I think this a great dealership. We had been looking for a Honda Pilot Black Edition and they had the best price. We were wanting a lot of accessories as part of our new car package and they had the best selection of accessories. We had worked with Zachery, whom was new to selling cars but he did a great job answering all our questions. We did get a little upset when our quoted price changed when Justin the sales manager said the tinting was overlooked on the previous quote. He adjusted it some but it still seemed like it should have been honored as it was on the previous quote. But overall this dealership has the best selections of vehicles and accessories and ease in making the purchase was good. Also the finance manager was awesome. No pressure sales and we did end up adding the prepaid maintenance for 4 years. This will be great not to have to worry about paying additional maintenance costs.

Nicole was AMAZING and was very communicative with me when scheduling my oil change. On the day of, customer service from Nicole was outstanding. Give her a raise! There were many people ahead of me that day, but they still were true to their agreed upon finish time. It allowed me to get time back in my day.

David was very attentive and led me through their procedures.On the service side I suspect as a part of the safety check, all the presets were set back to their ‘default’ positions.We were out in the afternoon and parked for a few hours. When we left the lighted parking lot in the evening we wondered why our dash lights weren’t working.Imagine our surprise to learn our automatic headlights were not on.Probably need to go through that with customers or set everything back the way it was found.

Took my Civic in for routine service, a recall notice, and an issue with a tire pressure sensor. Service team was very professional and friendly. Took good care of me, along with a loaner vehicle. They determined that the sensor was fine, so I appreciate being able to avoid the cost of replacing that. With the uncertainty of finding trustworthy mechanics, I would not hesitate to recommend Honda of Marysville service department.

Dont bother contacting this dealer for parts, they wont bother getting back to you. Only interested in vehicle sales. I sent an inquiry for parts via their website parts form and a sales manager called me back. When I explained to him why I contacted them, he replied that hed have the parts manager call me back. Never heard from them again.I submitted part numbers, part descriptions, and quantity needed. I literally handed everything needed to complete a parts sale through the dealerships website contact form for parts as requested. Not sure why its this difficult to complete a parts sale with this dealership.

My car early as 10,000 miles on it. Both times I’ve had the oil changed, when I get about 2 miles from the dealership my low tire pressure light comes on. Check the tires with my gauge and they show low. How did the air with the light still will not go off.

Very unhappy! Ihave free oil changes on my vehicle up to 100,000 miles. The last two times Ive come in for oil changes Ive called ahead and was told to just walk in. In July before my trip to California upon arriving I was told I would have a 3 hour wait. When calling ahead last week I was told yet again to walk in and I mentioned the wait time and was assured it wouldnt be a 3 hour wait. Once there I was told it would be a 5 hour wait!!!! Why waste my time to drive all the way there instead of allowing me to schedule an appointment. Honda you can do better!

I bought a 2012 Mercedes C350 sport from this dealer and the car was in meticulously amazing shape. All the salesman were very helpful to let me drive the car and were super prompt to respond to my calls and texts.Sales Consultant James W. was who greeted me and showed me the car, he was super laid back and personable. He gave me his number and set up an appointment with me when I told him I was willing to offer on the car.Internet Sales Manager Keaton Dahlinger was who helped me negotiate a price and got me set up for financing. We were able to agree on a price for the car (after some hard negotiations however), the loan term amount I was comfortable with, and finding a bank that offered a reasonable interest rate.When all is said and done they had the car washed nicely and after a pretty short couple of hours I was on my way with my new car. Overall my experience was positive and every person I talked to was helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend working with this dealer for both a new car or even one of their other pre-owns.

Barry was very friendly and efficient during my visit. He took the time to check what service is covered in my contract and booked me for a 30k check (including an oil change). I also love the fact that this location offers complimentary car washes (if this was done at a previous location, it was not brought to my attention like it was here). Chris showed me the report from the service department for the repairs/maintenance that were done on the car prior to putting it in their lot for sale. I left feeling really confident that Ive purchased a good car.Sherman in finance let me know about extended warranties, etc., but wasnt pushy.Overall, this was a good experience.

