, got smaller vehicle than the one I booked online. Really had hard time. And options I chose online are different when I was picking up. I have been charged $14 insurance, which I declined when I was booking online because my insurance covers it. Overall I just ran 7 miles on it and returned. But they charged me for 2 gallons even though I filled gas where it was before . Pathetic I never rent again from here.

They inspect everything! Theres nowhere else you can get an oil change for a better price! Weve been using them for years.

When I arrived at this location they were not open at their posted hours of operation. An employee arrived 15 minutes later. When I approached him about why I was there he grunted and walked past me into the shop and let the door slam in my face. Once I entered, he stared at his computer for 10 minutes, left without a word to go open all of the bay doors, then returned and without a word stared at his computer for 10 more minutes before giving any indication that he was aware I was there. The parking lot is in poor condition, with cracks and rusted metal rods poking up here and there through the pavement. I will never return to this business, and I will be cautioning my friends and co-workers to do the same.

I wish I could give this place no stars. The owner flat lied to me when I asked if he refunded my money for insurance that I did not want. Then when I asked why he charged me $20 extra after dropping it off, he lied and said he had no idea, that I needed to call U-Haul. When I called them, they said he charged me $35 for having to clean the truck, but when they seen pictures of it, U-Haul refunded me my money. This place cheats its local customers! Which is sad since its a local business.

Would give this a zero if I could. I ordered a uhaul to be picked up here. I was called two days in advance to confirm the pickup time and location. When I arrived there were signs in the window that said the store was closed all weekend and I was unable to obtain the truck that I ordered. Never going back to this place again. Go to Jan Wilkersons auto care they are actually there when they say they will be