Chris Russell in sales was easy to work with and took care of us. We ended up waiting almost 2 hours for the finance guy, as multiple sales were made while they were closing. Sucked for both the salesmen left there and us as customers. They are a busy place and should have multiple people in at a time to handle finance. But the dealership was very nice and clean, regarding all facilities, and everyone working there was friendly and welcoming and treated us as well as any other customer even though I came to buy the cheapest used car in their inventory at the time. Multiple people said hello and congratulated us.

While the problem with my car was not resolved, it isnt their fault. A different out-of-state dealer to me I needed to replace the computer module. I asked Rairdons to reprogram the new ECM that I brought in, which they did. I feel comfortable saying I will take it back to them for further diagnostics and analysis.

Very Shocking how good the Customer Service is at this place!!! I have bought a Honda from Klein Honda in Everett(purchased 17 Pilot),. Klein is not very friendly, my salesman for the (17 Pilot) was very unprofessional. I went back to Klein to try and get a 21 Pilot, lets just say it did not go very well. They kept passing me off to a different salesman every time i needed something. Feeling frustrated I decided to call Rairdon Honda in Marysville, Ruben got the call and was very professional and respectful from the get go. He told me he would take care of us and did a fantastic job, listened to what i wanted and made it happen. We attempted to purchase a car with this company and according to Andrew the sales manager they will only sell their vehicles to people locally. They will not sell to out of state customers. When offered a wire transfer for the full payment I was told. That is really “hard” to do. So while purchasing from them keep in mind they will not do hard things.

After calling to verify the used Mercedes Benz SL AMG 55 we were interested in was still available, we were pleased to find the car was prepped and ready for us to drive when we arrived. Sales people were helpful and interested, but not pushy or aggressive. Andrew, our sales person, did a great job—gave a little during negotiations, filled the tank with gas after we purchased and made us feel good about our deal in a sincere way. Paperwork was handled quickly and professionally. Car needed a little extra detailing (and still does), but other than that, a very good experience. Dealership was clean and observing all mask protocols. Would buy here again and would ask for Andrew!

I know it’s there job but I feel that if more empathy was shown then I would have been more inclined to consider the packages being sold.

Ive been to Rairdons Honda of Marysville a few times to have my CR-V worked on (its pushing 300k). Everytime time I go Im well taken care of. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. This last time I went in to have an oil change done and my steering fluid checked out as it was low. They put it on some sort of machine for that. Berry was super helpful. He was very informative & friendly. We walked out of there paying less $200 for everything which is pretty awesome considering youre paying for quality and expert knowledge. He even made sure we had paper to keep my 6 yr old busy coloring (shes an aspiring artist) 🙂 This is my place for all my automotive needs.

I referred a friend to look for a car at Marysville Honda. She is not able to find the car she wants within 100 miles from where she lives. While searching on their website, she found one car she wanted to look at. She contacted a salesman to verify if the car was still available before she drives two hours to look at it. Over two hours later she arrived. She was then told the car was NOT available, not at the car lot. She was deceived. Bad business ethics Marysville Honda!

Took my car in for AC diagnostic. They didnt call me to ask permission to replace o rings or give me the diagnosis on what the problem was. They recharged the suspected bad AC condenser charged me $400 and gave me back my car with a now charged squealing AC condenser. I brought the car back they super tightened and lubricated the belt and gave it right back to me without even questioning why it was squealing. Which it still is... they didnt do what I asked. Which was diagnosis when I called the manager he told me I didnt communicate clear enough. Lol Dont waste your time and money here.

We called ahead to check for the availability of an oil change. I asked if they needed an appointment and they said no just come in. I asked what the wait was and they said between an hour and 15 minutes and an hour and a half. When we got there I confirmed with them that it was going to be an hour and 15 minutes to an hour and a half and they said yes. We waited there over 3 hours for our oil change and finally got it completed. They did give us a free car wash which they offered us at the beginning even before the excessive wait time. I do not recommend going here unless you have a lot of time.

Got fleeced pretty good here. Finance team was brash, unfriendly and was completely unwilling to negotiate anything at all. My salesperson Logan didn’t even program my settings right after talking for a half hour about every feature that he would help me set up. I am happy with my car, but definitely won’t be coming back after my lease is up
